I chose it primarily due to its location for a business trip. The hotel looks like being run by a cheapskate. Quite a few things badly need renovations. Don't bother about the pool, best to convert it to some fountain. Smell of smoke, combined with overall humidity makes it for a 'splendid' experience. Bed linen and kitchen were reasonably clean (and that was pretty much the only positive aspect), food left much better to be desired, but seeing a cockroach in a hallway just killed the whole experience. The pictures do not reflect the reality. I don't know which hotel to recommend but i highly recommend to stay away from this one. Can't shake the feeling of 'filth' after the visit.

This place is surely cheap, but mind you they have bugs, their place is dirty and the amenities barely works. Do not book at this place! I cannot blame the people working in here for giving a mediocre service because they are very few considering the number of rooms that they have!

We checked in very late at 9pm and thought everything was okay. When we reached the door, the key wont work. No telephone on the floors so i have to dial using my mobile phone, guess what no answer as well and then we need to take the elevator again that took years! Please see other reviews from othwr guests. No apologies after, oh there was, the manager called at 1030pm, when we were about to sleep, cant they have the standard of calling the guests? I mean they can just slip under apology noted right? I have a 3month old baby and was awaken by the sound of the phone! Breakfast is average and room is spacious but very old. Dont ask for complimentary coffee, since elevator took years so u should order 1 day before! They should have set up comp coffee in the room. Will never go back and will not recommend!

Room is spacious enough (we stayed in a junior suite). I liked their bathtub although the water turns cold immediately. The kitchen is very useful. They have stove top but You’ll have to request the kitchenware if you need them. No charges for that. Aircon is not that cool and the cable kept disconnecting. Wifi is not free. Bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly. There were noises at night from other rooms too. All in all it was a good stay

Had attended a seminar in this hotel about a few weeks ago. And a guest, they gave me and my collegues (mostly doctors) our unforgiveable experience.... Imagine having a seminar at the 34th floor with only one elevator working. And worst, they turned off the elevator while we're still inside it at the 20th floor. Our fellow doctor who went down ahead of us called their attention why the lift was stucked at the 20th floor? (she was actually waiting for us at the ground floor knowing we're the next batch to go down since went in line for the lift). The maintenance guy told her that they have to turn off the lift for a "rest". She told him that there's a lot of guest going down and she's so sure that her friends were inside that elevator that they stopped at tbe 20th floor. Still, the guy said no. The ending? We walked down the stairs from the 20th floor up to the lobby and worst, we all have great muscle and joint pains that caused us to call in sick for work. Maintenance service of this hotel should never stop the lift service until it had reached the ground and see with tbeir own eyes that it is empty. Food is okay but service is poor.

Hotel rooms should be non smoking. But when I complained of cigarette smell in our room, front desk just said that they will send someone to spray. I then asked why not call the attention of guests smoking in the rooms. She just gave a blank stare as if the idea is something alien. Shower is inside the tub but no handle for support as the tub is too high. No hot water for shower. Blanket is a thin sheet.

Elevators here really takes you a million years to wait and a million years to get on and a million years to get to your floor and room! Just cause there is usually one elevator working (service elevator to be exact) and the two elevators are always closed and broken. Best way to fix that is to CHANGE THE ELEVATORS AND HAVE NEW ONES. Apart from that, there’s always this trash that you see in the fire exit. I mean who the hell does not know how to throw their own trash properly???? Honestly, this hotel has so much potential being in the middle of the city which you’re near to the train, mall etc etc.. but how can you maintain having loyal guests and guests who would recommend you if your amenities and all really really really REALLY suck?
