I’ve had a wonderful experience. Pleasant staff, great facilities, fantastic dining and conveniently located in the heart of the CBD. I’d happily return and look forward to my next visit to Seda in Manila.

Hotel's Favorite
As a solo international traveler and who is not familiar with Makati/Manila area, I was specifically looking for a hotel that can accommodate my safety, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast and hassle free transport to/from the airport. All of these important items was successfully delivered by Seda Residences. Airport transport was a breeze. Hotel Security was top notch, especially the cutest, loving dog Chubu who greets you at the front door. Hotel Security pays special attention to their guests. When I arrived from my surgery, they were quick to communicate with their team letting them know that someone needs assistance and asked if I need a wheelchair. Again, amazing Security team. Front desk, listens attentively and accommodates your requests. I was staying at this hotel for a month and they housed me to a comfortable room to let me feel at home. Breakfast staff, greets you cheerfully and since I cannot physically enjoy the buffet at the restaurant because of my surgery, the staff happily accommodated and delivered the meal to my room. Housekeeping, always making sure that I have all the supplies that I need. I have OCD in cleaning and they passed my cleaning standards with flying colors. Gym, they provide you with towels and water onsite so you can focus on sweating. Earthquake, there was a slight earthquake during my stay and they immediately made an announcement throughout the entire hotel to stay calm and gave instructions on what to do. Again, earthquakes are expected if you're in the tropical islands of the Philippines. Going to another country makes you feel nervous because of the unknown but Seda Residences changed that. Seda gives you the peace of mind that you deserve so you can enjoy your stay whether it's for vacation, business or personal solo trip like mine. I researched all the other hotels nearby but they can't hold a candle against Seda's amenities and most importantly their staff. Wherever you are at Seda, if you bumped into a staff from their runner, to the kitchen staff, housekeeping, security and even their pet dog, they all greet you with a warm hello. My mom said Seda means silk. They hold true to their name, my stay was smooth like silk and I will be coming back to this special place every year. You should be doing the same too, because there's no other. Seda is the one.

My family loved everything about their experience in Seda Reaidences Makati - the rooms, the view, the buffet breakfast , the pool and the rooftop dining area. Check in was hassle-free. And the team at the Misto, specially Hannah, Cyril, Mia and Carl, were all very attentive to our requests. One of our most memorable family staycation ever!

Stayed with Seda brand a few times before and their service is consistently good. Staff is eager to help and you get the feel they genuinely like what they are doing. I got the studio premier room and its really spacious. Just a few things that did not suite my preference: - limited towels in the room. No hand and face towels. - due to the layout of Misto, their food stations are scattered. You won’t know there’s an omelet station outside at the straight up bar unless you go put of your way to go there.

New and very clean serviced apartments at the center of Makati Business District. Having 3 pillows of different softness is very thoughtful. The check-in and check-out experience cannot be any more smoother and the restos at Level 35 have amazing views of the city.

I have stayed at both the Cebu and Makati outposts of this hotel, as part of a conference, then on my own. The Makati Residences are overall super solid, as in, you can count on generally great and friendly service, a comfortable bed to sleep in, and all the amenities you would expect at this price point in Manila. I also had the corporate rate, which helped. Pros: -Service overall excellent. Occasionally, I called from the room for things like towels which weren't sent up. However, 99% of the time, service was quick and efficient. Everyone is very friendly and willing to assist when asked. -Bed: SOOOO comfortable! No complaints here. -Room amenities: comes up with everything you need (coffee, tea, filtered water jug you can drink from, fridge + basic kitchenette; hair dryer, iron, safe, slippers, and bathroom is well stocked - except they only have large towels + medium-sized towels, not the little ones that you can use for your face/showering). -Pool: WOW, made for instagram -Gym: good quality -Breakfast: overall good and a pretty good variety of food available (not as good as the Seda Cebu, but still good). The view from 35th floor deck is also nice! -Laundry: they have machines on a few of the floors! You can get tokens for 100 pesos each (and they'll give you detergent) and do self-service. You can also get special pieces laundered; you must send it in by 9 AM to get it back within the day, otherwise it will take 2 days). -Location: you can take escalator to covered walkway that leads to a huge mall. Great location in Makati. -Storing luggage: I went out of town for a few days and then came back to Seda - they were able to store my bags while I was away! What a plus. Cons: -Shower has some mold on the corners, water leaks easily from the shower to bathroom floor. Not the worst issue in the world, but not good design. -Conference rooms on 35th floor: feel a bit cramped and small, to be honest. Also sometimes hard to figure out A/V or coffee machines. I would most likely stay here again in the future! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
