Detailed Reviews
We avail of the Two Bedroom Suite for overnight stay.
Pros:
1. The room is okay and spaceous enough for overnight stay of 5.
2. Food choices for breakfast buffet is few but delicious.
3. The Two bedroom Suite has 1 master bedroom with a twin size (I guess) bed, with aircon at television.
The 2nd room only has 1 single bed. There is another room which is the made's room, with single bed and bathroom inside the room.
4. Has 4 chair dining area
5. Has kitchen and refrigerator
6. Has sofa and television
7. Has free wifi
CONS:
1. I booked directly to BSA TWIN TOWER online reservation, and book an overnight stay on the said room with complimentary breakfast for 4 adults. By thew children aged 7 above are considered adult so they are not free in complimentary breakfast. During check-in, the attendant said I only have 2 complementary breakfast and requested her to double check and showed my confirmed reservation showing my 4 complimentary breakfast. It turns out that they had a system glitch which cause not to reflect my actual reservation. So I suggest upon checking in to always confirm the inclusion in your reservation.
2. The water drain clogs during shower.
3. Old school check out. So upon check out, you need to return the card then leave the front desk and wait again for your name to be called cause they will call the housekeeping staff to inspect the room then once cleared they will return the cash deposit for incidental fee if you deposited by cash and will cancel credit transaction if you deposited by credit card. So checking out will take you 30 minutes or so depending on the number of guests that will check out.
It's an average condotel if you plan to have an overnight stay with your family or friends. The location is strategic near malls and train station.

I was very lucky to get an instant confirmation on the 31st of December. We were booked out by 1 hotel so I had to quickly check another accommodation. No, I won't accept a new year's eve on the street with my 3 kids. Got surprised with the number of guests I saw upon check-in. Despite of the big crowd, we were able to check-in with ease. Kudos to frontdesk team for being professional and accommodating! The room is big and very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and their breakfast although the variety was not that much. The location is perfect! Since I only had 5 days to stay, we were close to the mall and areas which I needed to visit.
Cost is a bit high than others but the location will really give you a lot of savings. The only issue I encountered is for the room service. When I requested for additional towels but didn't arrive until check out :( The elevator was also a bit of an issue. prolly due to number of guests.
Overall, it was a great stay. We had fun. Will surely book again!

There is really no excuse for the lapse in service. This shall be cascaded to the Team for improvement. We hope to be of service to you again in the near future.

Long before humans occupied this space, cockroaches are already thriving in this area, You can see cockroaches crawling from the moment you enter the elevator up to your room. I spent most of the time inside the room trying to catch them but i just gave up cause more are coming. Aircon is leaking. You need extra patience during check-in and check out so avoid check-in and check-out period, suggest you go early or late. If there is one thing good about this place is the location. If you are planning to attend an event in SM Megamall or just plan to go for a shopping spree then this is a place for you (if your not afraid of cockroaches). It is just opposite of Mega mall and the grocery is just at the entrance of the mall from where BSA tower is located.

I totally not recommending this hotel!! This hotel management will charge you absolutely ridiculously amount for something that they will justify by saying you violate the rules and regulation. Even a very small dirt, hotel managers are too arrogant too. This actually happen last January 2020 but because of some important matter to attend to during that time plus this pandemic I wasn't able to post this review right away but everytime I remember what happen to us that night, it really getting into my nerves and cant accept that they were able to get that money from me that easy. Here's what happen
I booked one of their rooms last January for a small gathering, I'm with my friends and nephew who is 3 years old along with other 2 kids who is 8 and 10 years old, we don't have any plans of staying overnight since we have a flight at 1 in the morning, so around 5 pm the 2 kids when to the pool to swim when my nephew heard about it he then wanted to join so I decided to put some baby oil on his body to make sure he will not get colds (old tradition of Filipinos when a baby-toddler will take a cold bath) . Upon checking out their staff told me that I have to pay the linens that has stain, I was shock since I don't remember anyone eating on their beds or even anyone of us that has a severe ink or anything that can cause too much stain on their linens so I asked them that I want to check that stain, hold and below it was the stain on the baby oil I use on my nephew and was big as a regular coin that you have on you purse.
I argued with their manager and inform that stain can be remove with just one wash of the linens, I understand their hotel terms and condition but I just can't accept that I'll have to pay for Php 2500 for that small stain that can be remove, I've stayed with different hotels in my entire life here in the Philippines and even other countries and never I have experience me being charge for something that small and can be remove by washing. The manager who I forget the name insist it cannot be remove by their laundry soap, so you guys really need to be careful in trying this hotel I don't think they use a good laundry soap that will at least spare you from any germs or virus. I bring the linen back to our home and my mom hand wash it and that stain was removed right away, cause it will! gosh! it was a baby oil!! I tried to send them an email and review on their FB page, one of their team member message me and still very arrogant after telling them that the linens are clean as new , they just replied that I can return it to get my Php 2500, huh! after all the hassle you've done to me? I was too angry, paying me back Php2500 will not be enough to compensate me!
I actually have other friends who told me experience the same thing with this hotel, charging people extra for leaving the room dirty, seems they really want their customer to clean before leaving the premises.
The only good thing on this hotel is its close to megamall. Aside from that there are no other reason for you guys to stay here.
Not Again BSA Twin Towers!

