This is the first time I experienced breakfast without coffee! There was an error on my reservation for 2 additional nights. They don't want to to modify it. Not a accommodating property. They don't ha have ice machine and the restaurant don't have ice also.

A crappy overpriced hotel. I arrived with a paid, confirmed reservation through Pricelilne. I showed them the confirmation email. They spent 45 minutes running me around to try to solve the problem and could not, and demanded that I work with some company called Agoda, that asked me toI email "documents" to them. I refused. They then charged me 50% more for the room than I had already paid for my reservation. This is dishonest. They refused to honor the price that was in the reservation. The room smelled, the air con is noisy, the shower was not hot, and the breakfast is poor. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets had holes; there were no blankets And the internet is painfully slow. Don't stay here. There are lots of other hotels in this area with reasonable prices and better customer service, and that are honest.

I was staying here as part of a Habitat for Humanity trip I did. This was the place we stayed before flying back home. It was a nice clean hotel that is within walking distance of the major shopping mall. I also got an in-room massage that was fantastic and only around $20 in US dollars. I would definitely stay here again if I was on my way somewhere else in the country.

They have this promo posted in front P999 for 12 hours stay Sun-Thu. When I walked in, had to wait, and when it was my turn, was told P999 rooms are fully booked but there are other rooms at full rate. WTF! Bait and Switch! Desperate, I accepted. The room I was given only has 1 pair of slippers. The aircon was not cooling the room so I had to call Room Service. 2 guys went up and checked the window-type aircon...it got frost, so was told to turn it off for 10 minutes. I asked for a room transfer as this is not acceptable. No rooms available. So I had to sleep thru a warm aircon. Their bed consists of 2 single futons joined together, and it still has the original plastic covering in them...so making the room experience worse as I was laying on heated plastic covering. Why do this? The blanket is paper thon as well. I also had rellies stay here who said the same with the aircon. Can't believe they can operate like this. Breakfast is not bad (P999 rate did not include bfast, but we would have preferred to eat at the Jollibee across the street). You can have made to order fried eggs. There was pancit, fried fish, toast, cereals, rice, fruits. Though the watermelon tasted off. I would not recommend staying in this place.

I was looking for an easy access hotel walking distance to greenhills makati and found red planet as a good alternative to the high price hotels. The hotel is surrounded by cheap restaurants so it is good for a person on budget.
