Well managed Ascott group property. Not luxe, but clean and comfortable.

The location is great, very convenient - small convenience store and lots of fast food and quick service type restaurants on the same street. The hotel and area is also safe.

I loved that they had a water cooler in the room, which you can refill your own bottle with. Out with all those little plastic bottles..!

Breakfast is included in the stay, served at the small cafe annexed. It was very crowded each morning as the hotel was pretty full. Be prepared to share tables. If you don't want the full breakfasts offered on the menu, feel free to just ask them for something simple like toast and coffee.

The location can only be described as excellent if it is restaurants and shopping that you are looking for, situated in the middle of the Makati financial district and a ten minute walk from the Greenbelt Mall complex. Ayala Triangle Gardens are only a stroll away from the hotel. 24 hour eateries are also available in the vicinity if you wake up feeling a little hungry.

Facilities within the hotel are good, a small gym that was of a decent standard and would manage to keep all but the hardened fitness fan satisfied, in my 6 trips to the gym only on one occasion was there another hotel guest using the facility. A good sized pool as well as a jacuzzi and a kiddie pool are also available.

Breakfast is a matter of taste, there are plenty of options but good bread will not be one of them.

The apartment itself was spotless with housekeeping on a daily basis, cooking facilities are ok but be advised that the range of cooking utensils is limited. Strong wifi in all areas of the hotel.

All in all a great location with excellent facilities, I would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Makati.

Although i have been to three other hotels in Makati, there was no hesitation for me to book back Citadines Salcedo after two years away from Manila. Centrally located near to offices and also walking distance to cafes, teahouse, pharmacy, takeaway places like Burger King, Chow King, Jollibee, 24hr minimart and Paseo Centre which contained McD, bakery, cafes and a supermarket for groceries.

Check in was quick and I was shown to my room on the 17th floor. It was spacious with a comfortable bed, a nice view, sitting room, a well designed bathroom and a kitchenette which was great for long term guests which needed an induction stove for cooking. Wifi was smooth and there were also many cable tv channels in different languages.

Due to time constraints, I did not get to use their jacuzzi or pool but it was a lovely design for adults and kids. Gym was also rarely occupied and with new equipment. A high rise building with so many floors and not that many lifts surprisingly did not have too long waiting time each time i needed to go up to my floor or come down to G in the morning.

The flying pan cafe next door was the venue serving us daily breakfast which was a la carte and not buffet style which was totally fine with me. My absolute favourite each morning was a very tasty and filling set of french toast, scrambled eggs, cornflakes and fresh fruits. The drawback to this venue was that the tables would not be sufficient to fit all the guests should they all come down at around the same time.

The cafe staff greeted me warmly each day and so did everyone else at Citadines. The staff from housekeeping, front desk and security were efficient, helpful, kind and informative every single time i met them daily. The bellboy (i didnt get the name) that was on duty on the evening of Feb 3rd until midnight of Feb 4th was so helpful when he saw me returning carrying bags of groceries and never fails to greet each guest warmly when we return or when we step out. K9 unit staff and dog also did a very reassuring job to keep a safe environment 24/7. Keep it up!

Properties in Makati commonly have above average room rates but i felt this establishment provided good value. Thank you for making my stay here so very pleasant and I will not hesitate to book this hotel again the next time I am back to Makati.

We stayed at 5 hotels during our 3 week Philippines adventure including a couple of the best 5 star locations in Manila. Through their fantastic room design and impeccable customer service Citadines Salcedo ranked right at the very top in terms of comfort, convenience and customer service. This was our second stay at this location and certainly will not be the last. From the time we entered until the time we checked out, the super friendly and caring employees treated us like family. The apartments are very well designed with plenty of storage and they even included a large 3-gallon water dispenser, instead of the usual 2 plastic 16 oz. bottles you find with the competition. They truly are geen-minded. We really look forward to staying here again on the next trip. Thank you Citadines team!

I booked Citadines in Salcedo Village for the mandatory arrival quarantine in the Philippines. The service was great! Staff is super accommodating and helpful. They understand that getting stuck in a hotel room for a mandatory quarantine can be unpleasant, specially after a long trip across the Pacific. After clearing up some misunderstanding re the airport transfer and the check-in time, my stay was smooth and pleasant. The 1 bedroom was modern and included a kitchenette and a large bathroom. Great water pressure. They even allowed my home helpers to come and pick up my luggage when I checked in. They also allowed my home helpers to bring my meals to the hotel.

