Everything you need is in the area. I will definitely come back and book this hotel because other fairmonts in other countries are nice and fancy. Very cozy and not too loud unlike other hotels. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Slept here for a night between flights and seemed decent enough so came back when I’m Manilla for a longer period . During check in , the man behind the counter was rude and my partner had to step away as she was getting angry with him . Came to a room with stained carpets and damaged furniture . Two star rooms in what’s meant to be a five star hotel . Attached one pic as an example . Took a shower the first evening and bathroom was flooded , contacted reception and waited patiently . After a second call approx an hour later , they sent someone to repair the issue . Household staff had a pleasant manner and she could do with teaching the staff at reception with how to communicate with people . I’ll definitely be looking to stay somewhere else next time I’m back in Manilla . Tip for anyone who does book here better to book with external website when you have kids with you , as they try to charge teenagers as adults for breakfast when you book directly with them .

Experience is within expectations of an well rated international hotel. The downside is there is not a lot of F&B options in the hotel. The breakfast spread and food quality is of average standard. I had to travel to Shangri-la at the Fort to conduct my breakfast meeting with a guest.

This is my go to hotel, when I manila. The buffet is one of the best and staff are great. Unfortunately the bedding and room were very run down. Cracks in wall, mould in shower, stains on carpet and pillows flat. And yet is still have 4 stars... The breakfast is seriously good :)

Very courteous staff, rooms were clean and neat. The hotel is very near the malls. breakfast was good but it was not quality breakfast , the food was complete with all kinds but it was not very good. But if your looking for a hotel near the mall this is the hotel for you.

Friendly service from check-in to check out. Spectrum breakfast is one of the best in Manila; my family and I enjoyed our three-night stay. I loved the pool too! We got the interconnecting rooms for my family, the bed was comfy, and we all had a goodnight’s sleep.

The stay was okay. I availed of their complimentary overnight stay, but I decided to pay for a room upgrade to celebrate my birthday. Their lounge was okay, as I was able to check out there instead at the ground floor/lobby where it's expected that more people would be checking out there. However, their food was limited since I am a diabetic. I love that they have a digital weighing scale nevertheless; it keeps my weight in check. One of their lounge staff was more than understanding with me as far as my dietary restrictions are concerned, so I commend her for that, though one of their other staff was less than patient. This hotel is the best so far of all those where I stayed in, although I found it hard to sleep there for some reason. Thank you.

Our Fairmont staycation was generally pleasant. There were a few points to improve for sure. The Wifi was free but the speed was disappointing maxing out at 9 Mbps. Streaming on Netflix was ok but I expect more intensive applications would struggle. The TV had a lot of channels but most were not accessible. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Location was excellent as one had to just cross the street and the expanse of both Glorietta and Greenbelt malls were right there with all the shopping, dining and entertainment options. Breakfast was great with a wide and varied spread that covered both local and international favorites. What soured the whole experience for me was when time came I requested for late check out. I availed of the stay via a 3rd party site specifically because the package included early check in and late check out. We actually were not able to avail of the early check in but were hoping to check out late. Upon calling guest services I was told that the latest they could allow was 12pm. I mentioned that such was just normal check out and the CSR said that 11am was their normal check out time. Now it was indeed true that 11am was standard check out for this hotel but they should've just not included late check out in such a package if 12pm is all they can offer. I guess I can stay at Fairmont in the future but will just avoid these sorts of packages that do not really add value for me.

Overall, our stay in the hotel was pleasant. What was unpleasant was during the booking stage. Being an Accor Plus member, I booked our via the Accor app. I chose the rate with Breakfast Included in the price. But when I clicked the said rate, the details of the reservation said Breakfast Not Included. I tried to do this several times (i.e., booking the Breakfast Included in price), but when clicked, it always said Breakfast Not Included. This "promo" gimmick is downright misleading. I brought up the matter personally to the hotel manager (at Fairmont Makati). Her name was a certain Mervie. She took a screenshot of my phone showing the discrepancy as described above. She got my name and contact details (mobile phone and email). But she never got back to me. I waited for about a week for her feedback and advice on what to do, no help came from her. What a shame!
