Because of a change in plans we didn't stay at or even see this hotel, but i am giving it four stars solely on the basis of the great service i received from the manager, Edward Lim. After I booked the Lorenzzo Suites I had what must have seemed to him like an endless list of questions in a series of emails. He was consistently patient, helpful, and very professional.

Loved the clean modern accommodation and wonderful staff who are always helpful. Excellent value. There are fresh fruits inside the room! Be sure to print the map for your taxi as this is a new place.

We stayed here for one night while waiting for the flight back home. Everything was handled exceptionally by the staff and the room was in excellent condition (we were upgraded to suite so I cannot talk about the ordinary room).

Our Grab driver had a little bit of a hard time to find his way (201 peso from airport), but once here we have nothing at all to complain about except the traffic outside - and that's probably more on us than anything else. Most of our stay in the Philippines has been on remote islands where we have gotten used to no traffic.

Highly recommend.

This is located across the street from Iglesia Ni Cristo along Evangelista Street Makati. There is a Goldilocks at the ground floor. Parking area can only accomodate 2 cars, and one is almost always occupied.

If you don't mind 30 minutes to an hour's travel to Ayala/Makati CBD or BCG/Taguig or NAIA, then you're okay staying here. Traffic around this area can get pretty bad on some days.

They don't do reservations over the phone (at least for a 12 hour stay) but they do accomodate 12-hour stays without standard check-in/out time. That for me is a great big YES. Check-in was fast (not more than 5 minutes, just had to register and pay).

It was 1200Php for 12 hours so I'm assuming it's 2400~ a night for a standard room. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. I knew it was just a small hotel but I was impressed with the interiors; our hotel room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated with a modern touch. The bed was comfortable and the room was airconditioned (window type, a little noisy but I like white noise anyway.) They had a flat screen TV with cable and a safe. We had a window but didn't have a view, so request a room with a view if you're into that.

The bathroom had modern fixtures, ready with toiletries and towels.

Didn't use: parking, breakfast.

We booked a triple room. When we first stepped into the the room, we were quite surprised with the small size of a triple room. Very small indeed for 3 persons with almost no room to put our 2 medium luggages. Also the room did not have any window. Since we were transitting on the way to Palawan, we did not care too much.
The hotel is located on a street with many shops selling car tires and accessories. So in the morning it was quite bustling with traffics. Within walking distance, we could find supermarket and fast food restaurants.
The staff and the management were very helpful with the very late night check In. Thank you to Edward and Serena for information about Philippines in general and some areas of Manila.
The hotel does not have a room for breakfast. So do not book room with breakfast because one can hardly find space to put your plates or breakfast. Anyway, restaurants are within walking distance and so are mini markets.
In all, we appreciate the friendliness of the management and staff and can recommend this hotel for business or very short stay trip.

Stayed here one night, only wish I would have extended my stay there. Had a penthouse room on top floor. Great room, conformable bed, and friendly staff.
Only issue was no elevator and the street noise from outside at times was a bit bothersome.
That said however I would gladly stay again and longer.

The hotel is centrally located in Makati and accessible to a lot of places, although the neighborhood is a mix of new buildings and older structures and shops. The place is very tastefully decorated and clean. All the linen and bathroom amenities are modern with simple clean lines. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really great service. They offer a complimentary breakfast that is quite delicious and substantial, plus it is delivered to our room.they have a Chicken 22 ( a local KFC type place) on the ground floor of the hotel. There is no elevator, so one has to request for the lower level rooms if walking up is a problem. Their staff are very helpful and will take care of the heavy items and luggages ( I have been to other areas of the Philippines and a lot of them do mot have elevators, but the staff are trained to take care of any heavy lifting), so it is no big deal in terms of carrying heavy items up and down stairs. I am impressed by the cleanliness and great service this hotel offers. It is a great budget hotel, good value for the money.

Very clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, complimentary breakfast of my choice was delivered to room on time, and very good. The location of the hotel is the only reason I did not rate it an excellent. The neighborhood didn't match the cleanliness of the hotel. However the location of the hotel is near everything a tourist would want to visit, the Greenbelts 1-5 are just a 150PHP taxi ride. The Mall of Asia (MoA) is a 150PHP taxi ride. The Airport is close by as well (about 180-200PHP taxi ride). Taxi's are always available in front of the Hotel. They have a armed guard on duty all the time. This hotel is a great value, very clean and I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

I booked for almost a month in Lorenzzo Suites Hotel. The location is easy access to any parts of Makati, Manila and airport. Finding a cab has no problem and the hotel can book a Grub service for your needs. It is surrounded by small restaurants that will fill up your tummy. This is not a luxurious hotel as no ref, no microwave, no gym. The outside environment which are full of vulcanizing and car parts and not pleasant to your eye sight. But the inside of the hotel is tantamount of first class hotel. Rooms are very clean and tidy, with flat screen tv, with the best service from their staffs. The staffs: Rose Ann, Rhea, Erika, Limuel, Chuchi, Eman, Nikoo, Edwin, Arnilo and Benny were very helpful and always a helping hand for everything you need from water, tv channels, cleaning and fresh towels. The hotel has a strong wifi which is a big bonus. And the best is the insulation of the wall, you cannot hear your neighbor's sound or talking. Lorenzzo Suites is a good place, with good staff and with a very good price. Try to book on this hotel and experienced the best service you can avail.
