A masterpiece in its own right, The Picasso Makati is a multi-tiered gem that enchants its guests with exquisite levels of creativity: from its visionary structure to its imaginative accommodations. Exploring the residences is an immersion in artistic inspiration. The boutique serviced residences is guaranteed to seduce your senses: experience it once and you will surely dream of repeating your stay at The Picasso Makati. Reinventing the old to experience the new: this is the concept behind The Picasso Makati. The residences are lodged in an old building, but its cutting-edge design rises above the bustling street life it is surrounded with. At The Picasso Makati, the studio room (at 45 square meters - significantly larger than your average accommodation) and the one-bedroom (at 88 square meters) boasts a luxurious expanse of extended floor to ceiling windows. Stepping into the property is like stepping into a painting come to life: each component has a theme, each name has a meaning. The guest floors were from the eight significant periods of Pablo Picasso's life-reflected in vibrant colors and patterns. The Picasso Makati is stylish, engaging, and unconventional. It is an artistic fusion of inventive facilities and artistic chambers: a place for those looking for old, familiar comforts of home but beset with a promise for new adventures. At The Picasso Makati, guests are treated not only to an artistic feast but also to extraordinary accommodations accompanied by world-class service. This boutique serviced residences definitely adds a personalized touch to its services: with its remarkably friendly and outstandingly helpful staff leading the way.

It’s my second time here and I’m still enjoying it fully. The location is perfect if you have appointments within the Makati/BGC areas, and it’s tucked within a quieter neighborhood that only comes alive during the Saturday community market time. It has good access to restos and cafes, though. You can safely walk around here, even if you’re a solo female traveler, and that’s always important for me. The rooms are quiet, the basics are covered, and the staff is always helpful and kind. Very clean and well-maintained as well. I’d certainly come back here again, as I love its artistic vibe as well.

I was in manila for a business trip, just overnight. Our agent booked us at Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences in Makati. It looks good on the outside. I was happy that they upgraded me to a suite room which was very spacious. It has a living room with a study table and a sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed. The toilet was separate from the shower. The room has a microwave oven and a induction stove. Breakfast is at ground floor-Pablo restaurant where you can order your breakfast. Overall I enjoyed my overnight stay

Feeling a little bit sad now since it’s my last night in my 13 night stay. It’s been a very good stay again at Picasso and I love the area. As always the staff is super nice and helpful. I stayed in a Malaga Studio room witch is very spacious with a good bed a big bathroom. A special thx to AUBREY MAE GAITANO who helped get my booking done.

What a stroke of luck it was for me to find such a perfect (for me) hotel on my first and only night in Manila! I know exactly what I want in a hotel, but finding it isn't always easy. I want a place that is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and has a staff that is both professional and friendly. I want it to be close to all or most of the best things a place has to offer, but I also want it to be like an oasis. That's asking a lot, I know, but I could tell from the moment I walked in that Picasso was all of those things! I tend to ask a lot of questions, and I can tell a lot about a hotel by they way they are answered. I was asking for recommendations that would give me as much perspective and understanding as possible with just shy of 24 hours to work with, and that is what I got! I was directed toward a nearby rooftop bar with music, good food, and a spectacular view. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast downstairs at Pablo the next morning. For a great opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of both Filipino and international foods where real locals like to eat, I was directed to nearby Glorietta Mall. I normally don't travel in order go to shopping mall foodcourts, but this was no ordinary (by American mall foodcourt standards) mall. It was almost overwhelming, but absolutely perfect! From there I went to the Ayala Museum, which was a perfect note to end my time on. There are exquisitely detailed dioramas that tell the history of the archipelago that every visitor to Manila should see! I don't know when I'll have a chance to get back, but I know where I'll be staying if I do!
