Detailed Reviews
The facade of this hotel may look clean and modern. I was surprised when they gave me my room. It was not well-lighted with old bed linens...but the worst part is, I was greeted by cockroaches. I immediately requested to be transferred to another room but the front desk staff is not so accommodating enough to give me one. She said that no rooms are available because they sprayed all the rooms with insecticides. After more than an hour of waiting for another room, they gave me one (after insisting for a long time). It was already 1am when they decided to give me a better room. I was pissed off because I still need to report for work at 8:30 am the next day.

Noisy location, you can also smell food cooking from other rooms down the hall. Reasonable price though. Restaurant served good food, free breakfast... Room was clean and towels available each day. Friendly hotel staff. Money exchange close by.

Pitty, a nice older style hotel ruined ruined by all night traffic noise, loud aircon,( like a little jackhammer) even earplugs did not help, and the very expensive internet charges.
On the plus side there is a bathtub but no plug( as a old traveller I always carry 2 different size
plugs as most sinks dont hold water for a handwash.
Lousy choice of TV programs, no BBC, NBC,CNN or ABC. They bought the cheapest cable
possible. Very greedy management!!! Next day we shifted over to The Fersal in a quiet paralelle street

There's so many things wrong with this hotel, but I'll just keep it short by only putting the majorly concerning ones in bullet points:
• the electrical sockets are dangerous to use, some are completely broken, some let out a spark when plugged in
• the showers are not functional, there are nights where there's no hot water, one of the knobs came off completely, exposing a fairly sharp metal bit under the knob
• the paint added a bad smell to the room, don't know if it is toxic
• there was a door with a simple flimsy lock between our neighbours' and our room. They were playing music and have guests late at night. We could hear everything.
• all the rooms we have stayed in (3 in total) have had unusable safes.
• "kitchen" appliances: fridge smelled mouldy, kettle doesn't stop boiling until you unplug it.
• toilet smelled like sewage and doesn't flush properly
There are also little things like having no hooks for towels in the bathroom or mattress that clearly been around for decades. But I guess one man's trash is another's treasure. So suit yourself and I wish you all the best if you are staying there.

For a cheap and affordable price (P1,700.00), you cannot expect for more that what you paid for. The rooms are just tolerable for overnight stays specially when you won't spend too much time in the room. The beds and pillows are not of high quality and you can feel it by the hardness of the bed and the pillows. Some of the rooms we have stayed in need a lot of repair and maintenance. The aircon is a bit old and its windows are not working well. The bathroom needs a lot of upkeep too. The bathtub is also old. Actually, everything in the bathroom is old. It needs renovation already. One good thing about this hotel is its location and accessibility to Makati. Taxicabs are very easy to find and the staff will help you find one. It's also very near to Terminal 3 or other airports via Skyway.

OK, nice big rooms good location if you want central makati.
Beds are very uncomfortable, every guest needs to show his her ID when checking in are you kidding me first hotel ever in my life that I had to do this in.
Rear parking super tight and smells.
Hotel is loud, aircon is very loud in 2 rooms the bathroom did not flash on the last day.
I purchased this through hotwire as a 3 star hotel never again. This definitely was not a 3 star hotel more like 2. Beds and sheets and pillows stink and are very old, springs hurt your back from the old mattress.

we recently had an event here, they want you to pay CASH outright or use a credit card, no checks. we are a corporation, we were shocked with their behavior. they didn't let us in our room if we didnt pay them before going in. this hotel is so unprofessional! plus i lost a cellphone and a watch, wherein the waiter was the suspect. because she was the only person in the room!! it was so obvious that she took it, but the hotel denied it to protect their image. with no apologies!

The upside to this hotel is that it's located at the heart of a tourist area in Makati. Rooms are generous in size which needs a fresh new design, this goes without saying the whole establishment needs refurbishing.

this hotel should upgrade its facilities and hire more efficient staff.. apart from the old, worn out amenities, the elevator also has a odd (makes me dizzy) smell.. also, even if the room is good for 3 persons, they wont allow unlisted guests to sleep over without paying an extra charge! whoah!! i will not recommend this hotel, better stay at other hotels with better facilities and more friendly and accomodating staff...
