We are having real difficulty looking for a pet-friendly hotel here in the Philippines, that's why I am so grateful and thankful that my sister has found this gem at the heart of Makati CBD. The staff are really awesome and very friendly. Ths location is perfect and there is a pay parking downstairs. They offer basic accommodation with everything that we need. What I really liked about this place is how pet-friendly it is. My dogs love the artificial grass at the lobby. Very highly recommended and this will be our home away from home go-to hotel whenever we go to Manila/Makati. Thank you for the excellent service and keep it up

Room - 4/5 Staff - 4/5 Facilities - N/A Location - 4/5 We booked this hotel through Agoda and got a very good deal! Wasn't expecting much but the room is very decent.. The AC is working perfectly same goes with the hot and cold shower. Kudos to the lady who is the only one at the breakfast cooking and serving all guests!

I avail the power nap since I need a place good for 4 hours only, the room is sharing with other but they have a locker provided so you can put your personal things. Its not bad specially if you just want to have a place to stay for just a while, the comfort room is clean and you can charge your phone and have little rest. But there are other people inside so expect that there are some people talking and walking.

A solo male traveler would not be intimidated to stay at this place. Entering the hotel late at night - you would have to pass by many male entertainment venues (Wink-wink) which may make a female guest feel rather queasy about staying here. At breakfast, however, I noticed many female guests - both local and foreign - so I guess the main reason for staying here was either price or location. Parking fee is 20 pesos per hour - fair I believe for Metro Manila rates. The room had no view which was fine because I was there only to sleep. Breakfast was not such a disaster. The efficient cook was unsmiling but was very dedicated to her job. Front desk staff were very helpful in calling the nearest fast food chain if you wanted to have a meal in your room.

I checked in late which is okay because their front desk is 24/7. You can park your car with a fee (guys dressed casually will approach you and you have to pay upfront then they will give you a ticket). The property is located on the 2nd floor, you don’t have to worry as there were enough signages around the area. Check-in was smooth. I had to show them my ID and pay a security fee of Php 200 which is refundable upon check-out (you have to keep the paper they gave to you or else they will not refund your money). I booked the dormitory style. We had to go upstairs to access the room. Upon entering, I immediately felt how cool the room was. I think there were about 6 bunk beds and there’s a cabinet on each side where you can secure your valuable things. They will give you the key. There is a shared bathroom but the space is pretty tight. There’s also a small table with chairs provided in the room. Con: 1. Security - anyone can go upstairs and sneak into the rooms without anyone noticing them unless the place is under surveillance. The stairs is open to the public. You will understand me once you get in there. Also, the room is not being locked all the time as it is being shared, people may go in and out anytime they want Too bad I wasn’t able to take pictures Overall, my stay was okay and the rate is competitive

This is one place I would go back to in times that I need a day (or two) stay. The bathroom and bed linens are white and squeaky clean! Although beds are a little narrow. The staff are also courteous and generous - accepted me for an early check-in. I only suggest to get rooms at the upper floor, if there are any, as the street outside and the lobby can get noisy during busy hours.

The property is an improved version of the former (Creekside Hotel). Rooms are better lit now. No more cockroaches. Still, internet connection in some rooms is still problematic. Rooms facing the road still reeks of the smell of the nearby sewer. Toilet is too small. They need to put a chair in every room (especially for those who are staying for work).

Booked a room good for 2 (no breakfast but with private toilet and bath) online and got a great bargain considering it was at a great location in Makati and very accessible to numerous shops and restaurants in the Amorsolo area - think Legazpi Sunday Market! It is also walking distance from Greenbelt/Glorietta with the help of a map. You may get "seedy vibes" upon arrival especially if you get there at night since the building housing the hotel also has bars and ktv places at the first floor. It's all good since once you're in the actual hotel area (second floor and up), you can tell that they are a family-friendly establishment. My husband and I especially liked the service and the staff - they were very helpful and informative. The private room itself was small and had a strange smell when you first step inside. It was a mixed smell of bleach and covers/towels that didn't dry well. However, the A/C, tv, fridge, and hot water worked perfectly during our stay and the overall place was kept clean and orderly. We booked an extra night on-site and it was much pricier than booking online, so I would recommend looking for online deals first before booking.

Stayed here for 4 nights while in Makati. The room didn’t look like it did on the booking website, and I was led to believe there would only be 1 per room. But the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Friendly staff, a great free breakfast which doesn’t end until 10am, free Wi-Fi and close to plenty of shops and a mall.
