The hotel was opened 6 months ago. The room is spacious,towels and linens are new and clean they changed towels everyday and cleaned our rooms also everyday. The grab car find it hard to locate this hotel few of the drivers cancelled our bookings. So we pin the IM hotel as this hotel is just behind this IM hotel or take grab car in makati avenue corner gen luna.
Few cons:
The lobby most of the time no one in the front desk. The choices of their breakfast is almost nothing,few choices from the menu card and most of them not available. So when we ordered we normally asked " what's available?"
We booked thru agoda,it says with free bottled water,we cannot find water 1st and 2nd day stay and 3rd day i met the room cleaner they have some water with them but wondering why they did not put it in our room,i asked for it then they gave us.
We stayed in 19th floor the sun is striking there whole day the aircon is not working as it should knowing the hotel is brandnew it took so long before the room become cold.

I stayed for 3 nights there and in first night I saw a cockroach in my bed. The staff were great and nice and inside the room looked clean. I did not saw cockroach in other days of my stay it as only the first night

A very clean and spacious room. Fair price for its location. Just behind the main road of makati avenue. Nearby got shopping mall, many food joints and hangout places for a beer. Will return for more.

DestinBooked a four night stay through Agoda and turned up to find that no rooms were available due to ‘renovation work’. I was left stranded in Makati on a Friday afternoon after a 20 hour journey.
The staff were unhelpful and appeared as if they couldn’t be bothered. I got conflicting stories from different members of staff. As I write this review the hotel is still active on Agoda. The hotel finally sent me an email (through Agoda) the day after my intended stay staring the hotel was under renovation, despite telling me they didn’t have my contact details.
Agoda are investigating so I will see what happens. Be warned the Agoda’s Filipino customer service number is incorrect so you really are left on your own as the hotel wouldn’t allow me to call an international number.

I booked a more expensive room than I normally do or that my budget allows me because I wanted to have a good night sleep.
The hotel looks nice and room is nice.
The bad part starts when you see that the room is full of cockroaches. The ones that multiply very quickly and if you don't lock your bag you will bring to your house and have pest. They were everywhere. In the toilet sit. In the floor. In the desk. I counted 30. In my bed too. I took many pictures of them.
I informed reception but they said they can't do much... No mantainance in evening and no other room. So I couldn't really sleep. Not use to see so many cockroaches in my room.
The next morning I thought at least lets go for the breakfast. I didn't eat it. Is a plated breakfast. Very basic. But when I was served.. 2 cockroaches walked in my table. I didn't eat it.
Perhaps the saddest part is that I emailed the hotel explaining all including the pictures I took and they didn't even reply to apologize.
Not recommended at all.

Hidden gem in makati for the budget minded people. If this hotel was on the main road I would expect the price to be much higher. the staff are friendly and helpful. down side was only given one key to the room and we the lift operates with it. specious rooms, well maintained. we will surely come back.

Ok for overnight if you suddenly need a place to sleep for a few hours.
The lobby of the hotel is nice. The room is very basic.
The staff are helpful.
Lots of food choices outside the hotel. Century mall is nearby.
Just be careful of your belongings when going out of the hotel esp at night.

We wanted to spend 1 night here but it was so comfortable so we did 3 nights.
The room was clean, big enough for our needs, the stuff was extremely nice and helpful even in the middle of the night when we had a wifi problem.
The breakfast is poor but the owner is so nice so it was OK.
