Don't let the management photos fool you, since you can't convey odor that way. The lobby strongly smells of urine, and the air freshener atop the industrial air conditioner only worsened the odor. The oppressive smells didn't end there. Our studio room also smelled strongly of bad air freshener. Kitchen/bedroom tiles were missing. All of the nightstand and desk drawers were broken (would not stay closed). Bathroom towels were disgusting. Beds are on the floor. Furniture is old and ours was covered in hair from prior occupants. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I checked out and left artwork rolled up behind TV. Staff did not check when I called and called again. At this point they said no one found it. However we are 100 certain of where it was left. Still no response from team. I will change my rating if they finally respond.

This hotel is great for family because it have stove, refrigerator, washing dishes, empty clean plates - cups, provide water bottle every day and clean bathroom. The room itself is big size, smelly curtains so don't move it too often, clean wardrobe there are many hangers and safety box, table is clean but somehow every tables have ants crawling even the bed side table. We are ok though. Right besides the hotel, there is Subway so great if you are hungry late at night, open until 11pm-12pm. Plus only 2 mins walk to Greenbelt 5 and around the hotel have lots of known fast food chain. Be patience when you check in around 2pm because busy time and the office is small, crowded with luggage bags. Make sure you speak clearly and slowly because one of the lady didn't pay attention…

We stayed there for 1 night before flying back to abroad. I can say the cheapest that you can get with the best location in Makati. We got a 1 bedroom and with a good amenities like you a ha small kitchen, sofa, dining table, etc. I could not complain of anything except until there was a power interruption for 3 hours in that area and we didn’t have anything except for a single light in the room. Imagine the heat because it’s summer now in the Philippines. I’ll definitely come back again

i come here like almost every month. it’s not the newest most sophisticated and you had to pray they serve bacon for breakfast every morning but it being that it sits quietly right at the center where everything is just right outside, this is home to me.

Absolute disaster. Room was stinky and needs to be refurnished and refreshed. Service in reception was awful. I felt myself as rubbish on the desk. Receptionist wasn’t interested to offer any service at all. Cold and careless. I asked a upper floor after i saw mu room and it was impossible to even consider that with the receptionist, cause she was stearin the computer all the time and didn’t even look into my eyes while I was talking to her. They are asking also a deposit 2000 pesos which was annoying. I pay that ok but after that, she confirmed that even if I’m staying for two nights, deposit will we back on my account in about 2 weeks or something. Breakfast was disaster. Its location is its greatest advantage. Everything is conveniently located, malls, resto, pharmacy, etc. Though a bit old but clean. Front desk people are very welcoming. Room is big and the bed is so comfy. Good value for your money.

I will return to this hotel if I am in search for good value lodging at the heart of Makati. What I like: 1) Strategic location Truely walking distance to the shopping malls - 150m away from Greenbelt, 350m to The Landmark, 400m to Glorietta. Abundance of F&B outlets of all culinary options ranging from luxury dining to basic daily meal around the premises. In addition a 7-11 conveniences store is just located at the ground floor. 2) Welcoming staff Both the receptionist and bellboy is genuinely welcoming the guests. Very convenient located next to greenbelt, great for shopping and restaurants. Relatively big room, little bit dated but still clean. We were in a 1 Bedroom, they did supply complimentary coffee and tea but unfortunately no spoons are supplied to stir the coffee. Breakfast was good but not a large selection.

I stayed at this hotel for one night together with my grown-up daughter. I didn’t stay overnight since my flight was late that evening. However, I love the convenience of being that it is a 5-8 minute walk to Greenbelt 5. The condotel is old but clean. Although it is a studio, it is quite big with queen size bed. I can’t comment on the bed itself since I didn’t sleep there, but the bathroom is equipped with hot/cold water, toiletries and a hair dryer. There’s WiFi available. The staff is ok, though the lady who asked for my passport (to scan) didn’t give me back my passport. When I reminded them after they gave me my room keys, the girl couldn’t remember where she placed it! (It was left in the scanner)..so, just be vigilant about important documents!
