Stay at Fairmont Makati for 7 nights in a row in February 2022 at their suite which is very clean and nice. Hotel staffs are all very nice where they all greet you whenever you pass by, offer help in whatever they think they can help with smile which really make you feel like you are at home :) (10/10 to all the hotel staffs, so touching and I am impressed by this vs the hotel I have been to recently)

The room is not new but still in a very good condition, high quality bed sheet, clean and dust free carpet (I am very sensitive to the dust, but I have no issue here). The location is great, less than 1min walk to the malls where you can find anything from the Supermarket, Food Court, Fast food restaurants, fine-dining restaurants, and a luxury mall for shopping (Green Belt is on of the best!).

The breakfast is nice and good way to experience local food, I really like the Garlic rice with fried beef and egg they offer in the morning, it is good enough for myself to have it 7 days in a row and planning to go back for the same experience very soon.

The fitness is beyong standard where there will be a staff to clean the machine right after the guest finish using it for the next guest to feel comfortable and safe.

Lastly, as I am a big fan of Le Labo Fragrance (and a collector of Le Labo perfume as well) so I really like the amenties here that they use Le Labo Rose 31 :)

We visited Manila City Makati, and stayed at Fairmont, it is one of the best hotels in the city of not the best for a great price upscale everything.. The hotel has a elegant buffet and nice restaurant inside the hotel and rooftop bar with a beautiful Scenery of the city. This hotel will not disappoint you in no way. They will pick you up from the airport as well as drop you off. There is a beautiful lounge across from the airport for you to sit and wait to be picked up.. when you arrive the staff is very friendly and nice. The concierge that help us name Renzo gave us an abundance of information on what to do and prices, very humble. Overall great place I definitely recommend. Last thing the hotel is next to three malls one of many, enjoy your stay we definitely did.

Service in cafe macaroon took them 59 minutes to serve the food. Maybe it’s because of the renovation ongoing. It’s good that the food is still hot.
Supervisors of different sections should have ideas on the prices of buffet, check out time or other Informations so tgat when guests ask, they can give correct informations.
Please relocate the garbage can away from the toilet paper dispenser in the restrooms or inside the rooms.
Please provide heater for the pool during cold weather.
Blanket of the bed is not warm enough.
Me snd my sister enjoyed our rest day. Thank you for your hotel services.

Currently staying here for 2 weeks and noticed straight away the decline in the hotel which we have visited a few times since it opened. The check in is closed off and the smaller Raffles one is being used with most of the lobby closed off.

The rooms are now poorly maintained the furniture is marked, dirty, and not 5 star worthy. The shower has dull fittings not polished, tap replaced with a cheap model which is poor quality, the shower had black mold, hand towel thin and worn, bathroom door not oiled it squeaks. The toilet breaks all the time leaving the water always running and the sink drain is slow. The sheer curtain has tears in it, the beds sheets had a dirty mark and a hole. No attention to details. The fridge is broken and smells.

The restaurant is ok but the quality isn't the same for breakfast with less options and much of the food cold due to a lack of hot plates for food and it stored in cold cast iron dishes. The restaurant furniture is banged and the carpets splitting where the joints are, it looks tired. This is one place the staff are not good due to poor training, always have to ask twice for coffee, plates etc not cleared so they stack up as you eat, staff inattentive, this is due to them being like headless chickens and not being allocated areas to attend to so they are covering every table but not very well. This is management not the staffs fault.

The pool area is closed so you must go down to the lobby and back up again to use the Raffles pool which is a hassle as it's far from the Sauna/Steam Room in the spa. The spa are is not good, the men's mineral pool is DIRTY, tiles need cleaning and the floor had hairs around it and even the controls had dirt on them, the steam room the ceiling is falling apart, gone are shavers, towels other than one in your locker, bags for wet clothes, infused water, overall it's poor.

The staff are as always lovely but the hotel needs a refresh and a deep clean. I think we will stay at a newer hotel next time as this has the Philippines curse, big build budget but little maintenance and the pandemic has filled it with weekend staycationers who seem to abuse the place.

The management need to get out of their offices and look at the details, the hotel has declined a lot I suspect managers need to be replaced as they must have their eyes closed.

I stayed at the Fairmont Makati hotel for a week and found the accommodations to be wonderful with the service and amenities putting it a cut above others. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel if you have business or personal reasons in the Makati Manila area.

