The staff were friendly. The front desk officer at the time, Kyle, was very accommodating and ensured that we had a wonderful stay.
The pool is cold, but the kids didn’t mind and had fun nonetheless. No lifeguards, but there are warnings all around to ALWAYS watch over your children (also as responsible adults, this shouldn’t be an issue. Haha)
The house keeping staff also provided us with everything we requested for when directly communicating with them. The requests put through phone calls didn’t materialize but when talking with the staff you’ll get your request within 30 minutes.
The food buffet improved on our second day.
The room was unexpectedly large. We stayed at a one-bedroom queen sized bed for the same price as a 2-single-bed room which was considerably smaller.
Overall, the experience was great for a staycation for our family and it was made even more enjoyable because of the staff! Kudos to your team!

I think they should change now their pillow cases, bedsheets and towels. It looks old already. Service was great especially Kyle who assisted me on bringing down my luggage. We stayed in this hotel for 2nd time and service is not bad. Just noticed that they don’t have free bottled water now in the room, you should pay if you need it. Just go outside of your room and refill your water jar from provided water from the galloon.

The room is spacious, good air conditioning, warm and cool shower area. Just a 3min walk to pearsonvue, hassle free esp. the area is safe and has lots of restaurants. The receptionist were all corteous and professionals. You get complimentary coffee, tea and water. A water dispenser is available just near the lift of thefloor i stayed in.

It was our second time booking this hotel. As always, we had a fantastic stay. Kyle and Brian, made our check-in and check-out and our overall experience process smooth and hassle-free.
The room was clean (kudos also to the housekeeper assigned at the 36th floor) it well-maintained and offered superb value for money. Its strategic location in the Makati business district made it convenient for us to try good restaurants nearby by walking. The cozy, homey feel of the room made the stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at One Pacific Place, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was not ready, and I had to wait in the lobby for several hours before being able to check in. This delay was incredibly frustrating, especially after a long journey.
The staff mentioned that the delay was due to a lack of manpower in housekeeping. With only 3 people on the team responsible for cleaning 160 rooms daily, it's no wonder that guests are left waiting. The hotel’s inability to properly manage its housekeeping staff and ensure timely check-ins is a significant flaw in their service.
Sadly, the inefficiency in accommodating guests reflects poorly on the overall management of the hotel. I would not recommend One Pacific Place to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free stay.
