Stayed here for two nights. There was a technical error in their booking system where I didn't receive my booking confirmation upon booking from their site. They had to readjust my totals upon checking in. Staff were nice and accommodating. I got offered a room with a connecting door, which I wasn't totally comfortable with, but they assured me it's safe, so I just went with it. Hotel really looks very outdated, which was a surprise to me, coz I've stayed in St Giles in Kuala Lumpur and there is a stark difference in the hotel's amenities. I think they should've taken the downtime of the lockdown to improve their facilities coz everything looks and feels old, from the elevator, to the hotel corridors down to the rooms. The room is clean, it's just feels outdated, there's nothing to rave about. Breakfast spread is very limited and disappointing to be honest. Options didn't change, and on the 2nd day, there was one less meat option because there's no more refills. The cook at the egg station looks like he's always in the bad mood and kept giving side eyes. I wasn't even ordering anything and was just looking at the bread options. Not a pleasant experience for the 2nd day of breakfast. I got to try the rooftop pool, it's a bit small, but there's not a lot of people so I got to take my time swimming. Hotel location is at the corner of Kalayaan and Makati avenue, near the red light district, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

Rooms are dated and a little small but no complaints considering the price. Staff are all very helpful and polite, especially Mara on the front desk who could not be more helpful and thorough assisting with our needs. The restaurant on floor 2 was clean and tidy but they possibly need more staff during busy times. I recommend the buffet breakfast to avoid cold meals and delays.

The food is very good. It is a great place to bring your family for dinner since they have a lot of food options to choose from. The staff are very polite and accommodating. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!!

Poor service . At this time booking this hotel st Giles . I’m so disappointed ☹️ Evening shift guys 2 guys . Are rude most especially the gay . He is so unprofessional and my friend feel embarrassed in front of people for not being polite as a person who is more responsible for costumer. I hate to say but I felt uncomfortable 😣

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience and in this case, we fell short. We hope you can give us another opportunity to show you that we are committed to regaining your trust and confidence. Thank you. Sincerely, St Giles Makati

My friends and I booked two nights to celebrate me passing the recent licensure exams and our friend's graduation. We decided to go for this hotel since it was priced really cheaply but seemed to balance out on the quality it can offer, in which we didn't expect too much. It does help to go to a hotel without many expectations especially if it were priced fairly below what the market offers, because to us the hotel did overdeliver amidst the low price point. The rooms were actually pretty decent. It may look a bit dated but if you factor in how much we paid for, it was more than enough for us to celebrate and watch a few movies here and there. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly decent as well. For the price, it was more than enough to keep us full, albeit the limited variety they offer on the daily. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was the best part: they gave us the best service we could ask for. They were all more than proactive in asking us what we need and giving us such within a quick time frame. It was like literally having a genie on demand that would grant your requests, reasonably of course. Overall, this hotel is one I'll recommend to the budget-weary crowd. The pleasant surprises keep stacking on, making it a positive experience. It's one that holds a special place in my heart wherein I first traveled with just my friends, even just for a staycation.

Average satisfactory hotel for a quick transit amid downtown with good accessibility to nearby attractions and business centres. Breakfast is adequate yet limited but comes along with live station. I would be only satisfied if I have to comment. A little aged in my perspective but comfort sleep was guaranteed .

It’s a 3 star hotel! arrives around 9pm, check-in was reasonably quick. After check-in we discover left side of the matters spring poking out, we informed the reception and have our rooms changed. Hotel location is good, close to shops and nightlife, but the downside is can be noisy. We can hear the pumping music in the room. Our superior room size is reasonable spacious but aged. Shower and aircon function as it should be. (No noisy aircon or low pressure showers if you must know) Buffet Breakfast choice limited but sufficient, come with eggs station. Bad news for coffee lover they serve Instant coffee only. Overal stay is reasonable, for this price range.

Rooms are clean and they would proactively offer to clean your room not you having to ask housekeeping every now and then. Great location, very convenient if you just wanna buy stuff there's a convenience store nearby.

We’ve just spent 2 nights at St Giles in Makati. The hotel is a little dated with a small pool and small gym (with outdated equipment). The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the wifi worked well. The breakfast was average at best. The hotel is conveniently located near the Century City Mall, a local outdoors food court and many bars and local restaurants. Not sure I would stay again.
