If you are a party animal, book this hotel as it is in the Middle of all the nightlife you can imagine. If you just want to relax a bit after your journey DON’T book it. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast and restaurant are perfect. We stayed the first night in a room at street side. seriously i do understand a city has noise, but this was like there were no windows at all……Also the level of moving insects 🪳 was a bit too high (understanding we are in a city in the tropics). Luckily they changed our room next day to a room at back. A bit better the noise level, but we had a rooster yelling every 30 minutes whole night…. The bed was not comfortable at all, too hard.

Unprofessional and incompetent staff. I asked questions and instead of answering my questions in a conversational manner, they kept copying and pasting a generic template response over and over again. Infuriating. Capital O? More like Crapital 💩 O. I will never book here again.

Element Boutique has been the perfect home base for us in Manila. It's an oasis. The atmosphere is just right for us: aesthetically very pleasing with friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant is like the living room for the hotel -- always right there, homey and available with guests lingering for long periods of time. The best part is the DELICIOUS FOOD! I've been absolutely wowed by fresh, healthy, unbelievably delicious offerings. They have a great Mediterranean plate for vegetarians/vegans and amazing seafood. Their bread is fresh-baked in house every morning They also have yummy homemade desserts -- I've been going for the fresh-baked apple tart with a bit of ice cream. I've never recommended a hotel this highly. It's truly special.

I visited the Elements restaurant and was blown away by how good the food was. Eating beef in the Philippines isn’t always the best. But I ate a steak tartare that was the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere in the world. The chef Julian from France is different class. The dessert of profiteroles with yummy ice cream inside was simply sublime. Reasonably priced this place should be rammed every night. I’ll be a regular.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel several times when staying in Manila. We always appreciated its cozy vibe and the amazing food. They stay in this boutique hotel has a competitive price, and the location in Poblacion is just great! This time we were looking for a place where to spend 2 weeks of self quarantine in Manila. Even if our original plan was to stay for two weeks, we ended up staying 6 nights only. The food was as delicious as always, any dish we ordered was sumptuous. The only down point is that sometimes we felt the price was not justified by the tiny quantity. Anyways, what bothered us the most and convinced us to shorten our visit is that we saw only one person among all the staff and management wearing a mask. Even the guests were not wearing a mask. I mean, we didn't feel they were taking this pandemic seriously and they might have put in danger the safety of their guests. Said this, in more "normal" circumstances I'd come back over here, because over all the place is great!

I loved everything about this hotel, the warmth and hospitality from the owners and staff were abundant always. Also it was a great value. But the food — my goodness. House made bread, pasta, noodles — only the finest ingredients from the local markets, very well executed variations on French and Italian classics. And V again, a great value for such quality. I woke up every morning excited to go downstairs and have their omelette with the fresh baked bread. Can’t wIt to come back!!

This wonderful little hotel has managed to provide a sanctuary in the midst of the Makati chaos surrounding it. The food in the restaurant is just the best. French, simple and classy. I mean the best! The surroundings are simple arty and stylish and the rooms comfy and clean. We have not one criticism of this little establishment. The owners need big congratulations. They have got to the heart of what good accomodation means and they have nailed it. The best!!

The Element Hotel is a cozy place to dine and stay. But it is kinda difficult to locate as it is in one of the small streets. However, when you enter the place, i love the ambience - the paintings, the interior is very minimalist and you will note that the owner is an art lover. Food selections not bad and the serving size is good for sharing. I love their different types of complimentary bread with butter. I had scallop veggie salad. It was delicious. I tried their pizza version - not bad either. The appetizers are good too. For the main meal, the steak is good. The vongole pasta in olive oil i prefer over their white sauce. I would like to go again and try their other dishes.

I had the pleasure to stay at Elements Hotel for 4 nights and it was simply amazing. Owners and good taste and you feel it from check in until check out. As soon as you enter you feel very well welcome by the staff. The place have a real good vibe. You feel home. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. It has a special touch in the decoration. Talking about the bar and restaurant I have to say that it is probably the best place I had food in the Philippines. Selection of wines and drinks are really good. Not the usual drinks or wines. Wine selection is extremely good and food menu is excellent. From breakfast to dinner you will never disappointed. All food selection is made with the finest and finest products. They are baking their bread and honestly it is the best I had in the Philippines. I will definitely come back and I can only recommend this place.
