We had a wonderful stay at Picasso. We booked 3 rooms for a night for an event in Makati and took the chance to be in a hotel near the Salcedo weekend market. This boutique hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes. Love this side of Makati and it's such a vibe. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and with complete amenities . Having traveled 17 countries, 28 out of the countries, we pay particular attention to the bed and shower. For a boutique hotel, it was excellent. The staff were very accomodating, friendly and warm. The cleaners were very respectful and I commend them for the very clean bathrooms. The guards were super helpful from the time we arrived and did extra in assisting us with the stuff we bought from the market. It would have been perfect if we could stay longer. I definitely recommend this boutique hotel. Thank you …
Room is big and nice, bed is good and bathroom is also big with very nice shower. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the in-house restaurant is really good. Area around the hotel is also very safe with nice restaurants and stores. Price is very good also. All in all, perfect stay with no complains.
What's the best about The Picasso? Food was great. Perfect location. 5 star Service. And moreover all the staff from the front desk, checkin-checkout and to the most Fantastic people of housekeeping, they we're all great, polite and always willing to help. Their positive gesture is the most extraordinary that you could felt.
This hotel went beyond my expectations! I had a wonderful experience and they took care of us specially the housekeeping and the front desk. Great location with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Thank you Picasso for a great stay and we will definitely be back soon! ♥️
Pros: Excellent, EXCELLENT shower, great water pressure Spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms with minimalistic but tasteful design Staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with whatever guests need Art gallery in the third floor is worth a visit Gym is sufficiently equipped Plated breakfast has a good selection and the food is delicious Lots of restaurants, fast food, coffee shops, and convenience stores are within walking distance Cons Maybe this is an isolated case, but the wifi in the room we stayed in—Room 316–was intermittent and would turn off periodically. A staff helped us with the first time this issue happened, and he advised us to turn the router on and off to normalize the connection. It still kept getting disconnected, It’s not much of an issue for me but it can be a deal breaker for other guests. They should get the internet connection or router checked and replaced if necessary for Room 316. I’m not sure if this is an issue in the other rooms. Despite that, we enjoyed our new year weekend stay and I would stay here again in the future.…
A perfect spot to treat yourself to a simple chillax and easy work day. The deluxe room was spacious and doesn't give that cramped up feeling that some 3 or 4 star hotels provide in the same room category. There was a single seater leather chair and a huge writing desk that can accommodate your laptop set up if you're working remotely. The hotel has a dependable Wifi for guests. A small ref is also provided in the room. Aldrin at the reception was great in handling guests. He was polite and courteous while attending to us. Even the security assigned at the parking area were accommodating and their visibility gives a sense of confidence that your vehicle is safely parked during your stay. We booked for a room with breakfast. Though breakfast was plated, there were various choices in their breakfast set menu. We got the Shitake omellette and the Angus beef tapa. The servings were hefty, tastefully prepared by the chef and neatly plated. We had a little coordination issue on our breakfast, since we were not listed in the Picasso guest list with breakfast at their Pablo resto in the hotel lobby. This was later handled when i advised the morning team at the hotel reception. After the issue was resolved, Alvin took over waiting at our table. He was kind enough to ensure that everything was handled accordingly from time of serving and that cooking preferences were relayed to the chef. 24 hours convenience stores, banks, restos, coffee shops are just walking distance away from Picasso Boutique. Guests can visit their art gallery, if you happen to catch on an ongoing art exhibit during your stay. We'll definitely consider this place for the next much needed chillax day.…
Spent 3 fantastic weeks here for business. Very friendly and professional staff on hand 24x7 for anything you need. No room service but great restaurant and bistro on-site with great food and wine selection. Reasonable walking distance to Ayala shopping mall and charming Saturday farmers market each Saturday just outside. Would definitely recommend!
My partner and I stayed at the hotel last September. The staff were excellent. Whenever we would walk past them, they would greet us and are always willing to extend help. We got the Barcelona Suite, it was so spacious and it was well maintained. The bathroom was huge. It was a perfect stay. My partner was very pleased with the security staff (can’t recall his name) and I would like to commend Alvin from the front desk (hopefully I got his name right.)
When ever I am in Manila I book at Picasso Boutique. From the front desk to housekeeping is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for short and long stay walking distance to a nice park with great restaurants
Leaving a 5-star rating is the bare minimum for the stay that I experienced last weekend. The front desk staff and housekeeping were more than accommodating to all our needs. Applause all around! Thank you to all!