The lobby of the hotel is expansive and modern with soothing light creating a warm atmosphere. Check in was simple and fast with the check in desk personnel knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained, highlighting the city view courtesy of large windows. The work desk was large and easily accommodated multiple devices. There weren’t a lot of outlets, so if you want to charge and plug in multiple devices, I would recommend bringing a personal extension or multi-switch cord. The bathroom was large and had separate shower stalls, toilet, and bath tub.

There are multiple dining options within the hotel with a roof top bar, lounges, cafe, and restaurants. The in-room dining menu is also extensive with multiple options for local, asian, and American cuisines.

Overall, a well designed, comfortable, and posh hotel in the heart of Makati business district with quick access to a number of shopping options. I would highly recommend the hotel and would be staying here again.

I am a frequent traveller and almost every weekend a staycationist. This is my 2nd time to book into this Hotel. Good location very close to shopping malls and within the business district. Rooms are bigger than the usual hotel rooms and they clean the room every time it is vacant. Water pressure was good but takes time to get hot (almost 2 minutes). Big main door gap enables you to hear people in the hallway. Limited room service because before there was a free one (1) time shoe shine service. Entertainment system was not enough (No bluetooth speaker or entertainment system inside the bathroom). Hotel toiletries use "Le Labo" based from New York under Estee Lauder but it smells bad (the smell of the rose was too strong so I used my personal toiletries).Only two (2) passenger elevators are working. Check-In and Check-Out was a chaos only 4 counters are open and the process was terrible (almost 30 mins. to be able to check in and check out...too slow) and VERY limited seats are available while waiting. Breakfast food was not good only limited choices and breads/pastries tastes not good. Also the beverages are limited only water, brewed coffee and fruit juices are free but hotel staff are very well attentive with the needs of the guests. Very limited menu for room service and the price was not reasonable. Access to the adjacent mall thru basement parking were closed and no ATM machine inside for guests accesibility and convenience. Renovation works were done in the morning (should be at night time for less guest traffic flow)

At Fairmont, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Our Fairmont staycation was generally pleasant. There were a few points to improve for sure. The Wifi was free but the speed was disappointing maxing out at 9 Mbps. Streaming on Netflix was ok but I expect more intensive applications would struggle. The TV had a lot of channels but most were not accessible. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Location was excellent as one had to just cross the street and the expanse of both Glorietta and Greenbelt malls were right there with all the shopping, dining and entertainment options. Breakfast was great with a wide and varied spread that covered both local and international favorites. What soured the whole experience for me was when time came I requested for late check out. I availed of the stay via a 3rd party site specifically because the package included early check in and late check out. We actually were not able to avail of the early check in but were hoping to check out late. Upon calling guest services I was told that the latest they could allow was 12pm. I mentioned that such was just normal check out and the CSR said that 11am was their normal check out time. Now it was indeed true that 11am was standard check out for this hotel but they should've just not included late check out in such a package if 12pm is all they can offer. I guess I can stay at Fairmont in the future but will just avoid these sorts of packages that do not really add value for me.

We had an absolutely excellent experience in this Accor hotel. The hotel is well appointed with excellent furniture, fixtures as well as art works. From the reception to the 7th floor lounge to the room was a seamless move and it went smooth as silk. The lounge manager Angelo and his team are really great. At the ground floor Spectrum where we take our breakfast is spot on with a variety of international food fare. The managers Novie and Jhona together with their team, Monic and Ronnie made our daily morning meals ritual very pleasant. Noel made sure that our room is always spic and span. The 8th floor housekeeping team led by Maridel and Paul surprised us with an spectacular rose petal bath which my better half thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely patronize this hotel over and over again.

Hotel is well situated within short walk to shopping areas. The lobby is warm, reception staff are professional. The rooms we stayed in are clean and fresh despite the age of the hotel. We had a good view of the pool. There are eco initiatives from wooden key cards to dispensers in the toilet and bath. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very satisfying. Must try is the lounge access, where I paid 1500@ (using my Accor membership which I recommend you buy ahead of time). As a member too, we had free welcome drinks to choose from. They are attentive to customer satisfaction because when I complained about the smell of our room, we were quickly transferred and attended to with an apology note and token. The house manager Kath also called. When I left a small package in the room which I forgot to bring to our event somewhere, the concierge on duty (I forgot his name so sorry), made sure that package was in our room, given to Grab driver which I booked then followed up if it was received by me.
Fairmont Makati you are amazing!

No but not bad. I eased in and enjoyed the view at sunset. Then jacuzzi....which is in the spa around the corner in same floor. Just sign in and they give you a wrist bad for a locker. Male and female areas separated.

I think the hotel can answer your question better. However, In my experience they will let you leave you luggage in the concierge but you will need to wait until the check in time.
