Everyone is kind and friendly. Room condition is very good. Breakfast also delicious. Thanksful for Somerset Salcedo. If I come back to Makati I will not hesitate to book this hotel. This place is safety.

I recently stayed at the somerset because of my work. The location is perfect walking distance from my office. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Our room was spacious, super clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Big thanks to ate Minette for always making our bed extra comfortable and making our room super clean. In summary, our experience at somerset was truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peaceful and luxurious gateway. We can't wait to return.

The service is good, their work is excellent, everything is so smooth, and they are friendly and approachable as well, one of them is ate Minette. If ever I could go back here in Manila, I will still choose Somerset to stay for the vacation.

Nice clean rooms and good friendly staff. Breakfast can be better but overall satisfactory. Elevators to parking have same call buttons as other elevators so sometimes you have to try a few times before the parking elevator comes. If you in a hurry, that can be annoying.
