I had to book a stay here a couple of times since our house is under construction, in fact I am booking again this week for 2 nights. However, I am only returning because this hotel is only 3 minutes away from where I work.

The bed and pillows are nice.

The carpet smells wet and it feels dirty, I had to wear socks all the time I am here.
I even had to bring my own room spray because the carpet's smell is too strong combined with what they spray to cover up the bad smell.

The shower room is too slippery, I guess they use Fabric Conditioner to clean this, again probably the intention is so it will smell nice.

Food is to expensive, I always order room service. Too expensive for its price when there's nothing spectacular about the food, the Bangus Teriyaki is even raw when they served it. I also ordered Cold Calamansi Juice but they brought a hot one, I had to call Soma Bistro 3x before they gave me ice for my drink.

All in all, I am only coming back because I have to.

Hotel is located in Makati but not in the CBD. For the price, the standard room is value for money. Bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy. My family was able to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet spread is fair and enough for the day but not spectacular. What needs improvement is the cleanliness and smell of the hotel and hallways. It smelled of wet carpet not properly dried and was moldy. The bathroom as well needs to be deep cleaned regularly because the tiles really look dated. All in all a pleasant stay.

I had stayed multiple times in this hotel at Makati City between December 2019 and February 2020 and have enjoyed my stay all the times. The breakfast is standard. The sleep quality was good. The room service and the cleaning services were good. The staff always have greeted me with smile. The location is strategic too.

Went here on holiday - and realized soon enough that almost all nearby commercial establishments, save for a takeaway BBQ place (Vito's) and a convenience store, everything else was closed. It certainly caused me a lot of stress trying to figure out where to take my daughters as we were all spending the holiday together.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, the electrical sockets are few, and loose for the most part (I booked 2 rooms, we couldn't plug chargers in almost all the empty sockets).

Breakfast is standard silog, served cold if you're unlucky.

Still ok, just don't come here on a national holiday, I guess.

Dec. 6 at 10:15pm while I was sleeping someone opened the door.
The lady said she opened by mistake?
I calked the reception and I was told “sorry”. It was not enough. I was nervous. Security and privacy of the occupant is at stake.
Who in the first made mistake?

As first time in this hotel because i invited to the events with friends frequently as we arrived in the lobby we stay long to wait for the rooms, and they give us rooms upon arriving to the rooms, we walk to hallway not so good smell, we enter to the room so hot and have a bad smell too! As i ask some room attendants why this hotel are having a bad smell? The man and the lady who wear black t-shirt answered me for the reason they are doing some deep cleaning etc. I am not arguing but suddenly the man speak out loud without talking to him and his answering very rude against us like mayabang and not professional. I was very disappointed with that manner! I ask his name and they said he is their superior or manager! I don't argue but i wanna share our experiences and how can i recommend to my other friends this hotel if i have a bad experience?

“You’re not secured in this hotel”

Surprisingly during my stay somebody entered to my room using their own card key. Then we all found out that FO made a serious mistake which is “double check in” right After that i called the front desk to complain and looked for a manager on duty however front desk associate saying a lot of alibis pointing out the blame to the housekeeping and that the manager was already out of the hotel wherein after a few minutes she called and says that his manager was still on duty. I didnt feel any concern even i was able to talked to their manager named James (i dont know if he was really the manager or not). We were really disappointed during our stay and we ended up going home and decided not to spend overnight because of this incident. This hotel has been good when it comes to the cleanliness however you will get disappointed when it comes to staff, security & privacy. I will not recommend this hotel. God bless you all

We had an early interview schedule in VFS and didn't want to risk being stuck in traffic. So, we stayed the night before in the Green Sun. Very clean. Very near. And very reasonably priced. I booked a twin. But found that the rooms with twin beds didn't have a widow. We got a double instead. If you book ahead, they have a discount.

Arrived Manila today at around 2am from Cambodia and was looking forward to take a rest at the hotel after the red eye flight. Unfortunately upon arrival and check in at the hotel, rooms weren’t ready at 3am even if I already had an agoda booking for the trip. Had to wait at the lobby for a while. I might as well did a walk in instead of pre-booking as they didn’t seem ready for my arrival.

Also, asked reception for a wake up call (asked twice) and for a blower and iron w/ iron board. However, no calls made and no delivery of items to the room. Weird that they acknowledge request but don’t follow through.

Still have 5 days to spend here........