Duration of Stay- 2 nights, 3 days
Pros:
Great Location
Clean Washroom
Spacious
Cons:
Cockroaches
Parking fee exclusive (there's no enough parking spaces too)
Uncomfortable Bed
Not so clean Bedroom
I am an event organizer of a company and an average traveller, that's why I know what to expect in a low cost, average cost, high cost hotels/ condotels.
I had high expectation of the condotel (now they claim as a hotel) because the cost is higher than the low cost budget hotel I had been staying (1-2kms away from BSA), so I considered changing hotel due to the great location of BSA (nevermind the additional cost I had to pay).
Well, upon check in I had to wait for the long qeue. Check in and parking. Long qeue in the elevator. (4 elevators only 1 or 2 are working). Btw, parking is in Tower A, Condotel is in Tower B. 🤦♀️
Arrived in the room, nice, it was spacious. But we were welcomed by a cockroach. And, a dusty floor. Goodness I nearly cried. Oh, there were 3.cockroahes that visited us the entire stay 😬
Let's jump to our last day. Well, I was very excited to check out. But they were more excited. 1030am they called, to confirm that we are checking out. We said yes, we know 12noon is check out time. 11am, someone knocked and checked if we already checked out. 1120, frontdesk called again.Hell yeah, 10mins later, someone knocked again and told us that it is nearly check out time. I was pissed off. We were already on the road off @1140am. That fast. They should have told us that 11am is the check out time. Graciousness.

Response from PinkyB156, Operations Manager at BSA Twin Towers Hotel
Responded Feb 16, 2020
Dear ResTravels, First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay with us. The long queue at the Reception was due to high occupancy. The elevators are on scheduled maintenance in order to ensure its functionality and safety. The cockroach problem is currently being addressed to permanently eradicate it. As for the departure call, we normally call once before check-out to confirm the departure and to offer assistance should our guest need any for his or her check-out. The 11:30am knock on your door is for the standard Housekeeping room check. We regret that this caused some negative impression and we do apologize for the unpleasant experience. We hope to be given a chance to redeem ourselves and be of service to you once again. I would be more than glad to assist you with your future booking, to personally make sure of a wonderful time on your next visit. Please feel free to email me at pinkyrosebarba.bsatt@gmail.com. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Hope to hear from you soon.

BSA Twin Towers in Mandaluyong offers a convenient and comfortable stay in Metro Manila. The hotel is centrally located, providing easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation. The suites are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with kitchenette facilities, making it ideal for both short and long-term stays. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and gym facilities, which offer stunning views of the city skyline. While the decor may be a bit dated in some areas, the overall cleanliness and functionality of the rooms are commendable. BSA Twin Towers provides good value for money with its convenient location and amenities, making it a practical choice for travelers visiting Mandaluyong.

Was in Manila for 3 weeks stayed at BSA Twin Towers. Perfect location between SM Mega Mall and Podium. Our room was on 51st floor and we loved the big windows and exellent view looking over golf course and crazy Manila traffic. I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

As always, BSA Twin Tower Hotel has exceeded our expectations. We arrived a bit early but we were granted an early check-in as the room was available. The room was clean and tidy, we had everything we need. Without even requesting, an extra bed was provided as the manager thought it would make our stay more comfortable - a much-appreciated gesture. We only stayed for a night but everyone was helpful and they made sure everything was good. Special thanks to Ms. Ella, the assistant front office manager, she helped us with all the arrangements and she personally welcomed us when we arrived. We definitely recommend BSA Twin Tower to travelers looking for a stellar place to stay near shopping malls, restaurants, easy to get a ride to the airports.

Booked for three nights & noticed the following day that housekeeping did not throw all garbage. They made up beds & changed towels but empties, used kitchen utensils, cups & plates were neither dished out nor cleaned up. I would say their housekeeping staff needs a little follow up.

Beautiful hotel with nice roof top pool. Rooms have aesthetic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each rooms and fast internet connection. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

Yes, Parking was available
Pets are not allowed
We were not able to check-in early when we stayed here.
I had no issues. However there were parts of the city with erratic water supply.
TBH, I found Bonifacio Global City to be the best district of Manila. It has everything you need and is spotlessly clean
