Fast check in and reliable service! I called in advance to make sure my room was booked and they helped me get a taxi! The sheet for my bed was a bit thinner than I would have liked but the bed was very comfortable and the toiletries they provided were great considering I’m here for a layover. Will definitely be coming back here.

Place is the comfiest accommodation I have ever had on my MNL stay. Staff is also very friendly. Rooms are clean and are super worth the money. They also accommodated a lot of my request. Also answered all of my questions. Thank you so much, will definitely book again, also I took one of you business cards, so will definitely recommend you to my colleagues and friends.

This hotel is difficult to find, it has no facilities for handicapped persons, the staff are excellent but policies are set for penalty income, harsh and steep penalties for a dirty bath mat they claim was stained by me it was from their floor

When I Travel, most important thing is the cleanliness and friendly staff. I actually booked Airbnb and it did not turn out well as far as sanitization of the bathroom. Gave up the booking and booked Artemis Place very last minute. As soon as I arrived, we were greeted by front desk reception Joanna, who had a smile on at all times during our stay and even gave us tips on where to go and where we should avoid as safety was her #1 concern for us. Also there is a Security Guard 24hrs and when I had to get some fresh air few times middle of the night and he stood by my side literally guarding me from strangers. Love the service and very clean place. Would highly recommend.

Prior to my MNL-SFO flight on Sept 1, 2022, I stayed in Artemis Place Hotel. I was quite impressed with the layout of the studio room and how clean it was. I have not seen a single cockroach nor house ants. The hotel room has an electric kettle, cups and saucers, and a coffee-creamer set is provided. That can tide you over for breakfast as it is too early to go to restos. The hotel staff are efficient young people who are well utilized. Everyone has a well-defined task so they don’t waste time on chitchat. I’m satisfied with the hotel and without doubt, I shall stay there again next time I am in Manila.I certainly recommend Artemis Place Hotel to my friends any time.

A small but practical hotel nestled within a community. Staff are courteous & have the innate willingness to serve. The Reception staff are very accommodating, Housekeeping is also very thorough. Shout out to Alvin, who’s always ready to assist and provide necessary amenities. I think they just need to calibrate the price vis-a-vis what they are and can offer. It’s a bit on the side of expensive.

Our stay in the Penthouse was excellent. The place is clean and spacious. Perfect for someone who are big like us. Hotel staff was very pleasing and quick in accommodating our requests. Overall stay was terrific! We will definitely be coming back and recommend this to our friend and business colleagues

I travel extensively and have very high expectations but, this is a great little hotel. It is family run and you can tell because you are treated like family. The rooms are large and some are 1 and 2 bedroom suits. The location is right down town and a quick taxi or grab ride to anything you might need. And the best part about this hotel are the staff and the owners. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. The night time receptionist even found me a ride to my destination 8 hours away when I couldn't find the ride myself. They then made some phone calls and got me booked at another hotel that was sold out and completely booked online. Our stay at Artemis Place Makati was definitely a pleasant stay. Originally we were supposed to go to Thailand, but due to an immigration error, we had to stay in Manila. A weekend stay was extended to a two week stay, and I'm glad we were able to spend it at Artemis Place. I was staying there with my senior father, and the staff was all super helpful during our entire stay. I have to give a shout out to Bianca, who from the very start made us feel welcomed and cared for, and as we were leaving, wished us well. Not only Bianca, but Ara, Ronnie, Alvin, and so many individuals made this place really stand out. Rooms were spacious, and they even keep a stock of drinks and snacks for easy convenience.
