It exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel.
Situated in the heart of Makati business district, it's within walking distance of many popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.
The room was cozy, clean, and spaceous. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness was commendable, and the room was well-maintained throughout my stay.
The staff were friendly and attentive. Their welcoming attitude made me feel valued as a guest.
Complimentary breakfast was offered, and the Wi-Fi was reliable.
Given the affordable rates, it provides excellent value for money. It's an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers.
Overall, it is a solid choice for budget travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable place to stay. While it may not offer luxurious amenities, its excellent location, friendly staff, and affordability make it a smart choice for those looking to explore the city on a budget.

Located at the happening district of Poblacion Makati City, checking in at Jupiter Suites gives you the advantage of being at the center of the action. The area is highly popular for nightlife, restaurants and shopping. A few meters away from the hotel and you will find a wide array of dining choices as well as pubs should you want to just chill out any time of the day. The area is very alive at night, quite notorious for the red light district of Burgos Street but it is not to say that there is nothing for those who simply want clean fun.

A. Venue Mall is also nearby and the newly opened Century City Mall will definitely satisfy your crave for shopping. Rockwell, Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta are also within minutes away.

In our case, we enjoyed strolling around the area at night. The place is so alive in the evening. We ended up in front of A. Venue Mall where there are food stalls put up. We tried some of the food they have to offer and had a few bottles of beer too before finding our way back to our room at around midnight.

We stayed in Rm.406 which is a deluxe room with a balcony view of Makati's CBD. The bed is very comfortable. I like the wooden accent on one side of the room. This serves dual purpose as a room accent and at the same time the headboard of the queen size bed. At first it could make the room a bit gloomy but I was surprised that inside the white strips on the wall are actually bulbs you can turn on to add drama to the space. Appreciate this.

In-room Wifi was strong so I was able to work at night despite being away from the home office. There is a mini-bar too so as you can have your snack anytime you feel like having one.

The restroom is quite decent. Again nothing fancy but efficiently functional. Hot and cold water works well and though water pressure is not the strong, it's good enough for a pleasant shower. Towels are cleans and fresh. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo are also provided.

The restaurant is located at the 2nd floor. It only opens in the morning (6:30-9:00am) to serve breakfast for guests as the room rate usually includes breakfast for two. The restaurant is rather a simple space with ordinary tables adorned by table cloth. This I think is the weak section of the hotel. The food is nice and I find the plated breakfast selection tasty with big servings but I hope they do something to improve the ambiance in the restaurant. Get away with the table cloth perhaps?

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. For you to have a budget accommodation in this location is indeed a bliss.

I decided to take a chance on the Jupiter Suites after bumping upon it by accident on the internet (I was seaching for another hotel), and I'm glad my gamble paid off.

I stayed for five nights in a spacious Deluxe room, which I considered good value for money, bearing in mind the hotel's location and general accessibility. I was on the fourth floor (the elevator only goes up to the third; you have to take the stairs up to the fourth from there). My room was clean, simple and basic, which suited my purposes as a budget traveller to a tee.

I found the Jupiter Suites to be very secure, with a security guard/usher present at the entrance 24 hours a day, and a safety deposit box in the form of a vault in the admin office accessible only by the front desk staff upon your request any time of the day or night.

As an internet junkie, there's no way I'd be able to stay in a hotel without access to the internet in my room! Most other hotels charge extra for this 'privilege', but I was thrilled to discover that each Jupiter Suite room comes with an all-inclusive 24-hour LAN internet connection, replete with ethernet cable.

Getting a bite to eat is not a problem either. Although I didn't indulge in the complimentary breakfast (I'm not a morning person!), I did check out the modest dining area on the second floor that serves a limited selection of entries each morning. The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and fast food joints, and I walked on occasion to the Greenbelt, Glorietta and Park Square Malls which are about 15 minutes away (although you may not want to do so on a regular basis in the sweltering July heat!) Barring traffic, I'd get to these shopping malls within 5 minutes by taxi.

