Very Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near malls and restaurants . I would recommend to friends, family and will definitely stay again here. Proud to be Dusit thani gold member. Special thanks to Ms. Charlotte who always assist us.

The Dusit Thani Service was excellent as always from check-in to check-out. The bell person JC Tormes was very accommodating and professional on multiple occasions considering i just had ankle surgey last week and limited in my abilities. He assisted me with everything i had to carry and placed all luggage where i wanted it. Wonderful person and very polite too! Breakfast at the pantry was superb! Zaldy was so accommodating and made sure i didn't have to get up too much to get what i wanted to eat or drink. He also brought a plate of sliced sweet mango that was so delicious. I greatly appreciate the hospitality of the staff at the Dusit Thani!

Warning - do NOT chose this hotel !!! Stayed April 26-30, 2023 in a Junior Suite, Room 850. Instead of taking a pre-authorisation for a deposit, Dusit Thani Manila charged my Visa card several hundred dollars. I did not spend any money at the hotel. Upon check out I was informed the money would be credited back to my Visa card. More than a month later they have not refunded the money! Since then I have exchanged 17 e-mails and spoken with 5 of their staff who keep promising to refund the money (Armon Flores, Dhan Basco, Lyn Vistan, Gerald Uy and Abby Niebres). The hotel has not refunded the money and I am skeptical they will ever re-pay the deposit, which should not have been charged in the first place! Thus, I have no choice but to advise other prospective guests to avoid this hotel. They robbed me of PHP 12,000 which is Singapore dollars $298.93. Do not book this hotel. …

Excellent hotel with fine ambient enviroment friendly hotel staff warmly friendly making my stay feeling been well at home. Especially Room service staff name AL whose go with mile making my stay even more pleasant. Would like to come back here during my next visit to the Philippines.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Check in and check out was easy. Short walking distance to the big malls in Makati with lots of stores and restaurants including pharmacies.

AL from room service did an amazing job. He brought our food to our room and spent some time to set up the table for us. He is very thoughtful and friendly. We have stayed in several hotels in Manila but I will always prefer to come back to Dusit Thani for the amazing services and friendly staff.
