Our recent stay at The Belamy House, Makati was a delight from start to finish! The staff truly shone – from the moment we arrived with friendly smiles and warm greetings, to their prompt and helpful assistance whenever we needed anything in our room, especially Ms. Karla. They anticipated our needs, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and clean, it offered all the essentials for a comfortable stay: plates, a rice cooker, a hair dryer, and even coffee – perfect for brewing our morning cup before exploring the city. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop pool, a lovely haven with stunning views – ideal for sharing with friends after a day of sightseeing.

The location couldn't have been better! Surrounded by a selection of restaurants and supermarkets, we never had to worry about finding delicious food or groceries. Plus, the convenience of having our own meals in the room added to the overall feeling of ease and comfort.

In short, The Belamy House surpassed our expectations. The combination of the kind and attentive staff, the comfortable and well-equipped room, the rooftop oasis, and the convenient location made our stay truly wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing base in the city.

The Belamy House is perfect for a short visit to Manila. We only stayed for one night due to us flying on to Boracay however our short stay was very pleasant. Although located on a busy road in the hustle and bustle of Makati, the hotel felt calm and safe. There was 24 hour security and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are small but clean and practical for a short visit. We would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Manila for a short trip or transiting! Thank you Belamy House!

Newly built boutique hotel in the Metro. Exceptional facilities and service. Camille at the Front Desk was very friendly, professional, and cordial. Also the lady fron housekeeping who assisted me, sorry I forgot her name. The roofdeck pool area is a must to experience, so lovely 10/10 experience. 'Will definetely comeback and share this "gem" hotel to others. Thank you so much The Belamy House, Makati. See you all soon!!!

I travel to Manila for business, and have stayed at many hotels. So far, this is the most disappointing experience I have had. First, this hotel is still being constructed - there are lots of tarps all over, and when I left, its escalator was broken open for repair. Second, the air conditioner in my room smelled mouldy. Third, I asked for a quiet room, but was woken up at 6AM by the barking of a dog in a nearby residence and noise in the corridor. Fourth, I requested at 8AM for house-keeping to clean my room which front desk confirmed, only to return an hour later to it uncleaned. Fifth, I purchased a package with breakfast which front desk also confirmed, but the restaurant did not have my name on the list, and there were 6-8 guests who stared at me as I ate and talked and laughed very loudly throughout. These are but some of the reasons why I do not recommend you to stay at the Belamy House.

We stayed here after we arrived in Manila and were on our way to island hopping.
Nicely located hotel with good security and nice chill rooftop. The rooms were clean, air conditioning was good, and the service of staff brilliant! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Malaki also seemed safe to us, if a bit manic! Bed was really comfy which is key!

My family and I had an amazing staycation last January. Excellent accommodation, great service, clean and fresh room & bathroom, amazing amenities! The pool (and the view!) at the roofdeck was very amazing. Enjoyed our short stay in the hotel, and would definitely go back again and recommend to my friends!

I've spent over a month at Belamy. It's been just excellent. The staff is over the top helpful. Everyone is friendly and super, bend over backwards accommodating. The front desk staff have great English and are impossible multi-taskers - I don't know how they do it. The place is in great shape, modern. Every detail. Instant cold AC. Super clean. Elevators that require a room key tap to go your floor. Proper safe box. The rooftop pool has a killer view- best place I've found for a date in Makati- and free. Security helps you in/out of your ride w/ your bags. Very pro operation. It's quiet and the doors are thick/solid- feels very secure. There's a local laundry that will pickup/drop off your washed/folded clothes same day for very reasonable prices. The water in the bathroom sink is filtered. I believe that's rare. I drink it. The neighborhood is not the nicest part of Makati but it's safe-cops/Security are everywhere. No issues. You can walk 5, 10, or 20 minutes to nice restaurants. 10 or 20 min walk gets you to really nice areas...The Indonesian restaurant attached/ next door is quite good. I feel good recommending this place. Every time I've traveled and tried an air bnb condo or a cheaper hotel I've been disappointed. Have fun!

Great 2 night stay - very new, immaculately clean cozy rooms. Staff is wonderful, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel in a convenient area of Manila (Makati). Excellent value. P.S. check out Luluwash Laundry Services for fantastic laundry pick up & delivery service.
