If you like to sleep with bugs and reptiles, then this is your perfect hotel. We found lizards, spiders, huge caterpillars and so on. The bathroom wasn't clean and its smell was disgusting. The staff was quite rude and not helpful at all.

In regard to your comments about our security officers, we regret that this was your impression. Upon receipt of your review, we immediately conducted an investigation of your concerns. Based on the statements provided by the concerned employees and proven by the CCTV footage, it is indeed that they have not allowed your visitor to enter the hotel premises because he is still a minor and could not present any ID and vaccination card which is a standard protocol of the hotel. We also believe that they were very respectful in refusing the entry of your visitor. We hope you for your kind understanding. On your concerns about the presence of bugs, reptiles, caterpillars, and the likes in your room, we believe that these are all untrue. We have checked your room and found no presence of these creatures inside your room. However, we still offered you a room transfer which you have declined. May we politely inform you that the hotel has not received such concerns from our previous guests as proven by the many very good reviews we have received from them. Horrible hotel as the owner wants to rip people off. First two nights, I was charged 1100.00 Peso per night. Third night, I was charged 1600:00 Peso and forth night, I was charged 2200:00 peso. When I asked them receptionist why I have been charged different rates, she said it is because of presidential election and the hotel is in hight demand. The hotel does not give damn about their guest, but the money. I complained to the management, but no response. I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

May we politely inform you that Red Planet Hotels offer a dynamic rate program wherein our room rates are not fixed and periodically, depends on the hotel's occupancy. Unfortunately, at the time you booked for your 2 nights extension stay, the hotel was already on high occupancy which pushed the rates to go up. This dynamic rate program is system generated and we believe that this was fully explained to you in detail. well i had what i thought looked like a great place to stay at red planet for my covid quarintine , when i looked it up online , if it had not been for the great staff i probably would of thought of trying to jump out of the window ! now the positives about this place and there are quite a few , tv works well plenty of channels , but not 1 film channel or sport channel , so quite boring if your a sport minded person or fim person , shower wasvery hot and powerful , bed was also very good to sleep on , and its freshly decorated , and the wifi is fast , now the downside is this is purely a quarintine hotel so your not allowed out of your room for anything , there is no contact with the outside world or front desk apart from the internet , once you are in your in ! you only get to see someone on the delivery of your food , which you have to pay for before you go to your room on the first day its 3 meals a day and served airline style in plastic tray boxes , you cannot order in any food or drinks , so best to try take what you need with you for 5 days , there is no kettle either to make a hot drink , there are no balconies to go out and sit , so if you smoke then this is not the place for you , there is no window to open either so its air con air all the time no fresh air , and now the room as i said its got good points , but my main point is it is very small especially if there are two of you , there is not enough room really for two people you will be climbing all over yourselves after a few hours, let alone 5 days ! this is a room for singles and then its very small ,, there is no chair or table to sit at only a fold down flap to put things on , with my case and things i was forever tripping over them ! now the food , if your are not a local but international traveller then this food will drive you mad , its cold really cold ! and small portions of the main stuff its aircraft food basically but cold , for the money you pay you could eat better at jolliebee ! a hot drink is available and you get a small bottle of water but thats it no alcohol or fizzy drinks , again be prepaired , as i said the staff are fantastic if you can get there attention on feed times they will try to help you as best they can and front desk is excellent aswell but u will only see front desk when you check in and check out ! i wish i could of read more on this place as if i had known i would not of stayed , not the place for westerners or couples , unless your locals ! i wont be going there again thats a cert ,,,

If you are booking here for quarantine and you are not OFW ,forget about this place. I am currently staying here now and it was horrible. It said on the website that food not included but it doesn’t say some other parties are catering food here for the clients . So they have fixed meals for the week and there is no snacks in between the meals,the portion of the main dish was small not enough protein,veggies but loaded with rice ,they don’t know how to make a balance food for their clients.,I don’t think they know how much carbs,protein and veggies they need to served each meal .What if they have diabetic clients here that needs to eat every 2 hours and you can’t order food to deliver? Home cook meals aren’t allowed yet they allow your relatives to bring ,Water,fruits and medicines for one time delivery only . If you decided to stay here bring tons of snacks, water . No telephone inside the room and no refrigerator. Room smells musty and there is a sewer gnats flying around in the bathroom,I had to cover all the drainage.There is no restaurant inside the hotel .
