Small insects are everywhere. Little did you know, they are sharing food with you na. Called the FO and an HK staff came right away, did 2-3 sprays at the bathroom and dared to ask "YUN LANG PO?". A hotelier myself for 19 yrs, got irritate because this isn't something LANG. Wala na sila ginawa after. The next day, a stafr called, reminding us of our check out. 10am. Few minutes, someone called. Icheck daw the room dahil sa insects? Like what? You reminded us of our check out then saka nyo icheck mga alaga nyong insects?

just to get checked in. Can you believe it? I wasted over an hour of precious time simply standing there, feeling increasingly frustrated by the minute. To add insult to injury, the receptionist had the audacity to explain that they had no control over the situation. Apparently, it was the housekeeping staff that was responsible for the delay. Excuse me, but isn't it the hotel's responsibility to efficiently manage their operations? Blaming another department isn't a valid excuse for such a lackluster check-in process. Another glaring issue was the absence of parking facilities. I mean, seriously? How can a hotel, no matter how affordable, fail to provide even the most basic amenity of a parking space? It's as if they expect guests to magically teleport to their destination. I suppose it's true what they say: you get what you pay for. In this case, the cheap rate of the hotel was clearly reflected in the abysmal service I received. I can't help but conclude that they prioritize cutting corners over providing a satisfactory guest experience. All in all, this hotel experience stands as a testament to the importance of thorough research and reading reviews before making a reservation. Lesson learned, that's for sure.

The place is infested with cockroaches everywhere. Very bad!!! Bathroom shower is faulty, the floor is flooding becoz of poor drainage even the sink. They never clean the kitchen area. We can do it but no dishwashing soap etc. The bed are also worn out, when you turn you will end up on the floor. The only probably positive that i can say about the place is the location.

the most convenient and closest condotel to SM Megamall with the views of Ortigas CBD and a choice of room located either tower A or tower B. The only cons are the crowded elevators in both towers as you shared the elevators with all the condo tenants

Beautiful hotel with nice roof top pool. Rooms have aesthetic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each rooms and fast internet connection. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

BSA has been a home since 2013. Location is great! It is near groceries, malls, restaurant and MRT. Rooms, and public area are always clean and maintained. There are times though that pool is overly crowded. Staff are well mannered and approachable.

Price is reasonable; old building; just across megamall; very accessible; best feature of the room is the kitchen plus the utensils which you need to reserve in advance; advise is to book on third party sites because they’re website is not updated; our room was not available when we checked in; they made us settle the room payments first before telling us the room is not available; i insisted that i get the room that i booked which they later provided; front desk is slow both check in and check out; requested once from front desk two bottles of water on our entire stay and it never arrived.

Long before humans occupied this space, cockroaches are already thriving in this area, You can see cockroaches crawling from the moment you enter the elevator up to your room. I spent most of the time inside the room trying to catch them but i just gave up cause more are coming. Aircon is leaking. You need extra patience during check-in and check out so avoid check-in and check-out period, suggest you go early or late. If there is one thing good about this place is the location. If you are planning to attend an event in SM Megamall or just plan to go for a shopping spree then this is a place for you (if your not afraid of cockroaches). It is just opposite of Mega mall and the grocery is just at the entrance of the mall from where BSA tower is located.

As always, BSA Twin Tower Hotel has exceeded our expectations. We arrived a bit early but we were granted an early check-in as the room was available. The room was clean and tidy, we had everything we need. Without even requesting, an extra bed was provided as the manager thought it would make our stay more comfortable - a much-appreciated gesture. We only stayed for a night but everyone was helpful and they made sure everything was good. Special thanks to Ms. Ella, the assistant front office manager, she helped us with all the arrangements and she personally welcomed us when we arrived. We definitely recommend BSA Twin Tower to travelers looking for a stellar place to stay near shopping malls, restaurants, easy to get a ride to the airports.

Pros: - Very accessible - Near malls (Megamall and Podium) Cons: - The inside of the cabinet is very smelly. - Lots of crawling cockroaches everywhere! - This is the first time I experience in a hotel that they will provide you zonrox instead of alcohol as your dissinfectant. I will never book here ever again
