It is ok. the room is spacious, but nothing special about it. The surroundings within this hotel is super busy area. But if your target is only to have a place to stay for your travel, this is as well a nice option.

It's been a year since I actually first stayed in this hotel and it was fantastic. My room was well-lighted, spacious and comfortable, Wi-Fi was strong and the bathroom, although a bit small, was comfy enough to move around. I had my breakfast at the top floor and was served with a very tasty chicken tocino meal. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant. You can find a nice massage salon nearby. I will come back.

It is a bit difficult the area of this hotel. It is located in one of the small streets of makati. The surrounding environment is not that decent. The staff are very slow. We just stayed here because of our dogs.

Dear Guest, We are sorry you were disappointed with your stay. The area has its advantages though, such as its close proximity to the local and international airports and the Makati business district, and the Pasay/Macapagal entertainment areas, and EDSA Avenue all at once. While Evangelista St. is not a major thoroughfare, it is spared the heavy traffic that most other Manila streets experience, and it is active and brightly lit 24 hours; the neighborhood is residential and quiet at night, and offers many essential yet affordable services within walking distance: 24-hour food and drink, groceries, medical and dental clinics, pharmacies, hair and beauty salons, auto repair, and more. The local fire and police departments are only a few doors down the street. There are no less than eight banks within a five-minute walk, and even more just a short ride away. We are sorry you were disappointed with our service as well; we hope that your sleep was at least comfortable, as we pride ourselves on our rooms and beds. A new modern hotel, with all modern amenities available by request. It was the real clean place I visited in the philippines and the staff was professionals. Location was awesome, really close to the airport. Near the hotel there are restaurants and fast food chains, the Mall of Asia was not far by taxi. I definitely would stay again, my only regret was I couldn't enjoy the place longer. The only complaint I have is, I don't understand why I had to put down a 1000pp deposit upon arrival, especially as I had already booked and paid the accommodation by credit card before arrival. Would there be some damage, I am sure they could charge it from my credit card and 1000pp would probably not go too far in covering any damage that might occur. I was forced to withdraw more money for my last day from the atm because I was not expecting to pond a 1000pp before traveling home. Also, because of this, I was left with pesos when flying back home.…

Location of this hotel is on busy and dirty street and view from the window is on another dirty buildings or roofs. But hotel is very clean and standard is quite high. Comfortable beds, small fridge and even safe box. Staff are very professional and friendly. And prices for this standard are relatively low.

We're located in a working neighborhood, and as a residential area it has its ups and downs; it is usually quiet at night even though the main street is busy at all hours, and there are many useful services nearby (dentists, clinics, food, pharmacies, etc). The area is central to many locations as well, being close to the international and domestic airports, the Makati business district, and EDSA Avenue (the major road spanning Metro Manila). Front desk clerks are all accommodating. Rooms are great. Very clean! Toilet is very clean! Internet is fast and they have cable TV. Breakfast tasted good (eggs and sausages). I really had a great night sleep.

The hotel’s location is great! Its accessible to move around Pasay and Makati and to the airport. We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth it for the price we paid! The market is just around the corner too. The room was clean and beds were comfy, though there are mosquitos we found and you’ll loudly hear some passerby in the lobby, we still had a sound sleep! The minibar is a plus that we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here the night before we headed back to the States Room though a little small was perfect. Extremely clean and kept up. As new . Great mini bar. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. And you can't beat the price. We'll keep this one on our go to list.

My stay at AurumOne Makati was an absolute delight from start to finish. I enjoyed the breakfasts each morning, minimalistic surroundings and fantastic service. Along with some very thoughtful extras, all these things made my whole Manila trip very memorable. The friendly staff cannot do more to make you feel welcome. If you are thinking of booking a luxurious short break in Manila, I would recommend AurumOne Makati in a heartbeat.
