Had a fantastic experience, a real luxury, hospitality at its finest. I was upgraded to executive room courtesy of gold hilton honors. The room is spacious, with a massive TV, a big bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet and shower room. We got complimentary bottles of water and a cookie. Pool area is big. It has plenty of outdoor loungers and water lounger. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. The executive lounge is one of the best, they serve breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail, but only open until 8pm at this time, which is unusual. All staff are so friendly. Shout out to Edward and Roi in the executive lounge, You are the best guys! Thank you for looking after us well. The female concierge staff(sorry i forgot your name) was very helpful. I was asking her about shuttle to the airport. The hotel is a 15mins walk to NAIA Terminal 3 via a link bridge. There is also a free shuttle bus (almost every hour) to and from the 3 terminals of the airport.…
I staid twice in the Hilton Manila this month. I was impressed by the prompt replies to emails and messenger texts. In advance of arrival, as a Hilton Diamond, I had been upgraded to a King Deluxe Suite on one occasion and a King One-bedroom Suite on my second visit with a free bottle of wine waiting in my suite. The hotel opened in 2018 but was closed for much of the pandemic so it is virtually brand-new and in top condition. The rooms are very spacious - the suites have separate dining and living areas and a bedroom. I opted to take my breakfast in Kusina on the third floor as there is more variety there than in the lounge. The executive lounge is excellent, providing afternoon pastries & sandwiches from 3-4pm and evening cocktails with hold and cold food and free-flowing alcoholic drinks from 6-8pm. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The outdoor pool is large with a swim-up bar, many sunloungers and air-conditioned dining options. The pool area is considerably larger (and better) than in the Conrad Manila. The Hilton is a short 15 min walk from Terminal 3 (NAIA) via Runway Manila bridge which is really cool if you are taking a domestic flight with Cebupacific or an international flight with the likes of Etihad Airways. I will be sure to stay again in Hilton Manila on my next trip to the Philippines.…
The Port restaurant/bar was a great experience Ella, Aj, and Paula were super nice and catered to anything we needed. Drinks were made to our liking and the food tasted fresh as well. Would love to come back anytime we are back in Manila. Thanks for the service.
so nice and i feel safe because of the security. The food is so good and the people around are so nice. They treat you like you are Very important . I hope someday i can visit again and stay in hilton hotel. thank u so much.
My family has been visiting this hotel since 2019 whenever I'm in town, and their excellent service has been very consistent since the first time we've checked in up to today. Having the magic team reachable by text is also helpful, as we can have our room prepared while we go outside to visit the nearby mall, or relax by the pool. The executive lounge is also a good area to relax and have some canapés and cocktails, unfortunately they're only open until 8pm. I do hope they extend the hours, as when I visited Conrad Manila last week their lounge is open until 11pm. Will be sure to check in again in this hotel in the future!
