It's centrally located with good staffs but room is noisy meaning can clearly hear people talking in next room. The Malls are in the walking distance. The breakfast is on the lighter side but it's delicious.

I'll go with the hotel staff first, very friendly. Just perfect. Room? We got the suite room 404 which is their best room. It is great, big space the design is great very vintage and classy. But on the booking says facilities are included tumble dryer which they actually don't have 😆 but we didn't bother to complain. So we got to our room was a maze of the room. Then when time for toilet no toilet paper nothing at all. Ignored it thought they give us some. But until next morning, still nothing. Internet runs 3-4 Mbps roughly begging to work on your mobile or laptop. Ignored it, it's okay, then breakfast time. They give us room service breakfast... They serve sunny side up egg, pandesal bread, and some con Norte 😅 no drink like juice or anything no water at all. We actually have nothing at all to drink. I ate it, didn't complain, my point is its an expensive hotel to be honest and I don't complain about the price, but it's so incompetent, that they would serve breakfast like that. I mean you go on lets say 3,000 peso hotel per night comes with breakfast it is a descent breakfast atleast, but this one its a suites room ranging 5-7k per night imagine? Sorry so suites, but this is such an insulting service. So next morning i went to breakfast again, same food they serve but this time no butter no marmalade, my husband ask for a drink, they said we dont have any drink sir! Like omg they could have serve a 35 pesos juice in can atleast but nothing. Same as next day we had, we didnt talk or complain. Last day my husband went for breakfast. He ask frontdesk for breakfast stub she give him one, went to the breakfast area no people no food nothing, he ask where are the people. She got them they give him same same food, this time same same again omg. Worst hotel ever for us, they take good care of their hotel prices but they dont give it back for the service. We are not staying back again. I apologise for my review, but this is me being honest. I think they can atleast do something about it.

It was a modest place to stay, the staffs were supportive and it also has a lot of places to eat around. The big malls are also in the closeby distance. Little far from the airport and the traffic in the phillipines can make it even longer.

I stayed in the lower ground of the hotel. This is good hotel but I have a comment in our there is no window for to ventilate the said room but I understand because it is in the lowerground. And hotel are so nice with the swimming pool but the pool is available until 6 am i think they can adjust the limit time of using the pool because some other guest want to swim in the night. upon check in there is no spill to communicate the guest they just process the check in and that's it there is no interaction to the guest in short it so boring upon check in. But total average of my stay is 85%

My friend booked the place given the fact that it was located along Jupiter Street in Makati. When we entered the place, the lobby smelled of stinky feet. Probably attribute that to the old school decor. We were designated in a Lower Ground floor room. There were no windows. No means of knowing what time it is outside because of lack of outside light. Microwave was lacking from the room. A.C. was decent. The t.v. is an old CRT tv. The bed is so flimsy, a couple would fall off during the night. They have bathtubs, but the faucet was too short so the water runs from the edge of the tub towards the tub itself, causing an unsanitary way of filling the tub. The shower is too weak and if you use hot water, it will eventually turn to cold water again unless you let the hot water run again from the faucet. Luckily, they have bidets. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Eggs, two pieces of toast, butter, jelly, corned beef, a bottle of water, and unli coffee and tea. The bad experience was overshadowed by the fact that the hotel is located near Century City Mall or any other food place along Jupiter and Makati Ave. And oh, our room was haunted. My friend and I saw something moving along our peripheral view. The room felt heavy. And I saw something standing in our room at night. So, yeah. What fun!

I caught a yellow airport taxi from Manila NAIA T2 to the hotel which took 50 minutes due to heavy traffic in Makati Avenue and Jupiter Street. The hotel is close to the former. Cost was P238 plus tip. The hotel has an impressive older style lobby. There is a ramped entrance. Check in was fast as only seven of the 25 rooms were occupied. There are two lifts but only one appeared to be in use. I asked for a room away from the lift but was given one opposite, room 302. However there was no noise from it. The room was generous with no traffic noise, save for one motorcycle at 0400 hours, detected. There was a double bed in the room so not overly suitable for individuals who are above 185cm in height. A modern flatscreen television along with tea and coffee was provided. There was a fairly modern microwave with a dated kitchen including a bar fridge, limited crockery and cutlery.

Stayed at CEO suites for a corporate event near the place in November 2017. Small and stylish lobby greets you together with the friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with unique wooden windows that is home-like. Comes with a pantry with microwave oven. Impressive dining room decors. Breakfast is plated, no buffet.

Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok, typical hotel, might need some upgrades, but clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to all the restaurants in the Burgos vivid area. And also a little secluded, off the street noise when ready to hit the sack. The Army Navy for a quick meal is just steps away.

I booked for a standard room with queen sized bed but standard rooms is on lower floors and does not have a view and I asked to see for other room the staff showed me a Deluxe room and I much liked it for it has a window and more spacious. The rate is just almost the same you'll just add a hundred bucks or two and you'll have a more spacious and with window room but their standard room looks comfy too the only problem is I want my room to have a view and be on an upper floor near their roof deck for they have a pool. What can I say one satisfied customer here , very nice staff all of them are friendly and accommodating, nice place to stay, the rooms are comfy and clean 24/7 free wifi and has a complimentary breakfast. Next time i'll visit here in Manila

A comfortable hotel, well located and with a great staff. I stayed in one room on the third floor, really excellent value for money because in Makati there aren't cheap hotels. It is my second staying at the hotel and I will repeat when I go back to Manila.
