This accommodation is okay for me considering the amount i paid for an overnight stay. Front desk was very informative and pleasing. There are cctv cameras all over the place so i felt secured during my stay. Aircon at the room was very cold so it is a plus to me. Bed was very comfy i could lie there all day long. The only problems ive encountered during my stay were: 1. There's no elevator. 😁😁😁 My room was at the 4th floor. And i have two luggages that weighed 22 kgs and 7 kgs. Though, the receptionist offered a hand for luggages but i decline coz i assumed i can handle it on my own.. but man... Climbing the stairs wasnt easy at all and carrying those heavy luggages, definitely an effort!! 2.water pressure in the toilet wasnt strong enough to flush. Lastly. The place location was a bit remote a bit far from dining places.. But its nearby small stores and palengke. So it saved me some cash coz they dont charge much! Overall. It was a fine stay. When you are tired from travelling.. and someone greeted you at the reception area with a good smile.. it just brightens up my day.. so im gonna rate it a 7/10.…

Absolutely appalling hotel cancelled booking without informing booking.com and leaving us stranded in Manila. I they said they had tried to contact me but no e mails were sent. Do not book here as you could find yourself stranded they also flouted booking.com rules. Untrustworthy

Welcome was warm by its staff name IVY. She was not just warm but sensitive to client's need. Finding the place was part of the adventure, but if you find it it is definitely a GEM. Room are really clean and in a very quite community
