I was looking for a hotel close to British embassy. I found this "hotel" on few websites. I booked it as it was fairly close. Turned up, this is not a hotel but private property! Not what i was expecting. Although the location is safe residential, its difficult to find. The rooms are fairly big, but very dusty and in need of proper cleaning. The staff are nice, the breakfast is reasonable. Overall stay was ok (luckily for 1 night only), but description was misguided.

The place is not what we expected, when we got there we checked the place around and agreed that it's not that bad. What we love is the privacy and friendly staff. The downside?. It took us an hour finding the place. The google map pin is incorrect. We have to ask security guards in Rockwell . It's in Palm Spring.

The place is literally a house converted to a bed and breakfast inn. Location 5/5 The village where it is located is near Rockwell, Powerplant and Glorietta. The village is secured and easy to find. Room 4/5 Nothing grand, a typical room with a decent bed. I like the bathroom as it is clean with basic toiletries. Make sure that you bring your own towel as the one they have provided is non absorbent. At first, the room and the house has a musty (i think because of the furniture) smell but you'll get use to it. Though I am still sneezing few hours after check out. Breakfast 3/5 Usual homecooked meal. They would serve in your room, too bad that our room does not have a chair. We ate uncomfotably. Staff 1/5 The lady who took us to our room does not smile or greet at all. Guess she's having a bad day. What's worse is, she did not gave us the key to our room. And even the cool is irate.

Discovered this place from a group buying site. With the price posted and knowing that the area is near Rockwell, I purchased it. As the name implies, 'Casa', it's a house with elegantly decorated rooms. The area is secured because it is a guarded village. Taxi rarely goes inside the village, but you may ask the help of the caretaker and they'll call the guard at the entrance to get you a taxi. In rush hours that finding a taxi may seem difficult, you should go to the nearest mall, Rockwell Powerplant, and there you'll find available ones driving around. To go to the mall, you may walk or ride a pedicab available at the village's entrance (we only paid 20pesos). There are also vehicles labelled 'Rockwell' parked accross the gate that seems to be service going to the mall, but we haven't tried it. It's also a quiet neighborhood as well. For the breakfast, you get to choose from the menu the day before so that they'll be able to prepare it for you the following morning.

I stayed here overnight. it is round the corner from my son's house. Each room is individually designed. The owner has collected all sorts of ornaments and mementos from his travels and they are all on display. Each room has a colour theme. I slept very well. Breakfast was very good.

Totally recommended. I had poor impression at first - I thought its just a house. But the rooms are esthetically decorated by a designer who happens to be the gf of the owner (Ogie). I truly loved staying here which helped making it memorable 2nd honeymoon (with my only wife) :)

Our tango instructor Ogie found out we were looking for a first-night honeymoon location, and suggested his B&B. He went all out and it was perfect. Beautiful room, wonderful breakfast, and even help getting to the airport. Breakfast was delicious, price was affordable, staff incredibly eager to assist. Nicest place I've stayed in in the Philippines.

It's not a hotel but the room is much better than any budget hotel. The staff were very helpful and we really appreciate the breakfast in bed service--- it came at the very time we indicated in our request slip. First time to book in a "guest room" type accommodation and the experience was okay

We were a bit put off on arrival because the place was really just a house and had no receiving area or parking spaces, but upon checking into our room, we grew to love it. I stayed there for 2 nights with my boyfriend and it was quite comfortable. Some people may be put off by it being in a residential village but we kinda liked the pleasant walk to the main street and to Powerplant. We had some drinks the night before and as a result, completely didn't wake up for the time that we requested breakfast. Fortunately, they waited for the go-signal before they made us our breakfast, which was around lunch time already. Breakfast was decent, your usual home-cooked fare. The room itself was nice. It was obviously quite homely in the past but the decorations they put in made for an interesting and romantic feel. The bathroom wasn't the best, but the bed was huge and plush and super comfortable.

Not a place for those who like the annonymity of a big "glass and stainless steel" hotel in the middle of office or shopping mall districts. A former private home, this is a 3-roomed boutique bed & breakfast (and a tango dance school!). Location is in a calm and green residential quarter with full-time security at the entrance. Only 100 metres from the EDSA exit to Rockwell, but you cant hear anything of that, and only a 5 minute walk to the Rockwell Powerplant mall. Very friendly family-run place, with a good fresh breakfast that we could never finish! Recommended for a single or couple looking for a peaceful stay, but with all of noisey Manila just to hand!