All the hotel staff -- from the usher, Mr. Russell; to the young housekeeper, Mr. Justin; to the front desk personnel Ms. Cris and Mr. Henry -- were very courteous and accommodating. I was even allowed to check-in and check-out several hours before their official times of 2pm and 12 noon respectively at no additional charge. But the star of the show in my opinion, had to be the always cheerful head of housekeeping, Mr. Robert, who went as far as changing an entire bed for me (I found the mattress of the bed in my room too soft for my taste). He also provided me with plates, cutlery and extra drinking glasses from the hotel restaurant for me to eat the food I brought in from the outside.

If I were hold a grudge against the Jupiter Suites, it would be the faintly aged state of my room (I don't know if this applies to all the rooms) and some slightly grubby/dysfunctional/patched-up fixtures within it, eg, curtains, lightshades, TV remote control unit, bed and mattress, wardrobe hinges and the accumulation of dust on the windows and aircon unit outside. The poor illumination in the bathroom also made shaving for me a tad cumbersome and more of a chore than needed to be.

All in all, I found the Jupiter Suites to be clean, spacious, conveniently located, accommodating and relatively quiet (considering it's practically at the intersection of two very busy Makati roads). The hotel does not pretend to be something it isn't, and you pretty much get what you pay for.

Would I stay at the Jupiter Suites on my next trip to Manila? In a heartbeat!

Expected much better from the photos, and then the reality. Very old and run down place. If you are a Muslim man that is there for the sex-trade down the street then I suppose it is for you. The hypocrisy of these men. Most are roaring drunk and staggering into the strip clubs and choosing their companions for the night. The security employee was quite nice, but everything about the place was dingy. What I could see and hear most of the rooms were mostly the above-mentioned men there to be sleazy. They did have a great tv, hanging on the wall in an appropriate place though. I'll give them that.

We stayed here overnight when we were in Makati. My husband wanted to watch the football finals as he is an Aston Villa fan and the only place where they are showing it at 2am happens to be in Makati Ave which is a close walking distance from here. IT is a very affordable place and I expected it to be terrible. But it was clean, spacious and it was great for the price. Its close to restaurants as well. Highly recommended for a good affordable stay in Makati

Jupiter Suites.
Popped to Makati to meet a few mates for a couple of days, was after a “Medium Budget” Hotel which is a little different for me, they wanted to be around the Burgos area so searched for location.
Saw a few reasonable write ups of Jupiter suite and because I would not plan on spending much time in the room and only wanted a decent clean room with air-conditioning went ahead and booked this room.
A little difficult to find as it really is a very small place, Taxi driver struggled to find but used “Google Maps” on my phone and eventually located it.
It is a little dated, but I really have to say it is good value for the money you pay, room was clean and cool, a few drinks in the minibar that were charged out at a very reasonable price.
Very easy and close to Burgos Street, many places to eat nearby, easy to get Metered taxi to anywhere you need, all in all a pretty good Medium Budget place to stay out of the way of busy loud Burgos Street

Hotel is conviniently located in Makati district, which is considered to be safe as per Manila standards. The staff are helpful and nice. The only minus were loud ventilators, despite closed windows. Clean and spacious rooms were decorated with a bit 'old' charm.

I stayed in this small inn for 2 nights while on a business trip in Manila. While the room given to me was spacious, it was old, dated and really wanting refurbishment. The bathroom
was small and not tidy. I've seen some crawlers. The hot shower was also not working. Lighting was poor and not good when you need to read and do some writings at night. I requested for a room at the rear side of the building though so I wasn't really bothered by the noise on the street outside. One area in their narrow hallway was used as some sort of storage which is a bit dangerous especially when there is an emergency evacuation like when there's fire , etc.. Breakfast was also so-so. For the price I paid I could have gotten a better accommodation in the Makati area.

The positive point is the location and, yes, the friendly guard who was always ready to assist you.
I would look for a better accommodation next time.

Best location when visiting the french embassy or places near it. It's walking distance to the embassy, and in the busy part of makati. And the price is so cheap. We only paid 2,500.00. But we do get what we paid for. The place was clean enough. The elevator was busted when we stayed there, and the room was dripping since it was raining hard outside.
