We booked two rooms during the new year for two nights. Unfortunately, the two rooms were not adjacent, but 1 room was upgraded to premier room. I got the room for 3,700php per night, not bad for a fully furnished 1 bedroom unit. I like the vibe of the unit, it’s spacious and bright and we had an amazing view of fireworks from our room. But, i notice some molds in the shower curtain and in the toilet’s floor. I think they need more scrubbing in the toilet’s floor and replace the shower curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and with cozy looking furnitures in the unit. And another thing, I just notice how friendly their staffs, from security guard, receptionist, and even the engineering staff who came to our room to check the fire alarm because my mom forgot to switch the ventilation while cooking, Yet the engineering staff came with all smiles knocking at our door. I saw their security guard helping some guests in carrying their heavy stuffs. Receptionist were patient enough to entertain the long queue of guest for check in. The location is superb, walking distance to convenient stores, malls, supermarket and restaurants.. pool is small at the rooftop, and very cold, but with an amazing view of makati skyline.. so far, I’m satisfied with our stay at this hotel, it’s recommendable for family.

I selected the 1 bedroom deluxe suite because I was staying here for 10 days under the government mandatory quarantine rules for arriving foreigners, and not allowed to leave the room. The extra space (living/kitchen/dining room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the separate bedroom with outside baclony was nice with plenty of cabinet space. Furnished with microwave, refrigerator, dining table, plates, silverware. The towels and bed linens were top quality, as well as the furnished soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The staff whose names I recall (Aya, Jerry, and Amir at front desk, and Jordan from Engineering), provided excellent service.

Balcony is small with only about 2 feet from the door to the railing, and was shared with 2 aircon units, but was sufficient to stand outside for fresh air and a view so that you don't feel so claustrophobic during a long quarantine stay.

The negative was the food the hotel supplied included with the room rate. 3 meals a day selected by the hotel food service included a lump of rice and small portion of oily and bland meat/fish. I am not a food snob, but these dishes were very unhealthy and not to my taste. Most of my meals were thrown away uneaten. Outside food deliveries were not allowed, but they had a limited menu of items from the hotel in house restaurant which you could order for an additional cost. I ordered twice to avoid starving, and it was this purchased food tasted ok and was fairly priced.

Internet was fast and reliable. The room included 2 flat screen TVs. Not smart TVs, but Jordan from Engineering was very helpful in connecting my laptop to the TV.

I would be happy to stay here again.

First of all, I would like to state that we are a frequent guest of your hotel specially for our family gatherings. We are satisfied with the services of your Front Desk staff and cleanliness of the room. However, we were disappointed with the charges that was posted and billed to us from our recent stay which was January 1, 2020. My mother was charged for Loss and Damage of a "Hand Towel", which was itemized in the miscellaneous voucher worth 240.00. I was not with my mom when she checked out and found out the day after that she was charged for a 'bath mat'. As per the Housekeeping Supervisor, it was stained. What is the purpose of a bath mat? We used the bath mat to wipe off the spilled drink on the floor. It is supposed to be used for that purpose. A "hand towel" is obviously different from a bath mat. How can your staff say that there was a stain that can't be removed that's why they charged us for that? We held my kids birthday in your property several times and we were never charged for any single towel that we used for it's purpose. We are not after the amount of money, I would definitely not argue with that. What's inappropriate is charging your guests which is not supposed to be "paid" for!

My family booked 3 rooms here for NYE. The rooms are surprisingly good and very spacious. The staff are friendly but unfortunately not properly trained. They have a parking area and one of the guard said that once we leave, our spot might be taken as the parking area is on first come first serve basis. A few of us left the parking area for a quick grocery and before we left there were 4 parking spaces left. In less than hour, we came back and we're told that the parking area is already full. My sister checked the parking area where we were parked and there were still 4 vacated spaces but are reserved with an orange cone. Now the guards are telling us that all of the parking spaces are reserved for the hotel owners. Huh? Although around 1am the front desk gave us a heads up for an available parking space. The next morning our parents wanted to have an early breakfast and they were told that they don't have any breakfast included but we definitely had a reservation with breakfast. We called the front desk and they were supposed to call us back regarding our reservation but an hour later we had to call them back so they could confirm to us about the breakfast which of course they confirmed that we all had. We finally did the check out and the front desk told us to wait so they can check the rooms. We were billed with all of our consumptions from the mini bar. Once we were checked out the guard at the parking area stopped us to ask if we already checked out which he double checked with the front desk. And to end it all at around 4pm the hotel called us because they forgot to charge us the extra bed that we used. The communication skills between the staff should be improved.

