The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel.

The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc.

The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor!

Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted.

The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold.

They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible.

The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable.

They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it.

The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

It's a narrow building, easy to miss. Stay here if you only need the basics. While affordable overall, they charge 200p per hour for early check in. They have a small lobby (3-chair waiting area), not much parking options up front, and a tiny, slow elevator.

This is within the red light district of Makati, so while the nightlife is extremely vibrant, mornings can be quiet and streets can smell like the morning after a drinking binge. The good news is everything you need is within reach - there's a church, a university, an abundance of places to eat (and drink) including street food, convenience stores, banks, etc. Depending on which room you get, the irony of hearing church bells in the early evening and the thumping of bar music late at night will not be lost on you. It's not too noisy to disrupt sleep but it is present.

Service-wise, on my first day, I called 3x in as many hours to unlock the bathroom door (all the rooms have bathroom doors you cannot fully close from the outside as you will be locked out).

The room had abundant electrical outlets, an open air smoking area at the top floor, and adequate amenities.

Room is bigger than average hotel around, fairly new, I believe understaff been there few times like 3-4 times for past month, if recep is doing something paper works they won't blink an eye on you even if you stand in front of them for like a minute. Guard is helpful, room smells like smoke. Nice bed really like almost Shangri-la Quality at least the first room I have been. (Piture attached). No sound proofing you can easily hear people walking.
Lobby area is small, no free water

Terrible Terrible experience!
I arrived past midnight and after i finished the registration, the hotel personnel informed me that there was a plumbing problem with their remaining rooms and that they would have to move me to their sister hotel which is in another area (around 20 min car ride IF without traffic). Imagine coming to the hotel from a long trip and being greeted with that info? What i hated more is the fact that i even sent a message to the property earlier that i’d be arriving around 2 hrs later since my flight was delayed. YET no one contacted me about the plumbing issue? I could have used my time waiting at the airport to look for anothe hotel instead of searching for one at 1am???? Spare yourself and dont book this hotel! Area is dodgy as well!

Do not stay here! When we arrived there is a pile of hairstrands but i chooses to be quiet. Second i request for a quiet room but they put mw beside the bar! It is not a simple noise because the base can shake your entire room bot to mention that there are loud singing of drunk people. Third there are 2 big cockroach that visited us and went to the other room! This is so disgusting and the owner does not have any compensation for it! An apology can be accepted but it seemed like they are just fine even when we paid for this hotel! Not value for money! If you want to stay late until 5am because of the loud music then go on and stress yourself! Noisy people on the nearby room too!

Arrived late evening for check out. One boy at reception who wasn’t welcoming or helpful at all. The building has thin walls, lots of party goers and couples.... if you want a good night rest better spend more money and save yourself a big disappointment. Pillows, bed and bathroom is very good quality however everything smelled awful from cigarette smokers. Not recommended

They have the friendliest and the most accommodating staff. they even assisted us get a grab to take us to the airport as we checked out. The rooms are clean and beds are really soft and comfy. it is also accessible; it's close to a market and Robinsons mall is just a few minutes away.

Right in the middle of Makati. Good value for the price. It’s not the Hilton but the things that count ie bed, sheets and towels are all good. Staff are really nice and helpful.

Filler to make it up to 200 characters. Why do they have to be do long.
