Newly opened, exceeds expectations. Feels like a 5 Star. Four Seasons type service all the way from the janitorial up to to the management. Special mention to Bernard, Jasmine, Mitch, Ardee, Lloyd, and off course GM Marc! Ground to lobby above opens to a beautiful pool (you’d expect to see at a resort) overlooking the city. Very posh and comfortable lobby. Another elevator ride to the restaurant and sky view deck. Breathtaking views of city and excellent food from the beers to the pizzas to the burgers to the rib eye. Very well managed with excellent service. Rooms are no less. Amenities you’d see in a 5 Star. Samsung flat screen TVs, Kohler bathroom with glass shower and some rooms with tubs. Very comfortable beds and pillows, again 5 Star level. GM is constantly walking the grounds ready to assist. Location is heart of commercial district with great restaurants close by and underpass tunnels to get everywhere. Highly recommended. I think this is Sedas flagship location. As regards to COVID - meticulously sanitized room, and the staff cater to our every need to make sure we survived the 10-days. The food is excellent and they take great efforts to prepare a variety. The views were great and allowed us to 'experience' the outdoors w/o being able to leave the room. Check in and check out was mostly digital. Super quarantine hotel.

The suite was large with spectacular views of Makati from both the living room and the bedroom. The bathroom too was large and had its own great view. It included a shower and separate very deep bath tub—plus two high quality white terry cloth bathrobes. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had a large refrigerator and an induction cooktop, all which worked well. There were large flatscreen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The air conditioning was efficient, quiet and could be adjusted for each room. The staff were friendly and conscientious. We very much enjoyed our 10-day stay—from the first day to the last!

It was a ‘first time’ visit to this hotel and I was very pleased felt safe and happy with how they really listened and cared about their guest’s needs. From the time I arrived fir my 10 day quarantine, I felt really welcomed. Ms Sarah, Anthony and Ms Milan were very helpful and very professional in their respective jobs. Kudos also to the Chef and the Kitchen staff in making sure that we were treated to a feast in every meal. The room service staff, housekeeping in making sure that every needs were attended too. My daughter is right in choosing SEDA Residences as my home for the 10 day quarantine. I will definitely recommend this hotel whether quarantine or not. Thank you for making my boring quarantine days a pleasant one. Please continue loving what you do and delivering your excellent services to all your guest , it was truly an anxiety free stay during a pandemic!

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a small suite which made the 10 day quarantine stay extremely pleasant. The bedroom and lounge/kitchen sizes were good. Meals did become slightly repetitive and despite asking for less rice with each meal, there was always far too much left and unfortunately wasted. The meals were also served very early; breakfast at 6.45, lunch at 11.45 and dinner at 5.30. There is a short room service menu which we chose from one night to have something different. We chose this hotel as we were specifically told friends could deliver things (food and drink) to us but on check in we were told that this was strictly not allowed. Make sure you clarify this with the hotel if that is important for you. The location, apparent facilities and general ambience of the common areas would make this a very good business hotel when things return to a post Covid world. I'd be happy staying here again.
