It sounds like this hotel is an ideal choice for those who enjoy shopping near the Greenbelt shopping area. It holds a legacy in the central business district. If you prioritize convenience and affordability, this hotel is a great option at half the price of nearby 5-star hotels. The food is delightful and the rooms are satisfactory. The abundance of small cabinets for organizing travel essentials is a nice touch. For a short stay in the heart of Makati to steer clear of traffic, it seems like a place worth revisiting.

The room is a little simple, but everything you need is there - slippers, shower set, safe, hairdryer, refrigerator.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof.
Breakfast menu includes both local dishes and American breakfast. If breakfast is included, it's fine, but I wouldn't buy it separately.
Overall, an okay option to stay for 1-2 days in Manila

The property is a bit old, the AC in the room is very noisy and the included breakfast has very limited options for western standards. Other than that we had a comfortable 2 nights stay.
The location is great- just across the street from Greenbelt and 20 minutes drive to the airport, rooms are very simple but clean and staff are very friendly. We would definitely come back for another quick stay in Metro Manila.

I stayed here for three nights and it was really nice, lovely room and very helpful staff nothing was a problem to them all. I left after three days to go to Boracay for five days but then returned again to a really nice room , this time I went up to the roof top in the morning with my coffee but also after I returned at night with a glass of wine. The views are amazing from up on the roof ,Very safe and very quiet , again the staff are always polite I also got my laundry done which was a great service your bag of laundry gets piked up by 10am and brought back washed and ironed by 5pm brilliant! The Greenbelt Mall is just across the road , the 7/11 is next door for any supplies you might need , defenently recommend The Charter House

Stayed here for a couple of nights after visiting the islands in the Phillipines prior to a long flight home. This hotel is situated right opposite Greenbelt Mall 5. Greenbelt 5 leads to the other malls including The Landmark and Glorietta Malls. The malls contain gardens, a church, numerous restaurants and every type of shop possible. Hotel is in a great position. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. At present, a lot of building work is taking next door as they are building a further addition to the Greenbelt Malls. However, this didn't really disturb us as the aircon was louder than the demolition noise! I used ear plugs, might be a good idea for anyone else visiting too. Toiletries and slippers supplied. Lovely fluffy towels and comfy bed. Free breakfast, which had plenty to if choice. 7/11 store right next door if you need anything.

Location- Simply fantastic. Across the street from Greenbelt mall with easy access to plenty of shopping. Plenty of food choices within walking distance and some great coffee too. Services like laundromat, money changers etc are also nearby, less than 5 min walk. There is a convenience store in the ground floor lobby. It would be hard to find a better location.

Facilities- Fairly typical of a Philippines 3 star hotel, the room was a little rough around the edges but housekeeping do a good job and the rooms are kept clean. Good aircon in the room. WiFi was ok in the room and resto area. Roof top pool area was really nice, it seems a bit newer and was great on a hot day. We stayed here a number of times between other destinations and it was a perfect option.

Service- Very good from all staff, particularly check in staff and housekeeping.

We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The property is very close to shopping malls and restaurants, it's just accross the street and some of the front desk staff are not accommodating. The security guards are awesome. The property is very old, AC is noisy and there was not even a hot shower during my first day. Beds are okay. I didn't see something special or unique about the property.

Reasonably priced. If you want a perfect location near a Catholic Church, near shopping malls, safe, clean but affordable, this is the place. Staff are very nice. Beside it is a luxury hotel. It is simple but if you want to save, it is best.
