I stayed here last August 2018 for almost a week. The staff were very nice and accommodating and answered inquiries promptly. They would even help you hail a cab if you needed one. The room and bathroom was clean and had the amenities necessary in a hotel room. There's no elevator/lift and you had to use the stairs in going to your room but the staff were very helpful in carrying your luggage for you. The breakfast was superb and tasty. It was plated and not a buffet breakfast however, you can opt to have it delivered to your room if you want. They even provide a folding table for you when you eat in your room. The staff at the reception usually ask you the night before for your preferred breakfast. Room service is also available if you get hungry in the afternoon or night. A menu book is available at the table. Their rice bowls are indeed a must try. With regards to the surrounding area, there is a small mall called called Walter Mart about a few blocks where you can buy groceries and supplies as well as eat at restaurants and cafe. I was in the 3rd floor and I've never been disturbed by the outside noise and I felt well rested in the morning. The bed was comfy and there was a socket behind the bedside table that was quite accessible when I needed to charge my phone and other gadgets. I would definitely stay here again.

What made me happy was that even though I arrived really early, they let me stayed in a room without extra charge. It is near Waltermart where there are giod restaurants. The hotel hostess are approachable. Toilet is clean and complete in shampoo and shower gel. No funny smell and stains on the bed. A/C is working well. My only gripe is that the noise of the speeding cars may be a bit noticeable but I guess its not that loud. Overall a nice budget hotel.

A value for your money hotel. On the positive side, staff are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Rooms are clean and wi-fi in our room is very good. Moreover, they have 3 sets of breakfast to choose from and you may have the option to eat in their restaurant or have it delivered in your room on your given time without service charge. On the negative side, since the hotel is situated along the expressway, rooms facing the expressway are noisy. Better choose the rooms facing residential street. Standards are situated in the 3rd floor of the hotel and they have no elevator but hotel staff are accommodating enough to assist you. Bathrooms are very smalls. you could hardly move while using their lavatory

The staffs were really friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to the maintenance up to the security guard, they are the best! The room was clean. The food was great that it can be shared by two people. They are using old towels though. Maybe they can work on that one. But overall, I had a great experience with Avitel Hotel.

Was looking for a halfway house/place to while away the noisy new year's eve and found this place within walking distance of where I live. The fifth floor is a haven for pet owners who have a similar plight. No staff to leer at you as they are accommodating to pets and their humans. Granted that there is no elevator and the wi-fi is wonky (forgiveable since the networks are congested come new year's eve anyway), I'm just happy that our dogs found a nice place to relax and sleep while the ruckus was going on. The price is reasonable, too -- another neighboring "pet-friendly" place was charging almost 2k per pet on top of the room charge plus 5k deposit (absurd if you ask me especially if you're advertising yourself as pet-friendly) but Avitel has no such thing, the charges are presented upfront. Location-wise, this is a short hop to Waltermart Mall, Makati Square and Don Bosco; a jeepney-ride going to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta, A good alternative if you want a place to stay within a short distance to T3.

Things I love the most -the staff are always so accomodating, hindi lang sila magalang sa tao pati sa pet nmin na aso fine-friend nila (no extra pet fee or deposit for your dog) -may garden and huge tables on the rooftop where you can work or relax while enjoying the breeze. (Abot ng wifi ng hotel) - the complimentary breakfast! Dami ng serving! Truly hefty meal kahit ung light breakfast na ceral and fruits kala mo for sharing. -near to everywhere. Walking distace to asian massage spa, ministop and waltermart. -room is ok, clean sheets and cable tv. There is a table for working. Also has built in cabinet with a safe. Simple but everything you need is there for a reasonable price.

We stayed here for 4 horrible days. This place is just booked and paid in advanced by our relative . We have a sleeplessness nights . The room is horrible it's unimaginably noisy with cars passing by nonstop around the clock. The fumes of the cars is sickening .The bed is hard as a rock .It's the worst hotel we ever stayed in the whole time of our vacation in the Philippines. I came from Australia and my boyfriend and his friend is from England. I am so ashamed to my bf and his friend for staying in this place but we can't take the money back cause it's been paid in advance. But this hotel thought us a lesson to never book a hotel until we check the room. The only good thing about this place are the staff and the manager but We will never come back to this place again. We will not recommend this place even to our worst enemy.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night in a double room. It was a huge relief after the other hotel we stayed at in Manila was so awful. The staff are friendly, available all hours and were so helpful. They used their own personal Grab accounts to get us taxis that wouldn't rip us off. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to tell me I could still eat breakfast as I didn't need to be as early for domestic flights. She also warned us that our room faced the highway but it was Holy Week so wouldn't be too bad. Room was excellent too - simple, but spacious enough. It has everything you need - modern tv with cable, mini bar, warm shower, hairdryer, toiletries and wonderfully smelling towels. Everything was clean, neat, and well maintained. The bed was so comfortable too. Breakfast is a choice of western, filipino or "light" meals from the menu and runs 6am - 12pm which is very flexible. We asked for it at 6am on the dot and it wasn't a moment late. You can even have it as room service which is awesome. I didn't actually eat mine as I felt sick but my boyfriend enjoyed the both of them. The highway was a little noisy so next time I'd ask for a room facing the other side. No elevator means that it's not very accessible for disabled people. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a one night stay there between our long distance flight and our domestic flight to bohol. We wanted to relax a night and then start fresh and well rested into the next day. But it was horrible! The hotel is next to the biggest road of this part of manila. The windows are not even a little bit sound absorbing, and cars going by all the night, humping in concert at 3:45 in the night. We both had earplugs in but it had no sense against this kind of noise. This was the worst hotel room I ever stayed in, and even if rooms on the backside of the hotel where free, they gave us a room on the frontside. If you ever come by here, ask for a backside room! Otherwise you will not be rested at all here. After our horror night, we went downstairs to get breakfast, but the bacon I ordered was cold and the "fresh" fruits, my girlfriend had, came from a can. Only thing positive I can say is, that the staff was friendly and the rooms are clean, but thats it. If it is just for a night and this kind of small room, I expect that I can sleep a little bit, and usually I close my eyes and sleep nomatter what. We will not come back again.

Been coming back to this hotel several times already for a staycation. When I just wanna stay in bed and be lazy, this is the place where I think of first. The staff are really accommodating, the place is cozy and quiet. We'll be back again soon!
