Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Pros: Excellent location. Literally 4 minute walk from SM Mall of Asia, huge mall. The building is upscale, very secure and safe, apartment is on a high floor and overlooks the pool on the middle which was a great view. Nice little balcony. Just below is Shell walkway where there is a nice supermarket and loads of restaurants and laundrymat.
Cons: It was not their fault but there was construction right above our apartment, lots of noise in the morning till afternoon. Have to pay extra to use pool. Apartment was smaller than I thought it would be.

I spent about $100 for 2 nights, 3 days per room. I rented 3 condos for my family during the holidays and I would recommend them all. The hosts are really nice, very responsive and their plac is really clean. The pool is super nice, bring extra towel though esp. if you're planning to go swimming. It is truly a 5 min walk to Mall of Asia but there's also Alfa mart and other stores and restaurants in the property for convenience. Check in is a bit chaotic although this has nothing to do with the host just the way the lobby and management are a bit disorganized so make you coordinate with your host on where to go, etc.
Look up these properties in Air bnb... Gigi located at tower A 14th floor, can accommodate 4 people Marializa located in tower B 4th floor, can accommodate up to 5 people Mercy in tower C 10th floor, can accommodate 4 people.

Location = is very convenient Room = is worth of the price Hospitality = very bad management of Premiere Haven (could be a host or agent only). > during booking: in their website the price listed as Php5,500 but they want me to book at booking. com which was Php7,000.00, until finally they agreed the price of Php5,500. > booking support: the staff that supported me named "Karen" not sure if really her true name, answered me that parking is available because every unit has parking. Swimming pool is also available. If nobody checked-in the previous night, we can check-in earlier, or if have, we can check-in earlier than 3:00PM > support on the check-in day: the staff named "Mylene Miro" again not sure if her true name, told me that they cannot accept early check-in, even nobody checked-in the previous night. They only accept at exactly 3:00pm, but on that day. On that time also I found out that no available parking and we need to pay separately. At 2:00 PM, I called Mylene and reminded her that we were already in the lobby and waiting for 3:00PM and she confirmed, also she told me, she will call me at 3:00PM and their staff will meet me at the lobby. At exactly 3:00PM, I did not receive a call, so at around 3:10PM I called her, and told her that she confirmed that the check-in time is 3:00PM - she answered me that their check- in time is from 3:00PM to 11:00PM = What The Hell = is this person really knows what she is talking? Finally we checked-in at 3:46PM. The swimming pool: we only knew from the security at the pool that it is not free and we need to pay Php150/head, but before we will pay, the agent or owner should email first to the Shell Residences our names, in which we were not also informed by Premier Staffs, and it was almost 5:30PM (cut-off time), luckily we made it.
Very bad service and very rude staff... No plan of endorsing or going back again at Shell Residences...

Booked through bookings.com, on arrival we weren't on their list then when we were finally taken up to the room we were not given a key. We pressed the issue about getting a key for the room but were ignored and then told to call our booking agent to get a key from them... LIKE WHAT?! ARE YOU KIDDING?! So every time we left our room we had to take all our valuables with us, and hope that our room wasn't robbed whenever we returned. The room was filthy. All the cupboards were filled with rubbish and old shoes. The washing machine didn't work so had to use the laundromat. No kettle, toaster, cutlery or crockery like the the booking had advertised. We're denied access to the pool as they tried saying some of my family weren't registered to stay in the hotel, even though we showed them our booking was for 2 adults and 3 children. Then were constantly harassed by staff telling us that none of us were registered to stay there. We booked a room with a smoking balcony, but no balcony on the room we got put it, so decided to just smoke out the window... Caught staff taking our photos whilst standing at the window. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not if booking online...

We made our booking on booking.com, no booking was found on arrival despite proof of confirmation.
Staff - unhelpful, rude, argued back, laughed at us.
Check in - it took two hours to check in, waiting until 11pm when the room was said to be ready at 2:30pm.
Food or water access - NOTHING
Room - small, shabby and not what we had booked.
Television - didn't work.
Pool access - denied due to it being a 'holiday' despite it saying it was open everyday online.
No toilet paper.
Unclean
Booked a four bed room, got a room with ONE double bed in it.
Expected to pay more than the price booked on booking.com
Invasion of privacy. Had to be escorted to the pool and have someone sit by us.

We have booked 5 night, check out after the first night because the conditions in the residence were unbearable (disgusting smell, dirty sheets, mold everywhere, dirty showers, furniture that are ruined and taped together, hair everywhere) – the place was not properly managed and maintained. My colleagues could not stand it.
We have required a refund for 4 night – the nights we did not stay in the hotel and did not use the service.
The compensation was not approved. We as a customer were abandoned, chated and left alone with our problems - no valid and relative information about the hotel (the pictures are fake), no support, no help, no compensation.
STAY AWAY. BETTER BOOK A HOSTEL.

Stayed at January 2019. The unit was under FilNaija at Shell Residences management. Cannot contact any staff by phone, Taxi driver can't recognise which building of Shell residence it is, Even securities and reception doesn't recognise Filnaija. The phone number on their website answers but says a wrong number. My bad experience is, we arrived on time, the carer said she doesn't have the keys yet, coz the client brought the key with them and they even have their belongings at the room yet. We were very tired coz of a long trip from UK, 3 flights and arrived too early at NAIA 4am, so we need to wait till 2 o'clock pm for our check in time. We got the keys 2 hrs late. Room so bad, you can see some cockroaches crawling. Wifi not working. Your contract doesn't include the use of swimming pool and is not stated on website. I know that some other units are good and nice at shell residences, the question is , how would you choose it?

We live in this condo with a contract with the owner of the room. Apart for monthly rent, and we pay very high administrative expenses,but employees are locked out so that we can not be used except for the owner of the room in the aisle to the pool and gym room. About 10 people are using the pool everyday, there are close to ten employees who manage this pool. I am angry when I think that I pay administrative expenses every month for this employee. I can not say any other employees or say hello, they are playing with mobile phones while at work. Correspondence of this hotel is level as one star hotel

I was fortunate to book a room from helpful and friendly people. But my god the receptionists are soooo awful and rude. I don't know why filipinos are still proud of how hospitable they are when actually they're way below average in this are. Replace your receptionists with more respectable people please.
