The staff are very accomodating. Specially the staff at the buffet.

Also the housekeeping, i left my skyway stored value card and they are very helpful for looking for it.

The receptionist at the front desk is also helpful for giving my other family members assistance for the room key card.

10 day mandatory quarantine, booked online with full board meals. That was a big mistake. Should have booked room only and ordered room service from full menu. Set meals are served in bento box style. I'm currently in day 7 , and today's breakfast included fish from last night dinner. What the **** ... what hotel does this ? My meals have been a mix bag of whatever the cook can find in the kitchen. O M G !!
I'm a prisoner of their whim !!
Granted I was given a complimentary upgrade to a suite when I checked in, I cannot give a 4 or 5 star rrating.

The only saving grace of hotel :

I don’t even know where to begin - best hotel ever! Stayed here 6 nights for mandatory quarantine because I came from overseas. I was expecting a grueling “can’t wait to get out of here” stay, as in most quarantine hotels. It was everything but!

Room: I haven’t stopped raving about their Fitness Room since I checked out almost a week ago. I may have actually left quarantine in better shape than when I entered. Truly one of a kind. I had my own stationary bike, some weights, and a yoga mat. No excuses not to start the day with a quick workout.

Food: Food was filling and always provided at the right time, 3x a day. Aside from the standard food packs part of the quarantine rates, I was able to order some meals from Milagritos, Tryp’s restaurant. Try their Cazuela bowls and Vongole!

Rates: I honestly would have paid more for the Fitness Room. There’s just nowhere else you can get that! There will always be cheaper (for a reason), but if you don’t want to go crazy during quarantine, do yourself a favor and stay here.

Service: Unparalleled! Everything you need, at the front of your door within a few minutes after requesting. Even upon checking in, I already felt like everything was done to keep everything sanitized, including the people. Always great to stay somewhere where I truly believe the people are treated well.

Overall, 5/5, 10/10, a perfect score. 😊 Looking forward to being able to stay here again with access to all amenities.

This was our first stay in this hotel. My wife and I were very impressed with the staff, each of whom had a ready smile and warm greeting any hour of the day.

The hotel is very clean and is located in an ideal place by the shores of Manila Bay. It is very close to Mall of Asia (MOA) and the newly opened Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from MOA. Taxi or Grab car service fares are fairly reasonable.

The dining room (Milagritos Restaurant) on the 3rd floor and the lobby on the 2nd floor both have an impressive view of the Manila Bay. The view from the rooftop lounge/swimming pool is breathtaking.

The Valentine Day Dinner was excellent. A flute and guitar duo provided a pleasant live background music. The lava cake was very delicious.

During our 20-day stay, we have come to know most of the hotel personnel. Some of the names worth mentioning are: Jacob Benitez (with Reservations) who coordinated our Shuttle Service from the Airport, Restaurant Manager Ron Angeles, Server Mitch Villena, Front Office Manager Samantha San Juan, Security Staff Jeffrey Carlos and Nico from Housekeeping. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you all for your excellent service.

Every staff were very helpful ,courteous and food is good, Specially (Ian Aliwalas ) (One of the staff )was very helpful .He did a good job in extending services to the customers. Front desk staff were very courteous and accommodating in assisting the customers including the housekeeping and the personnel in charge of delivering food to each room. I would recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

food is expensive not reasonable, towel is grayish and only one keycard they give us, it should me 2 keycards just like with the other hotels, requested on top floor but they give me in lower floor, cable is scramble I always call to fix it and also the alarm clock or teh fm/am radio is not working. I told them why it didnt working and they said no power since I didnt use it I dont mind it. The toiletries is also one bottle for shampoo nad lotion even i book for 2 person and also in bathroom it flooded when u take a bath.

When our flights got cancelled due to Taal volcanic eruption, our friend booked this hotel so we can rest for a night. We are well pleased with the hotel’s location as it is near NAIA as well as their room amenities. We had a comfortable short stay in this hotel and will recommend this for those travellers who are in transit or want to explore Manila area.

As the new normal, seafarers are required to undergo quarantine before joining the ships. Our company booked Tryp Hotel by Wyndham as our official quarantine area which started yesterday, December 4, 2020.

The location is great as it is situated nearby the shopping area (SM Mall of Asia) and bay area. The hotel has a strict safety protocol and requiring all the guests to wash their hands in their respective washing area before entering the premises and body temperature was properly checked.

The facility has a dimmed interior lighting. The Reception desk is located on the second floor which is manned by 2 receptionists and 1 manager. It has a friendly atmosphere even though it was busy by the time I checked in. I joined the queue and was waiting for Receptionist Kevin to assist me but he was busy taking phone calls although I think he noticed that someone is waiting for him, to be assisted (as an ex hotelier, I would always acknowledge the guest in front of me who is waiting at the queue before I pick up the ringing phone). So I went to other queue and later on assisted by Samantha. Samantha is really polite and professional, she apologized to me as there are some inhouse guests who cut the queue and directly went to her to inquire about something, which I totally understand. She clearly explained to me every thing I need to know for my 10 days quarantine. I was also assisted by Manager on duty, Edison who is really friendly and I am sure his staff are happy to work with him with that positive attitude. He is very kind to extend his generosity by upgrading me to one of their Suite Rooms which I greatly appreciated and really exceeded my expectations. The hotel management is lucky to have Samantha and Edison in their team, they are great assets to the company. I'm not saying this because I got an upgrade but as an ex-Hotelier, I can feel the genuine and great customer service that both of them showed me during my check in.

My room is located at 14th floor and I am impressed with the overall interior of the room with a nice view (I uploaded the pictures I took, to share how I am satisfied to the room that was assigned to me).

So far, on my first day of stay, I am very satisfied and delighted, hoping that the next 9 days will be the same. So far so great, the service is awesome and I highly recommend this hotel.

At the end of my stay, I will post another update and give reviews about my overall stay here at Tryp Hotel by Wyndham.

Our travel agent booked us at Tryp for several days. The first room had a funky smell to it and so did the hallway. It smells like sewage. The water in the shower took forever to drain. There's a half wall in the shower stall so all the water would splash everywhere outside the stall. We had other rooms in different floors. They were ok, typical hotel room. The room upgrade wasn't any different from the other rooms, just a view of the bay and a "fancier" coffee machine. Breakfast buffet was small, not as much offering as some of the other hotels in the area. It's in a good location near the Mall of Asia and airport. Shuttle service is provided. The staff is friendly and polite, but some weren't very knowledgeable, had to go back and "ask a manager" every time you ask them a question. The restaurant had an ok selection but the food wasn't bad. You have to pay a fee if you want to wrap up your leftovers. They treated their hotel like it has a 5-star rating, but it's a 3-star at best. I probably would not stay here again. There are other hotels near MOA that are much better in value and services.

I would like to commend the hotel for its extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff. Customer experience at its best. The lady guard at the entrance was very helpful to my mom who had arthritic knees and had to be assisted to get in and out of the car. Her assistants there were also very helpful. The staff at the restaurant were cheerful and friendly. And the lady who does housekeeping at the room we stayed in (1503) was always helpful and kind. She took care of cleaning our room really well. Overall, the Tryp by Windham hotel may noy be a 5-star hotel but the level of quality service is beyond 5-star!
