This is hands down the worst place I have ever been to. It was cheap so we thought it would be okay for one night. When we checked in and saw the room, we saw that everything was very dirty and old. The air conditioning didn't work. There was no available wifi. When we opened the bathroom door, we saw three cockroaches. We then sat down on the bed, and quickly saw that there were also cockroaches walking on the bed. We immediately got downstairs and checked out. When we spoke to someone from the hotel later on, he asked us for 'proof' that we of course did not have since we left running.

I wouldn’t rate this hotel at 2.5 stars. Room was pretty filthy, no toilet paper in the bathroom, water pressure was very low, you can barely flush and shower well. Unpleasant location as well. I wouldn’t recommend even for budget travel.

Stayed for two nights. No house cleaning, you have to request this. We stayed in an executive room, I think the room is a bit small but there's microwave and small ref. Elevator is available. There were no chairs for the table, we had to request for it. Staff are polite and helpful. 24hr security.

The place is very much relaxing and the staff is very accommodating. The location is very accessible, that is why I want to go back again. The price is cheaper compare to other. This ideal place for business and for family.

The lighting is very poor. The bath towels are over used, almost beige in color(white). The pillows I was told was bought when they opened 3 years ago, also over used. I stayed 3 days and they only cleaned after I left. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom and in the cabinets that I just hang my clothes on the chairs.

We had a pleasant overnight stay in this hotel few days ago. It was very accessible to BGC and economical too! The room reminds us of the hotel we stayed in Cebu; minimalist, clean and affordable as well. What we don't like are there's no wifi in our room, the pillows are too soft (talk about having a strained neck the following day!), smelly trash bin under the sink, weak water pressure during morning, also few little roaches (they come out at night).

I booked a suite room with a queen bed.. but we were given a standard room with a double bed.. i told the receptionist we will be 2 adults and 2 children in the room but she still gave us room with double bed.. extra bed costs 500 pesos according to room attendant.. there was a small fridge and a microwave inside the room but no utensils.. we had to plug in the fridge when we arrived.. airconditioner working and cool... you get what you pay for..

A central place to explore manila from. It was clean. Only negative was that there was no safe in the room. It has a small fridge and kitchen to make coffee etc. Nice little restaurant outside the entrance and a bakery and local eating place across the road. For the price wasn't the greatest but was not bad at all. Definetly budget friendly. It's not the Ritz but not a dive. And did not feel unsafe at all. Taxis passing all the time so transportation was not a problem

A stress free stay for us.. from our arrival to our check out day. Everyone was awesome from their security guards front desk staff and ofcourse to ate edith who was in charge of all of our requests and needs, although we didn't had the chance to meet christine in person, but she really made sure that all our needs are well taken care of. Two thumbs up!!!
