Booked via Agoda, room/night costs 1900php. PROS: - near SM megamall / podium (chose this hotel as I am attending a wedding on that day in Podium). That's it. CONS: - greeted by a cockroach in the room - smelly / dark hallways and parking lots - no mats in the room - poorly maintained rooms (expectation vs reality, see website photos) - staff responding on my FB queries don't seem to think and understand my queries first before replying. I had to repeat my queries for them to get my question (i know you are responding based from the format given to you - this is not the automatic reply - but its a case to case basis, understand the question first). Tip: perfect place if you are not staying inside the hotel the whole day. Surprised that this is a 3 star hotel. Ayway, 1900php/night - in the middle of ortigas bcd, you get what you pay for.…
I totally not recommending this hotel!! This hotel management will charge you absolutely ridiculously amount for something that they will justify by saying you violate the rules and regulation. Even a very small dirt, hotel managers are too arrogant too. This actually happen last January 2020 but because of some important matter to attend to during that time plus this pandemic I wasn't able to post this review right away but everytime I remember what happen to us that night, it really getting into my nerves and cant accept that they were able to get that money from me that easy. Here's what happen I booked one of their rooms last January for a small gathering, I'm with my friends and nephew who is 3 years old along with other 2 kids who is 8 and 10 years old, we don't have any plans of staying overnight since we have a flight at 1 in the morning, so around 5 pm the 2 kids when to the pool to swim when my nephew heard about it he then wanted to join so I decided to put some baby oil on his body to make sure he will not get colds (old tradition of Filipinos when a baby-toddler will take a cold bath) . Upon checking out their staff told me that I have to pay the linens that has stain, I was shock since I don't remember anyone eating on their beds or even anyone of us that has a severe ink or anything that can cause too much stain on their linens so I asked them that I want to check that stain, hold and below it was the stain on the baby oil I use on my nephew and was big as a regular coin that you have on you purse. I argued with their manager and inform that stain can be remove with just one wash of the linens, I understand their hotel terms and condition but I just can't accept that I'll have to pay for Php 2500 for that small stain that can be remove, I've stayed with different hotels in my entire life here in the Philippines and even other countries and never I have experience me being charge for something that small and can be remove by washing. The manager who I forget the name insist it cannot be remove by their laundry soap, so you guys really need to be careful in trying this hotel I don't think they use a good laundry soap that will at least spare you from any germs or virus. I bring the linen back to our home and my mom hand wash it and that stain was removed right away, cause it will! gosh! it was a baby oil!! I tried to send them an email and review on their FB page, one of their team member message me and still very arrogant after telling them that the linens are clean as new , they just replied that I can return it to get my Php 2500, huh! after all the hassle you've done to me? I was too angry, paying me back Php2500 will not be enough to compensate me! I actually have other friends who told me experience the same thing with this hotel, charging people extra for leaving the room dirty, seems they really want their customer to clean before leaving the premises. The only good thing on this hotel is its close to megamall. Aside from that there are no other reason for you guys to stay here. Not Again BSA Twin Towers!…
Was in Manila for 3 weeks stayed at BSA Twin Towers. Perfect location between SM Mega Mall and Podium. Our room was on 51st floor and we loved the big windows and exellent view looking over golf course and crazy Manila traffic. I would recommend this place and will stay here again.
Location is very strategic; it is in the center of business areas and malls are just few steps away. You will have lots and lots of restaurants to choose from. Public transportation is readily available; very accessible
Near the major malls and business district, convenient for shopping and leisure, recommended for long-time business travelers, However, the TV in my bedroom is not working. I used to watch at the living room.
