I stayed at the Royal Bellagio for four nights. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I had a room overlooking Burgos Street - a lot of action on the street at night. I watched the action on a few of the nights and it was entertaining to say the least. The hotel is attached to the Filling Station 1950's style restaurant and the food and decor are outstanding!

I traveled around the world and live in USA mostly but not born there but citizen of USA. For the past 5 years traveled in Asia extensively. Then tried Philippines and then Makati. Then Royal Bellagio. I love that that place. Stayed there a month and a half before back to D.C. Not sure what people complaining about here. Rooms are clean and spacious. I stayed in Deluxe room. WIFI they upgraded recently. About noise you get used to it unless you stay in high floor (stayed in Gramercy 50th floor then no noise). Everything else for me is awesome. Well, they all know me. From Marfe, Christian and all from front desk (others I am not ignoring sorry I cant remember all names). In Filling Station I got too many friends: Sherrie, Princess and all my friends in Filling Stations (Love you all). Then comes the Filling Station : Maricel, K, Arcillas, Vencio, Dennis etc., (they know me as Sam and Ashong) and too many of my friends who loved me and protected me. (Thanks to you all). Ofcourse my police friends in the booth opposite 7-11, Yes others said it is kinda red light place but not gross and only few blocks and sophisticated. They wont bother you as long as you behave. Anywhere in the world (be in Washington D.C., Las Vegas, London, Tokyo, Bangkok etc.,) you need to be careful too. They all know me anyways so they dont mess with me. Love you all. I will be back.

We’re about to check in last September 1, 2019. My boyfriend paid the room using his card. We paid the room twice and yet no room to stay because they said it was declined twice but they cant even give us a receipt that it was declined from the first try but they still refused that they already received the payment twice even we have a proof that it has been deducted twice. They still asked us to pay for cash. They are scam. It was really disappointing And traumatic. I will never gonna recommend this Hotel its a big NO NO!

Good location comfortable bed...but room was infested with small roaches. The moment I set down my room service tray they came crawling out of every corner. Saw a few in the bathroom too. The cafe Cubana was a great place for a few drinks though

Had a good time with my baby girl. Just wish they had better in room pour over coffee. Service was great and room nice. Staff very friendly and fun times in the Havana coffee shop. Great place to relax and just watch the world go by...

Basic rooms are clean but small and only 1 lift for 15 + floors so not ideal. Check-in and check-out is tortuous though. However, good bar on ground floor and good American themed restaurant on first floor with good food.

I just departed the Royal Bellagio as a very satisfied guest. My first experience was 2014 and I must say that the hotel has markedly improved since then. The room was clean; the bed was very comfortable; the linens were fine; the A/C worked great; TV was good; bathroom was fine except for the small-sized tub; ample hot water. There are plenty of outlets to charge devices. My wifi was reliable but I did request new log on credentials every other day or so since there was only a 24 hour license for use. Get them at reception on Floor2, which is also the registration desk. The lift works fine and is usually attended. Request an upper floor if you will be bothered by noise from the Floor1 restaurant(Cubana) that features a live band. The on-site restaurants are very good one of which is a Manila stand-out — the Filling Station that is packed with USA/Americana memorabilia! The most pleasant part of my stay was the incessantly friendly and polite staff everywhere in the hotel. Kudos to each of them for the hospitality. The area is safe but it is in the midst of the adult entertainment zone so expect to be approached. Don’t let that dissuade you. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with representations by many cuisines. I would return without hesitation.

I have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years and it is normally a reasonable hotel but this year the service I got was appalling, the WiFi terrible and I was asked to pay 12000 peso for a bed sheet that had blue marks obviously caused by washing with something blue that ran with the white sheets. They refused to let me see the manager and refused to give me his name. On top of this the room was flooded from a leaking air con and the WiFi was useless . The bar and restaurant is their only redeeming feature. We were a group of 32 people on a golf tour and spend a lot of money each year in this hotel .I rarely give a very bad review but the rudeness of the front office and trying to extract money for a a sheet that I did not damage (and have a witness who I brought to see the sheet ...see below) is just appalling and someone in housekeeping was trying a con on me . Even if I had made the blue marks ...all it needed was some bleach to clean a very old undersheet that needed replacing in the first place . I hope the GM does an investigation And I hope he also instructs his staff to give his name when requested by customers like me who have stayed 10 times in the hotel. In the end I gave them 500 pesos to get out of the place of I would have missed my flight . And by the way the WiFi is the worst I have ever experienced and it don’t work at all if you don’t go into google and download from their web page . If you pick up royalbellagio from your phone it doesn’t work . Also if you want dry cleaning done it takes 3 days ... they told me that on my last day when I had left a pair of trousers two days before. All in all an appalling experience which I will be discussing with our tour leader before next year . One of my worst experiences in hotel travel over 40 years in Asia .

This is hotel with best location on Burgos street. they have bar in the entrance and it's expensive but it's lively. They also offer breakfast there but it's very expensive so I won't recommend it. The rooms are clean and free bathroom kit is provided. They have mini bar in the room amd prices are not that bad.
