I was supposed to check if they still have available room tonight but to my surprise, the reception has NO STAFF ON DUTY but the lights are open. What kind of hotel is this?!! Lights are open but no one was tasked to be on duty? ADVERTISING AND TELLING GUESTS THAT THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS YET NO ONE CAN ACCOMMODATE ME DURING THIS TIME!!!! I even called earlier to ask if they are open 24 hours and they answered yes but no one welcomed me when I went there!!!! Are you guys playing games with your guests?! You just wasted my time!!!!!!!
this hotel is at the center of makati city business district, near greenbelt, glorieta, sm makati and landmark all shopping area. rooms were spacious and breakfast was great. Price of the hotel is reasonable too.
I don't usually write reviews or feedback regardless of how bad my experience was.. If it's good I'll gladly send a good feedback. However this experience I want everyone to know. I'm a BPO employee and amidst this Covid 19 crisis I continue to work to support my family and my company supported us by paying our accommodation in this hotel, and never have I thought that I will be insulted and threatened in this place. A tenant who lived there was cursing me for working in the BPO and was asking "why are you here?" Don't you have your own house?" and she said call centers are violating the ECQ by continuing to work and government should order a shoot to kill for all of them. This all happened in front of the hotel employee who was just camly watching us. Great service, yay! And when I reported I was told she's a tenant here just ignore her hindi naman sya nananakit 😐 Really??! So if anyone of you wants to stay in this hotel, I won't stop you just avoid the room 2001 where that crazy woman is living.…
Pretty good, especially for the price. Great service. Rooms are good. I slept well. Great water pressure and warm enough in the shower. Breakfast buffet isn't worth paying extra for. Having the pool is nice, though it's a little chilly.
Location is very close to the shopping, banks, offices and dining of Makati. The hotel is a bit tired and dark looking in the common areas which detracts from the overall experience there. However the rooms generally are large and relatively well equipped and bright . We have stayed there many times, which in itself speaks volumes, and usually have felt its an excellent value for money. There is a Php2000 refundable deposit upon check in which seems a bit amateurish, but never experiences any issues in getting it back . Best to pay that in cash as the card deposit can take a while to refund it seems. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the photos on the above website must have been taken with a very wide angle lens as the lobby and dining room are much smaller and darker in reality.... also the bed covers and flowers etc are not standard...we would even be charged Php50 for an extra pillow as only one per guest is standard....not the cost but the principle and hassle. The 3 main classes of room are Prime ( lowest ) Premier ( best value) and I bedroom suite. On one occasion we stayed in a one bedroom on the top floor and it is not recommended .....TV signal was weak and pixelating, the shower pressure was weak , windows filthy inside and out and wooden floor stained badly at windows, presumably due to old leaks . By far the best value we found are the Premiere rooms. There is a good sized safe in the rooms but on several occasions we have found the batteries need changing. There is a very small "fitness room with a couple of machines. Breakfast is good but asian food buffet. It pays to book online as the walk-in rates are much higher. Bottom line ...Would we go back there ? ...certainly at the price.…
