Check for a promo that the free meal serves apply. The lobby is ok. The over all ambiance is fine. The staff are hospitable. Will definitely would want to come back again. The rooms suites well for me
This hotel is conveniently located in Makati's business district. The breakfast is great. The buffet selection is quite extensive and filling. The place itself is not that appealing and the place seems a rather bit run down with its old carpets and tricky annex. However, the convenience of its location and the relative friendliness of their staff can quite compensate for it.
I come here every year since 2015, more than once every year, with my family and friends, or alone. This hotel is great, it has very friendly staff and the rooms and very comfortable. It is clean, it has very good wifi, breakfast is included, à la carte or buffet on weekdays, it has comfortable beds, working toilets and shower. It is often visited by bizness men (filipino, japanese, chinese). It is quiet. The staff is very accomodating and can arrange you easily. They have the infrastructure for meetings (the meeting room can accomodate at least 50 peoples). The price for a normal room is 3000 pesos +, but there is also deluxe. It is well situated (in Makati, in the japanese area), has many restaurants, bars, massage centers and commercial centers (greenbelt for instance) nearby. I love this place, as I feel at home there, so I can only recommend it to anyone (except if you are on a low budget) who is travelling or planing a meeting.…
Perfect for a budget stay for the night. I like their breakfast that varies everyday. My favorite pasta is their spicy vegetable and seafood pasta. The place is near a Catholic Church and the malls like Waltermart, Makati Cinema Square, Greenbelt and Glorietta.
Highly recommended! The hotel is only 3-5 minutes away from the shopping malls like Greenbelt and Landmark. And only 10 minutes away from the airport. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. I arrived early from a long and tiring trip and the front desk greeted me with a big smile and allowed me to check-in early with out charge. They also helped me in getting a cab and suggested a few landmarks that I can visit. The breakfast buffet is very good with wide selection to choose from. The little cafe called Kaffenena serves good coffee and pastries. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.
My main parameters for my stay search were location and price. It is annold hotel. Quite basic. The room was quite spacious compared to others in the area and price class. The bed was firm and comfortable as well as good pillows. Linen old and greyish. Furniture is quite badic too. Breakfast was included and teo options to chose from (Filipino & American). Again nothing amazinf but good enough. There is no safe in the room and what was available at Reception was in a back room om top of a bigger safe. A bit ghetto!
The room was large clean with bath tub but old. There were 2 large beds but no view. The food was ok the staff were accommodating. It is walking distance to malls at Makati. Close to NAIA 3 when you use the skyway.
It is nearer the super highway so no problem to be trapped in traffic on your way to the airport. Choose the room with large window, it great to have a window, however, there are rooms without window. There is these small cafe in the lobby, the graham fruit cake is the best, i am a cake lover and tried several cake items in the cafe, however, the graham fruit melts in your mouth, the sweetness is just very enough. The staff had a large smile despite its 1 am in the morning.
I had lunch and a meeting at El Cielito's coffee shop that goes by the name Kaffenena. We ordered Filipino favorites -- pork sinigang, bangus belly sinigang, pansit, pork binagoongan and adobong pusit. All dishes were delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone hankering for good, home-cooked family favorites.
The hotel is an old and tired property, located adjacent to several seedy night clubs. The place seems to be frequented by Japanese guys who enjoy bringing back girls from these clubs. Further, the rooms are NOT as the are shown on the website - the deluxe double room I paid for was in fact two double beds, no balconey - which is not what was shown. When I complained, they then put us into an even worse room. A delayed check out was advised as being 4800 pesos (more expensive than a 5 star hotel). It was only when I advised that I would call the police did the receptionist agree to 1600pesos for a 5pm check out. This place is an absolute disaster for any traveler and I would strongly recommend making alternative arrangements