The quarantine process is quite smooth until you have to get the quarantine certificate. I got my test results in 10 hours. The Phil Bureau of Quarantine's instructions to get a quarantine cert (which allows the hotel to let you leave) is either vague, non-existent or contradictory. Citadines staff took over for me and had my certificate in 20 minutes. I received another certificate via email from the BoQ 2 days later. That's 2 days of hotel that I would otherwise had to pay for had Citadines staff not taken over. Citadines has NO minimum stay requirement and allows you to check out as soon as you receive your quarantine certificate.

What's even better is the nightly rate for this first class accommodation was almost 1/2 of another hotel that my wife used for her quarantine when she arrived a month previous.

.   This is the third time staying with you and I continue to feel your motto  "welcome home." It started with Rona coming over to me when I arrived to say "welcome home" with a big smile on her face. The this feeling continued with Izza checking me in with a genuine feeling of being glad to see me. I was touched by her warmth. This welcome feeling came from the entire staff and I want to thank Zaf and the K9 guard who smiled whenever I came back to the Citadines.  A thank you also goes to Lyn who was my housekeeper during my stay....She was always happy and called me "Dad" which made me feel great as well as being  professional in cleaning my roomKeep up the good work and thanks again....Tom Yeager

Definitely a home away from home. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed that i could say the standard may be more than of a 5-star hotel. From the ambience, cleanliness, and most of all the very accommodating staff such as sir Pol who 200% ensures guests are having a good stay and ready to lend a hand for any kind of assistance. Rooms are more of a condo type with complete high-end appliances from tv, refrigerator, iron, microwave, etc. and you may freely cook as they also have a kitchen with stove and complete kitchenwares which i was very surprised to have in a hotel. In this place you can’t say that you can’t have it all because this place has everything you’ll ever need for a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again in the future when in Manila and looking forward as well to check on other hotels owned by Citadines.

Room and services were superb! I was a bit anxious since I will be staying for a long time for my quarantine prior going abroad for work. But I was greeted with a very welcoming room, special thanks to Ms. Chanel (I think this is how her name is spelled when we spoke and she was from the frontdesk/reception) and to the staff who did very nice with the arrangements. Needless to say all the frontdesk personnel were very professional and accommodating too as I get to call them once in awhile. I did not anticipate anything when it came to food preparation, this is in reference with the previous hotels I stayed before for quarantine purposes, but they managed to exceed my expectations even then. All the staff are lively and accommodating as they attend to your needs accordingly. This place just gives off the vibe of another home away from your own. Another thanks to Ms. Rita (I think she's in the security department) even though I mistakenly ordered food in the middle of the night around 1am, instead of having it delivered by noon time, she still delivered it by my door in an indulgent manner. I'm a well-tended guest here, if I may say.

I'm nearly a month here and soon be checking out in a couple of days, but let me express my gratitude as early as now for a very worthwhile stay! I never knew my quarantine days would be this rewarding! Highly recommended 10/10

And yes, they do contactless check-in and provides detailed guidelines and information in your room which is a big plus for me. Kudos!

All my days and nights spent in Citadines Salcedo Makati were great due to its good location, clean rooms, and, most especially, the very accommodating staff. My whole stay in the hotel was extremely great due to the amazing staff like HK Supervisor Pol, Abby from guest service, housekeeping staff, etc. All of the employees were able to provide high-quality service, which made it an excellent place to stay.

HK Supervisor Pol was very responsive to our concerns, and I can attest to how he became responsive and hands-on in ensuring that we had a great stay. He never fails to check if we have any concerns or if there is something that we need. Sir Pol, thank you for always having a helping hand if we need something. You are a great asset to the hotel. Also, Abby from guest service exhibited an approachable and friendly aura whenever I saw her. Thank you Abby, for making our day great. Then, the security guards and staff in the reception were also very friendly and helpful. I remember one staff member there who helped us with our orders online because we pinned the wrong location. He volunteered to talk to the delivery rider and give the correct directions because he sensed that we were unfamiliar with the places. Thank you, I really do appreciate the gesture. Lastly, the Housekeeping staff were responsible for ensuring that our rooms were clean every time we returned to the hotel. It was a great feeling to be back at the hotel after a tiring training due to having a clean and tidy room. Thank you so much to all our room attendants for making us comfortable. Indeed, I am thankful for the exceptional service rendered by all the hardworking staff of the hotel. I highly recommend Citadines Salcedo Makati to anyone visiting Makati.
