the staff was lovely on arriving.. no room on desk 4 checkin.. 1st glance at room 405...is a trip in the past with the smells to math.. so very out dated an tired an dirty looking. an then the bathroom ..oh my so much mould it was black an lumpy.. i feel 4 the management that think this is acceptable 4 people to pay for a room like this.. i asked 4 a cleaner they sent a maintainance guy..he scrubbed for 15 mins..an made it a bit better..they really need to clean the mould an dirty window..an fix the noisey aircon.. my sleep was near non existant the next day i left a note 4 house keeper to please use bleach..i felt this was pointless.breakfast is room service.. an not much choice..but the fruits was fresh an tea hot. i rang for a taxi an help with luggage for 8am..no such thing.. reception rings after i waited..no help with luggage an taxi came at 8.30. the staff was always friendly. location wasnt to bad a short walk to aussie immigration.. this place i really tried to like but sorry.. they really need to clean it up

Not the greatest position though it was interesting being in more of a local area and seeing more of how the locals live. The room was a good size (I had a king room), it was old and in desperate need of renovation, the bed was big but hard as a rock and they didn't have sheets to fit so had use two queen sheets across the top and bottom. The balcony was filthy from the running water coming out of the air-conditioning which had created it's own mossy eco-system. The staff though were very friendly and helpful, I'm sure that they could make it a much nicer place to stay if only they had better resources to work with. This hotel could be so much better...

I was surprised when I entered the room because it is wide for it's price. The room is for 4 people but I think it can accommodate up to 6 people. The aircon is functioning good. The bed is also big. The room and bathroom is clean. The only downside is that the bathroom drain so very slow. There are times that the water leaks to the bedroom because the bathroom is flooding. It takes 10 minutes to drain the water in the floor. Ofcourse we complain about it but they didn't transfer us to other rooms. Water pressure is also bad, we asked for dipper and bucket instead. On the other hand, the hotel is located in city center. Malls and restaurants are walking distance. Beside the lobby their is 7/11 convenience store.

Hard to rate this hotel between 3 and 4 stars. First, this pictures aren't accurate. The place looks way worse. There's no WiFi and facilities look old. Price is very cheap, good customer service and at a good location in Makati. The 24H 7/11 right outside the hotel is super clutch

OK stayed here for couple of nights, location is GOOD close from this mini mall and everything else and with own 7/11!. The pictures and the room was insanely different haha. Stayed in room 14 just looks like one bedroom apartment. The keycard was not working on our room, we needed to go back and forth in the lobby just to inform the lady that is not working! she seems hesitated to give us the other keycard because she said it's a main keycard. The rooms looks really old and smell old! ITS JUST OK! Deal breaker, around 4AM started raining after 20 minutes of non stop rain its flooded at the front of the hotel. SO I guess don't stay here in wet season? haha!

Hotel offers car service (with fee) from hotel to airport and vise versa. It has a nice clean rooms facing the central business districts. Very spacious rooms. The elevator and lobby area is a bit small but clean. Malls are just within walking distance. Friendly neighborhood and hotel staff. sumptuous free breakfast.

Jan 29 - Feb 8 My boyfriend and I had a long stay here. Before staying here we stayed at Belmont Hotel in Pasay which is a really good hoel and decided to change our hotel somewhere near Makati area so easy access to MRT or buses but we made the biggest mistake. Location-wise is bad. The building was easy to find however the area surrounding it is a residential area, so you might see a few unsightly things. The location is near Little Tokyo and Makati Square so grocery and dining is not a problem. Hotel provides laundry but there is also a laundry shop beside the hotel. Elevator is scary, it feels like it's going to snap and fall. Building is pretty old. We were at 8th floor(only floor with wifi). Keys are old. Even the security has a master key(assume that all staff can access your room). Bed seems like its going to give up. Fridge is old. Bathroom mirror has black stains. Shower head is dirty. Wooden tiles sometimes comes off. Overall, we were disappointed. What you see on the pictures are very edited. The hotel definitely needs a renovation.

Elevator is often broken and you need to climb up and make exercises. Facilities are old, though not unclean. The service is one of the worst. I requested Japanese breakfast, but not available. So I confirmed again if available one day before, but in that morning, the answer is not available. After that they say many excuses and blaming each other. After this incident, I decided not to use this hotel anymore. Actually there are some near this hotel, which are cleaner and cheaper. If you understand only Japanese, here is an option, but otherwise, there is no sense to use this hotel.
