My 84 years old lola arrived from San Francisco last June 21, 2020 and stayed at Jinjiang Inn – MAKATI. The hotel staff, Front Office, Housekeeping and Security Department were all knowledgeable about the health and safety procedures on handling quarantine guests. The hotel property is clean, well maintained and sanitized. The Hotel Manager, Ms. Ann Go and her team from Front Office, which includes Mr. JR Avla and Ms. Abi ensured that lola’s stay will be stress free. Since lola was not able to go out of her room, they managed to call and talk to my lola over the phone daily, checked on her status/condition, entertained all her inquiries and made sure that she was comfortable and enjoyed her whole stay.
Room rate was very reasonable which already included full-board meals and other hotel essentials. Check-in and Check-out were all handled accordingly and it was a breeze! The team were all wearing PPE, and all luggage were disinfected accordingly. They practiced local health guidelines, overall everything were fast and safe! Thank you Jinjiang Inn – Makati for patiently assisting my lola with her stay, also would like to mention Ms. Jamaica Puti who processed this hassle free reservation and special thanks as well as to Ms. Melga Castillo of Jinjiang Inn – ORTIGAS, who extended helped in monitoring the SWAB test result of my lola.

Our quarantine stay with JinJiang Inn Makati was made less boring with the sweet notes from employees attached to our meals. Their personal note messages are encouraging. Assistance is just a phone call away and we’re attended to immediately. The room is big enough for my wife and I. Airconditioner is superb. Meals included like lunch and dinner, all with fruits, are typically of 3 star quality. Breakfast can be improved, not with rice all the time, not a single bread was served during our whole stay and must be served with choice of coffee or juice. Mini bar supplies are priced reasonably, (we’ve consumed almost all 😀, complimentary coffee set must be improved. Since guests are responsible for cleaning of rooms, please provide necessary cleaning supplies including disinfectants.(10-14 days stay with out fresh air is not easy) Lastly, gadget friendly connection to TV can be installed. All in all, i would recommend JinJiang Makati to friends and we shall use this facility again for our next quarantine stay. Thank you Miss Pau Lumibao and Miss Honey

Really cool, simple, clean place with a very fair price. Well located for what with had to do in Makati. During covid time quite hard to find a place that accept families so we are very happy of the place. As they also do quarantine, room price can include full food service breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Stayed here for my 10-day mandatory quarantine. Very near the airport. Covid19 protocols were strictly followed by the hotel.
From booking up to check out, everything went smoothly. Thank you to Ms. Tere Liscano, FOA Zyrnn, FOA Honey, driver Sir Noel, security personnel, and the staff assigned to deliver the food and other items. Everyone was very kind and nice. Front desk was very responsive thru phone and viber. All requested items (towel, linen, toiletries, coffee, trash bags) were delivered immediately.
The room is very spacious and clean. My request to have a room with window was granted. Wifi connection is very good. Food was always on time. Tasty Chinese and Filipino menu were served with fruits. Mini bar is affordable. Oh, and they gave a sanitation kit with masks, alcohol, sponge and liquid detergent. Sealed trash bags were also collected every night.
Staff also assisted me during the RT-PCR test. Didn't encounter any problems during my stay. No complaints. I would love to stay here again after the pandemic. Thank you Jinjiang Inn Makati! Please stay healthy.

Excellent accommodation. All staff from room service and front office especially mention to Honey Bautista who gave all her utmost service to us guests. Specifically the room is clean and sanitized. The food from breakfast to dinner is amazingly good and healthy. The staff are very accommodating to help and serve the needs of the guests. I am so happy I have chosen this hotel from so many others because I thought I will bored staying for 6 days, but because of the total amenities from cleanliness of the room, the coolness of the aircon unit, the beautiful set up of the room gives the ultimate approval to stay without any hesitation. Lastly I observed the smiling faces of all the staff from the first day until my last day on my check out, you feel the warmth and positive attitude of each and everyone of them smiling and saying goodbye from the heart.

My son Roberto and I had a really easy and pleasant stay at the Jinjiang Inn!😍 This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Manila. It is a very nice hotel with all the facilities you need. The location in Makati is great as well, surrounded by gorgeous skyscrapers and close to SM Mall Makati and public transportation! The room was very clean and large and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast service was lovely as well and had a good selection of sweet and savoury food to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and drinks. The members of staff were friendly, extremely helpful and understanding to all our needs. They gave us wonderful support in every situation. We are very grateful for the kindness and consideration shown by the reception staff. They stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful and they even managed to organise a surprise on my birthday, before our departure🤩 . This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth of the Philippines and of its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel! We want to say a special thank you to Ms Honey, who helped us so much!!! We stayed at three hotels in Manila and this one was our favourite. Highly recommended! I had the best stay in Jinjiang Makati Inn of any hotel or inn I have ever stayed at either in Canada, United States or in the Caribbean. The staff were super duper in all my two weeks of stay at the hotel. They would open and close the front door for us when we would come in. They would nicely greet us with a genuine smile good morning or good afternoon or good evening and ask us how was our day? And ask us was their anything they could do for us? They answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of information about the area the hotel was in. They would call 📞 a taxi 🚕 for us two times a day for two weeks with no inconvenience at all. The room service was very clean, tidy and on time. The all you can eat breakfast was delicious, had a good verity and best of all it was healthy 😋. Dinner was just as great 👍 with a low price for my wallet. The security was great too. They had an officer by the front door at all times ready to help. I made sure I got all the names of the staff who helped us with our stay. And here are their names starting with the hotel Mgr Wesley Ann-Go; the 👨🍳 Chef's: AJ, CJ, Garry and Khelvin; and the rest of the great staff are Sony, Irene, Joy, Aron, Kamon, Icheluin, Darwin, Ralph, karisse, Pauline, Honey and Amylee.
