Nice place to stay, clean place, welcoming staffs. I was really amazed by the place which is cozy and nice. Can improve in vegetarian breakfast options. Located near to the railway station and a short distance to LRT connected by jeepney.

I stayed here for two nights as i had some business in Makati. I stayed in the cheapest room that they had for 2,600 per night. (Standard Room). This already included free wifi (very fast), complimentary local calls and breakfast for two.

The name says it all. VIP Suites. The place is not large however the room was very nice. Wooden floors and furniture, an electronic safe, a very tasteful bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and duvet were soft and smooth, you can tell that they had a high thread count. Basically 5 star amenities at a fraction of the cost.

I was very surprised with this place. I was glad that area is far from the red light district and its only a 10 min taxi ride to Greenbelt/Glorietta. Another thing that is great about this place is that they have a spa and cafe on the ground floor. There is also a mini stop next door which is very convinient. I will definately stay here again the next time in in Makati.

We went here before we head off to boracay. It is fairly close from the airport (15 min without traffic).
The staff overwhelmed us. As soon as we get off the taxi there are 2 guys who assisted us and took our luggage upstairs and the security guard opening the taxi doors then opens the hotel doors.
The room is great. We took the standard twin and the bed is probably a king singles (plenty of space) 1900 pesos. bathroom is clean and they provided soap, lotion, shampoo and even small stuff like sewing kit. We got our laundry done for 200 pesos per 2 kg. They did a great job.

Pros: close to the malls, greenbert, glorietta and sm mall.
Ministop downstairs

-would come again

Nicely decorated hotel with very good value for the price.
Staff is super. One of the most attentive staffs we have ever seen anywhere.
The neighborhood is not that good, lots of auto repair and parts stores.
I would not recommend going out very late at night, but that is true of Manila in general.
There is not that much in walking distance except a day market which was interesting,
but we did not really explore due to a lack of time.
Our group had picked this place largely because they had a sauna.
The staff was very considerate to arrange early saunas before our tournament.
The complimentary breakfast was good with lots of choices done just as we wanted it.
Many in our group had their breakfast by room service, and the staff seemed happy to do this.
Some also packed their breakfast to go which was cheerfully done.
I liked easily going next door to the Mini-stop 24 hour convenience store and there is a 7-11 not far away. There is also a good barbeque chicken place at the end of the street across from the 7-11. Great tasting protein at a cheap price.
Don't hesitate to ask the staff for tips on where to go and how.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the place of residence of friends and I had little expectations, thinking at first that it would just be like any seedy motel that dot around Manila. This is aside from the fact that it is very hard to find this place's website and it doesn't even have it's own domain name. But I was pleasantly surprised that it is NOT a seedy motel. The lobby is small, but always well lit and clean - and you can see the attempt by the owner to make it similar to that of a five star hotel lobby given the space. The rooms were clean, well maintained and contained all the necessities you need. It has a 24 hour store beside it, so you really won't be missing anything in case you left something behind. I was initially surprised when the receptionist asked me to leave the key behind at the counter everyday but I realized that it was ok, as it is a security measure and that my stuff were safe. The room already includes good wifi internet access and free breakfast with two meal choices (yes two) and they give you the option to have it at their cafeteria or to have it brought up to your room for free. See what I mean by 5-star service at a 2-3 star hotel price? And the staff always calls you when you have a visitor and also calls you when the visitor leaves! Plus there is an adjacent spa and foot massage area whose services I liked and were professional. I remember visiting before and that this hotel and the massage space have been around for almost 7 years. I wish more people would come here, as it is only a 100-150 pesos ride away from the Ayala and Greenbelt malls, and only 30 minutes (yeah on a good day ok -- y' know Manila traffic LOL) from the airport. It's in a residential area but cabs are plentiful. Do check it out as it is good value for money and the good and hardworking staff deserve the attention.

My son and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very accommodating and as far as accommodation, this is a gem in the rough. I was hesitant to book our room until I saw what the room looks like. I stayed in their executive suites for two nights and felt like I was in one of the five star hotels at a very considerable price. Breakfast was excellent and if you need to order out, their staff will gladly bring your take out order with a smile. This is also the time when were experiencing power outage for days, this hotel made us comfortable as if we didn't leave home. No internet interruptions (a necessity for our family since we call USA often) and superb wifi connections. This hotel has become our favorite and will be back for another one of our getaways.

Well the room it self was very tidy and nice. Nothing bad to say about that. The only thing is we got biten by bugs at night, they must be in the bed.
The air condition was sooo loud. I have never heard anything like it. You need it on through the night as it is hot. And from outside you hear the cars and people half of the night.
Its fine if you go for maybe a night or two. But not more...

Nice hotel in typical dumpy Manila. Not in the business district as expected. Friendly happy staff, spa package well worth it. Nice breakfast. Jeepney goes past the door. Had a small room with no windows but the great massage made up for it.

The hotel has great staff the rooms are clean and the location is very close to the airport and the Mikkati business area. A very short drive to Mall of Asia (MOA). The breakfast was incluled in my booking the resturant STAFF was excellent . Very neat & tidy operation but a real pleasant escape from the big name and high cost hotel. A true Mom and Pop environment.

We read the reviews, booked a room online and were stunned when we arrived! We have honestly stayed at 5 stars that did not provide as good a service. Our room was nice, clean and maintained perfectly every day. The staff were exceptional; always helpful and pleasant. They provided me with printing and scanning service at all hours. Wifi in the rooms was good with only occasional interruptions. Restaurant is very small but the food was fine. Convenience store next door. If your agile and fleet of foot when crossing Manila roadways.......you will find the Greenbelt Shopping area to be about a 20 minute walk; otherwise have the doorman flag down a metered taxi for your travels.
