We stayed here for two nights in March.

Despite saying they had refunded the 3000 PHP deposit amount, the refund never went through properly and they are not responding to emails. I eventually came through after I emailed head office and after 7 working days.

In addition, room was incredibly noisy. (411) Due to to the air conditioning unit above the office on the ground floor. Even with the window close it was very bad.

Bed sheet did not fit the mattress and kept coming off - also bad stains on the bed sheets noticed. Mould in bathroom - as per other reviews in much need of renovation.

They did not let us check in until 1pm, despite the room being ready much earlier. All other hotels in the Philippines had done this out of good will however this hotel did not. We had been traveling for 24 hours amid the COVID-19 disruption and were extremely tired, however they still refused to allow us into the room even 2 hours early. Poor service.

Front desk staff are not customer-oriented at all. We arrived at a little past 1pm, thinking that we might be able to check in before the check in time (2pm) in case a room is ready. But we were told to wait until 2pm. So we did, we decided not to make a fuss out of it. Good thing the bell service was the one who convinced the front desk staff to let us in a room already as our daughter needed to nap already. The reservation staff could also use a bit more customer service training. I was pleasantly surprised with the superior room we stayed in though. It was clean and looked newly renovated.

Very basic. No shower cap in the bathroom. The shower water was lukewarm, not hot. No teaspoon/stirrer for me to mix my coffee in my room. There weren't any tissues in the tissue box!Breakfast was supposed to start at 7.00am. I was waiting at that time to have it as I have a flight to catch. It was only actually served at 7.21am. They had the audacity to collect an incidental deposit from me when their hotel really wasn't even worthy of one.
Receptionist and the service staff were friendly and accommodating though.

Convenient location and comfortable, quiet rooms .

Rooms were a bit dark, but I like that. Both my wife and I slept very well. Everything in the room was solid, well-maintained, and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. No view to speak of out of the window (just another window about 8 feet away), but it's not like many people are in Manila for the views anyways.

Breakfast (a silog meal) but was fair and delivered to the room for free on request. The gym has surprisingly quality equipment. My only complaints are that the TV had very few channels (despite being a satellite service) and on-street parking can be limited (though this wasn't an issue when we were there). You are right across the street from malls, so likely you won't be in the room too much anyways.

All in all, quite worth the money and considerably cheaper than other hotels in the area without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. Would recommend to couples or solo travelers who need a solid, clean room for a night or two without spending too much.

The room without any view was very clean and smelled really clean with white bed linens. I have to keep the AC to super cool otherwise above 20C you can smell that moldy smell from AC unit. The lobby is way too cramped. Staff were very friendly.

This hotel. Is ok, They should replace a few things to freshen it up. But they have nice beds, good wood furniture, and your own stove, fridge, etc. The pool is ok, good to cool off on a hot day. There are lots of taxis, transport right off the road, and few small stores.

Needed a hotel close to business site. The stench is overpowering. The chairs in the lobby stink so bad you cannot sit in them. But the real horror story is the mold in the rooms. The rooms have marble floors and bath, but there is 2 inches of mold around the tub, which they thought so little of they put fresh clear chalking over the old mold, which now has spread over the new chalking. Warm water is the best you can get when you can even get that. Should be closed as a health hazard. See photos below.

The reviews said crown regency was a four star hotel and the price was right. I made a confirmed reservation at the hotel. I normaly go to the top end name brand hotels but this time I wanted to see less less costly hotel. When I arrived at the hotel I saw a cheap dirty facility. I tought I am only staying a night so let's see how the room looks. I was on the second floor. Getting out of elevator the heat in the hallway was stiffiling. They brought me to my room wich was hotter than the hallway. The room was dirty and hot! I put on the air con which blew hot air. I put it max cold and it still did not cool. I was sweaty and hot. I asked for an other room. They moved to a room that smelled with urine. That was it. I wanted a refund. They would not return any money. If you are looking for the hotel from hell the crown regency is where you want to go.

We were upgraded to a superior room when we checked and Im ever so thank ful. But here's my review:
Location- close to park square, glorietta , lsndmark and greenbelt malls. If you're after shopping, restaurants, some places to unwind in the makati CBD, this hotel is for you.
Accessible by public transpo- mrt, taxi , jeepney or bus
Reception- cold. Not so service oriented. When we're checking in, lady on duty was chitchatting with a man who we assumed was her friend. Checking in and out took some time and take note, there were no other guests at the counter aside from us
Rooms- I can't imagine what the standard room will look like. As mentioned we were upgraded, room was huge but it was clamoring for a repair--- there were water drip marks where the aircOn is situated, wall paints are peeling. Bathroom tiles have mildew/ molds. The shower doors wouldnt close properly -- as a result, water will overflow.
Price - just add some more few bucks and you may want to consider checking in at the nearby 5 star hotel Instead

The hotel offers airport pickup. Or you cant opt for transportation services at the airport. Otherwise, you can take the airport yellow taxis or the regular white taxis.

Hi I would catch a yellow metered taxi a taxi should cost you no more than 350 peso I think from memory Crown regency wanted more than 2000 peso.

The great thing about Crown Regency is that they are very accommodating and I'm sure they can accommodate your needs if requested early during booking. They are a very friendly hotel and everything is close including supermarket which is a 6 minute walk away. The great thing is that everything that you need is in walking distance and very safe for there are security guards every where and police and also taxis but always use metered taxis while there. The hotel can arrange metered taxis for you. For cost of metered taxi to go into Manila is about 160 peso's but is recommended to tip the driver a further 20 peso's for a coffee. Also jeepney's run right out the front too. I hope this advice is helpful and I would not use any hotel but Crown Regency makati. Enjoy your trip and have fun and also advise using a disposable toilet seat protecter while using communal toilets and the use of hand sanitiser. All the best and hope this helps.

4 adults would be a difficult squeeze, unless the room specifically states 2 queen or full beds, which i do not think their standard rooms have the space for. Having said that, i would not recommend staying at this hotel, we had a bad experience. It is more of a 2.5 to 3 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel as listed.

My cousins used Club Ultima coupons last July 2014 to book rooms in Crown Regency. The room had 2 double beds, spacious. The usual TV, ref, coffee maker and cups were available. Nice comfy room.
