My 1st time to visit philippines after a long long years. Everyone is so nice, friendly and accomodating especially the lady receptionist. I’ve been served with delight and prompt service. In my opinion , the only thing that needs to be improve is their quality of their food. I dont like their sandwich and salads. Expectation versus reality in the menu. You end up disappointed. Room I got is comfy, but there's a little bit issue of the ceilings ang walls. Bathroom is nice. All and all I am truly satisfied and enjoyed with or without the quarantine. I would definitely stay on the hotel again.

My 84 years old lola arrived from San Francisco last June 21, 2020 and stayed at Jinjiang Inn – MAKATI. The hotel staff, Front Office, Housekeeping and Security Department were all knowledgeable about the health and safety procedures on handling quarantine guests. The hotel property is clean, well maintained and sanitized. The Hotel Manager, Ms. Ann Go and her team from Front Office, which includes Mr. JR Avla and Ms. Abi ensured that lola’s stay will be stress free. Since lola was not able to go out of her room, they managed to call and talk to my lola over the phone daily, checked on her status/condition, entertained all her inquiries and made sure that she was comfortable and enjoyed her whole stay. Room rate was very reasonable which already included full-board meals and other hotel essentials. Check-in and Check-out were all handled accordingly and it was a breeze! The team were all wearing PPE, and all luggage were disinfected accordingly. They practiced local health guidelines, overall everything were fast and safe! Thank you Jinjiang Inn – Makati for patiently assisting my lola with her stay, also would like to mention Ms. Jamaica Puti who processed this hassle free reservation and special thanks as well as to Ms. Melga Castillo of Jinjiang Inn – ORTIGAS, who extended helped in monitoring the SWAB test result of my lola. Salute to all Jinjiang Inn – Makati and Jinjiang Inn – Ortigas frontliners for your dedication, great service and sacrifice!

The hotel location is perfect, about 10 minutes walk to the shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and polite. Also, the room was quiet and comfortable. But sometimes there were mosquitoes flying in the room. Overall it was an satisfying yet affordable stay.

This is a relatively small hotel, about 5 storeys high, but comes with a big room. Amenities are normal but complete. It's just a 5 mins walk to the Greenbelt shopping district and food choices are abundant.

Since my first time in Manila, Philippines I chose to stay in Makati and opted for Jinjiang Inn Makati as its close to Greenbelt Shopping Malls easily accessible through Airport. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Easy Check Inn and decent size twin bedroom. The biggest Let down was Breakfast and Internet connectivity. We almost paid close to 75 USD per night and do expect the Breakfast to be better. We did find other hotels cheaper with good buffet breakfast and blazing internet connectivity.
