This hotel is a TOP NOTCH! A pretty basic hotel where you pay less for the room but you get more awesome and extraordinary services. 💯 Their food is appetizing, location is perfect, closest to high end malls, banks, hospitals, convenient stores etc.

I am travelling around the world, this is the 50th hotel I have stayed in over the last few months and is by far the worst. I have no idea how anyone could score it more than a 1. I've added some photos which I think will display exactly why this is getting a 1 star. - Air conditioner was filthy, the dirty air caused me a rash and lots of sneezing. - black mould throughout shower and bathroom. - emergency (!) exit baracaded - broken amenities and exposed wiring - curtains have a random pole in middle so you can't block out the light - no privacy as view is straight to staircase and offices so you have to keep curtains closed at all times making it very dark - very dirty room, thick with dust Aside from the photos... - the breakfast was pitiful and order was wrong - bathroom so small you could not fit a full adult without difficulty - the reception staff were blunt and we were charged an extortionate amount for early check in despite communication with the hotel for a fortnight before and never being told this extra fee (if we had known we would have chosen another hotel as we had travelled without sleep for 24 hours) - the air conditioner makes the same noise as a plane at take off - very very loud. It rattles the windows - kettle but no tea or coffee in room

Reasonably priced. If you want a perfect location near a Catholic Church, near shopping malls, safe, clean but affordable, this is the place. Staff are very nice. Beside it is a luxury hotel. It is simple but if you want to save, it is best.

Arrived at midnight, left at 8 the next morning, good enough sleep and shower in the morning, all I needed. The hotel is good value in my opinion, the staff helpful and friendly, and the location is fine.

The property is a bit old, the AC in the room is very noisy and the included breakfast has very limited options for western standards. Other than that we had a comfortable 2 nights stay. The location is great- just across the street from Greenbelt and 20 minutes drive to the airport, rooms are very simple but clean and staff are very friendly. We would definitely come back for another quick stay in Metro Manila.

I stayed here for three nights and it was really nice, lovely room and very helpful staff nothing was a problem to them all. I left after three days to go to Boracay for five days but then returned again to a really nice room , this time I went up to the roof top in the morning with my coffee but also after I returned at night with a glass of wine. The views are amazing from up on the roof ,Very safe and very quiet , again the staff are always polite I also got my laundry done which was a great service your bag of laundry gets piked up by 10am and brought back washed and ironed by 5pm brilliant! The Greenbelt Mall is just across the road , the 7/11 is next door for any supplies you might need , defenently recommend The Charter House

The property is very close to shopping malls and restaurants, it's just accross the street and some of the front desk staff are not accommodating. The security guards are awesome. The property is very old, AC is noisy and there was not even a hot shower during my first day. Beds are okay. I didn't see something special or unique about the property.

Location- Simply fantastic. Across the street from Greenbelt mall with easy access to plenty of shopping. Plenty of food choices within walking distance and some great coffee too. Services like laundromat, money changers etc are also nearby, less than 5 min walk. There is a convenience store in the ground floor lobby. It would be hard to find a better location. Facilities- Fairly typical of a Philippines 3 star hotel, the room was a little rough around the edges but housekeeping do a good job and the rooms are kept clean. Good aircon in the room. WiFi was ok in the room and resto area. Roof top pool area was really nice, it seems a bit newer and was great on a hot day. We stayed here a number of times between other destinations and it was a perfect option. Service- Very good from all staff, particularly check in staff and housekeeping. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My wife and I spent a convenient Holiday week in the Charter House. We live 50 miles north of Manila, but enjoy going there during the Christmas season since the city is not crowded. The rooms are pleasant as is the price and staff. The food is only fair, but there are many excellent places to eat in the shopping malls across the street.
