Room, amenities, and services are top notch! The room is so clean and comfortable. The surrounding, pool area, and other part of the hotel are clean. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. 100% pet friendly. My only concern is the lack of parking are but its only because Coro hotel staff are securing the area.

Beware of their check-out procedure. When I was checking in, there was a guest who was being charged for a missing hand towel. She had no idea where it was and was charged. When I was checking out, their housekeeping also claimed that I was missing a hand towel. So itโ€™s your word against the HK. Something fishy is possibly happening. Their front desk and HK had the worst customer service. They charge P480 for a hand towel! Ridiculous!!! For that price, you can get a dozen microfiber towels. Awful experience with the staff.

Excellent hotel in a great location near many restaurants, malls, bars, etc.. Walking distance to all. Very clean room and ice cold Aircon. Wi-Fi was fast and bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Front staff and door staff was super nice always welcoming. Ritz and Aubrey were real gems and made me feel welcomed. All the door guys were also very friendly. Pool was nice upstairs on rooftop and the food looked good but I didn't try. Shower in room was good however, since there is no door some of the water tends to seep out onto the bathroom floor which will soak your floor towel. Wish they could fix that issue with something as the design on that although modern just doesn't work to well in this case. Aside from that I had an excellent stay and will be happy to go back on my next visit! Book without hesitation!!โ€ฆ

My family stayed in a a 2 bed-room Presto suite with private pool last July 31 with my fur baby. The rooms & facilities are nice, but not the staff in the reservations or whoever the one assigned to answer the inquiries. I was planning to make a surprise for my Mom & Dad's bday so I sent an email three weeks ago before our arrival. I also sent the name of the person who will arrive in behalf of me so they can take note but none of these were acknowledge even though I sent email for 4 times and even wrote to their inquiry box in their official website. I was even calling the contact number of the hotel but it is always busy, got connected once but the call was cut. In the end, no one helped us to make the surprise happen and the front desk had a hard time to find our booking because no one acknowledge the emails I sent. Since then, everything became frustrating. Will not come again to this hotel and won't recommend at all, they are not even flexible with the late check-out or early check-in. Hopefully the service can match the facilities of the hotel.โ€ฆ

The horrible experience Iโ€™ve ever encountered. canโ€™t access the key card and had to come back 5 times at the front just for one day , staying the whole night in this hotel room WITHOUT AIRCONDITIOn and just using a electric fan ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ Imagine in the comforter with electric fan all SWEATING all night with kids itโ€™s so uncomfortable ๐Ÿ˜ฃ Waking us up 3am in the morning to move out to other room after 2hours when we call them aircon was not working . ๐Ÿ˜ญ staff who replaced the amenities was not very nice โ€œunprofessional โ€œ . My uncle got stocked inside the toilet had to call the front office for help to open him inside because the door nub was broken ๐Ÿ˜ž. We called it a 5K FAN ROOM Hotel with a ridiculous staff attitude ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ

Stayed for an overnight spa-cation with friends and enjoyed the luxurious two-bedroom suite with private pool, and the relaxing massage at the spa. We also feasted on delicious kare-kareng bagnet and sisig from the in-room dining menu. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They helped us with our bags and assisted us in getting to our car. The hotel is within walking distance to convenience stores, cafes, and other quaint restaurants you might want to try in the area. Bonus: The interior design details of the suite as well as other areas in the hotel are eye-catching and sure conversation starters. Very Instagram-worthy. Will definitely come back soon. ๐Ÿ˜

We stayed in this hotel for 13 nights and was an amazing experience. The room is a good size for 4 people and was lucky to get room upgraded. Many thanks to the lovely HR Consultant Mam Ghie Gomez for her hospitality and help. The facilities like the rooftop deck pool and wet bar are very good for those who wants to have a good time and not bothered to go outside the premises.. The restaurant is okay but we did order food outside as we missed the local fast food. The staff especially the door men (special mention to Christian and his colleagues) were all very helpful, polite and friendly. The reception staff most of them are nice and friendly but some can be a bit more cheerful and accommodating as they're front liners.. Thanks to you all for making our stay memorable and wonderful, we missed the lovely hotel and staff. We'll definitely come back next year, until then.. We'll done to all.โ€ฆ

Ambiance - 10 stars Front Desk - 5. We avail Rainy Day Promo but front desk is not proactive enough to provide our freebies. We have to ask before we checked out. Wi-Fi access was granted 5 hours after and we have to call multiple times. Bar - 10 stars. Great drinks and super friendly baristas. Front desk failed to coordinate our deposit to the bar hence we weโ€™re asked to pay for cash but we asked to verify with front desk again while they politely did. They have happy hour drinks which is really great and worth the money. Definitely top notch! Room - 8 stars. Can bring outside food. They have microwave. They have rooms with bath tub. The shower gel or body wash liquid soap was not refilled when we checked in. Hotel Staff - 8 stars. Very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was not that friendly or just probably shy. Food - Sumptuous serving and fair pricing. Cleanliness and comfortability - 10 stars. Definitely a must try hotel. Spa - 9. They lack aroma scent but they provide a great massage and put just enough oil. Must try! They also have a room with private pool for great family gathering or simple celebration. Overall 8 stars! Thank you for a great staycation experience!โ€ฆ

I was supposed to recommend this hotel to my friends, but we were treated wrong after ordering food through room service for lunch as we want to support the hotel to just get our food here instead of eating out, they cannot charge it to our room as they said we already exceeded our limit because our kids ordered their dinner last night, as if we couldn't pay them. we are still staying in this hotel we haven't checked out yet as of the moment and we even booked using our credit card and gave them all our identification IDs and even complied to give cash deposit for incidentals, and still they won't let us charge our food in our room. its the first for us to be treated as if we won't be able to pay them upon check out. won't order anything from this hotel anymore. we tried to talk to the manager about of it but still insisted that we cannot charge to our room. its such a hassle to get out and get money just to pay the food we ordered as we wanted to eat in the room and relax before we head to the wake of my husband's cousin for tonight. bad move Coro. pls change your policy.โ€ฆ