The parking as at first come first serve basis and we have have some long staying Guest who would rent some Parking slot. This should have been properly explained to you. The poor communication regarding the breakfast is very disturbing and i will investigate this case. Our Guard should be humble and proper when dealing with Guests. They should treat you with respect and i will give clear instruction to improve this. I apologize for the call and the charges of the extra bed. This is not acceptable and i will talk to the Person concerned and ensure that such things do not happen again. We are sorry that your stay has not been a comfortable one and I wish to sincerely apologize for all the trouble and inconvenience you have experienced at our Hotel. This review is long overdue. I stayed at Y2 Residence last Dec 2021 to comply with the Govt mandatory quarantine, for travellers coming from Canada. I loved everything about this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. It was sanitized, and had extra disinfectant and alcohol in the room, which is important. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent! Kudos to the staff, especially to Katrina who helped me from the start arranging my stay, including my transportation. The food was great, I also ordered from their inhouse restaurant. As a Travel agent, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had enjoyed my stay and my 6 day quarantine flew by so fast. Thank you Y2 Residence, will gladly stay again 👏

I stayed in this hotel for almost a month for self quarantine. The hotel is nice and takes the cleanliness seriously which is great considering the current situation. The front office staff were friendly and accommodating. They even call us every morning or during mid day to check our status and they treated us as a family. They always find ways to help us. Thanks to Mitchie for ensuring that all my questions were answered and was able to supply anything that I needed, Jerry for being so helpful and the housekeeping staff who always delivery food and goods in my room. Again, thank you for helping me with this quarantine journey and I promise to be back with my family once the pandemic is over.

Highly recommended for family gathering. Staff from Security guards, front desk, housekeeping & maintenance team were very helpful. We had a great time. Great facilities.

Their service is great except using their portal to checkout out online. It won't help you if you're trying to save time. Their portal stated that you don't have to see the receptionist if you chooses to checkout online. The system will ask some personal data, your TIN # etc. but at the end of transaction, the system will direct you to turn in your cards at the the front desk. Once you reach the Reception desk, their personnel will ask you to wait so they can send someone to check the room. Meaning, they bypass their own online work processes.

I don't usually leave a review but I know that by doing so, it could help someone to decide which hotel to choose to do their quarantine.

Specifically my room is clean and tidy. We booked the one with balcony and I highly recommend it. I also recommend booking your room with food already because they've change the rules that you can't order from somewhere elses aside from 1 restaurant (Jo's Diner). The hotel can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for 500 pesos. If you want to save money, I would recommend that but they only serve filipino food.

I love the bed, it's very comfy. But the microwave doesn't work in my room..so the hotel make up for it by giving us extra food for 5 days so I was very happy. The food was good! Compliments to the chef but the serving wasn't enough for me 😞

I need to point out that they haven't or forgot to serve my dinner twice and the 3rd time I've called and asked about it and they solved it right away. The staff are very friendly and polite, especially Amir. He offered me free meals before checking out and sent to our room earlier than usual! that is super sweet! I won't forget you 🙂

Overall experience I would highly recommend Y2 Residence Hotel. But of course every hotel needs Improvements here and there.

well appointed rooms. sleek modern decour. we arrived at 3 am after the volcano eruption and the cancellation of our flight. the staff at the front desk did not take advantage of our situation, saw we were so tired and offered us the online rate when they could have charged us more since hotels were filling up all over manila. we really appreciated that and our stay at the hotel for the next 2 days was as good as it gets. its not a five star but you will be very comfortable in their rooms. the beds are not to hard, not too soft, nice spacious bathrooms, great location. will definately return.
