When I Travel, most important thing is the cleanliness and friendly staff. I actually booked Airbnb and it did not turn out well as far as sanitization of the bathroom. Gave up the booking and booked Artemis Place very last minute. As soon as I arrived, we were greeted by front desk reception Joanna, who had a smile on at all times during our stay and even gave us tips on where to go and where we should avoid as safety was her #1 concern for us. Also there is a Security Guard 24hrs and when I had to get some fresh air few times middle of the night and he stood by my side literally guarding me from strangers. Love the service and very clean place. Would highly recommend.

We booked a deluxe studio. The bathroom was kind of small but the size of the whole room was perfect for couples.
The staff were all so friendly and were readily willing to help if needed. It's not a tall hotel so there are few amenities but we were always out anyway so we did not mind it at all.

Our stay in the Penthouse was excellent. The place is clean and spacious. Perfect for someone who are big like us. Hotel staff was very pleasing and quick in accommodating our requests. Overall stay was terrific! We will definitely be coming back and recommend this to our friend and business colleagues

The staff were very attentive the room its self was nice. However the noise from the road was horrendous. The windows in the room did not shut properly and not double glazed. You could hear the people talking and the music was loud from other people in the hotel. I did mention this at reception, but they said they are getting the windows fixed soon.

I’ve stayed with my husband for over 3 days. We find the place clean and tidy and very nice as it was equipped with a small kitchen though it only has water heater and mini fridge but it is still very nice. We also had a small dining area and sofa. Definitely planning to stay again there whenever we can. Kudos to all the staff they were very accommodating and helpful especially Bianca and Joanna. Housekeeping staff were also very nice and they cleaned the public area and the rooms so well. All were well maintained. Laundry service as well they are very prompt. Despite the hotel being in the residential area, the place was quiet and clean. Will definitely recommend the place 💯🙏

The staff at Artemis Place have the best customer service! Im glad we found this place, considering it has been years since we came home to Philippines. The location is very convenient, less traffic and close to groceries and malls. The building and amenities were clean. We felt safe and secured throughout our stay. We enjoyed the 2 weeks stay. Thank you Artemis Place!

The place is such a homey place a very clean. I hope I can stay there again and I will go back to the place 100 percent. Thank you so much for being such a an accommodating and safe place to stay I never regret to stay in Artemis Hotel

Place is the comfiest accommodation I have ever had on my MNL stay. Staff is also very friendly. Rooms are clean and are super worth the money. They also accommodated a lot of my request. Also answered all of my questions. Thank you so much, will definitely book again, also I took one of you business cards, so will definitely recommend you to my colleagues and friends.

This is already my second time I booked from this place. My family really love the room especially the penthouse suite. Literally, a big space for us 5 members. Definitely will booked again for another intimate and family gathering.

Good stay in Makati, nice Staff, clean and big rooms. Everything from the behinning to the end Was fine, checkinn 2am in the morning without Problems. Checkout at 11 is not cool. But ok. Thanks for hosting me.
