To me what sets higher end hotels apart, is really the staff. I've been to some truly wonderful hotels where I was treated like family by many or most of the staff. MDR however has taken it a step further. Every single employee I have come into contact with, from housekeeping to the front desk, to restaurant staff, to the Concierge team... Every single person has treated me not just with respect, but with outward kindness. And their restaurant staff produces amazing food. When you travel, you really are looking for a home away from home. That's Makati Diamond Residences. This is the place to stay in Makati Truly world class staff, and all the amenities you would expect. Truly exceptional.

I had the best gustatory experience. foods were a combi of healthy, nutritious, indigenous, and super duper delicious! The hotel staff were very courteous, the room is very clean, and requests were promptly responded to!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Makati Diamond Residences. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very profession: courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel is in walkable tourist area with lots of restaurants, shops, and parks nearby. We felt safe walking around the area. It was an excellent experience at the Makati Diamond Residences.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience, an absolute perfection by every staff members. Room was beautifully maintained with every amenities available. Abundant of choices when it comes to dinning, especially the breakfast offered as fully buffet at the restaurant, Filipino style at the rooftop, and continental at the lounge. There is a clinic at the 4th floor attended by registered nurse and doctors. I will 100% be back.

We love our stay here last weekend. We love our 2-bedroom suite, and we also love the club lounge and the coffee + snacks there. The staff's service was also great, everyone was friendly and courteous. We're already planning to come back in a few months for the bday celebration of my son, and mine as well. I hope there will be promos/discount by then since we're planning to get 2 rooms and stay for 2 nights which would be costly.

Our stay was excellent! Staff were very courteous, very helpful and they really think about what's best for their guests. We did not need to worry about anything, they offered new towels even before we asked, they let us bring the towels from the pool area to keep the elevators and ourselves dry the whole way back and the buffet breakfast was the best! Our kids had the best time!

Makati Diamond Residences is a hidden gem in the heart of Makati's business district. It was my first time to stay in this hotel. I've stayed in several hotels in the country and this hotel is at par with other five-star hotels in terms of excellence in service, strategic location, comfort, cleanliness, food.
