Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb on a weekend getaway shortly before the world fell apart. Booked on Agoda, prepaying around $65 SGD a night including a basic breakfast. Only 2 devices allowed for WiFi. Room was small but adequate. Only 1 towel provided despite booking for 2 adults - had to ask for the additional towel. Same problem again after cleaning on the 2nd day. Double bed with a very hard mattress. Combined shower/bath in bathroom. Some noise from slamming doors and aircon. Friendly staff. Friendly staff. Good location in the night-life area of Makati. About a 20 min walk to the malls.

The hotel is overall cozy, classic & romantic looking but still it displays elegant and chic accent details. The staff is very warm and location is very convenient. I love the atrium making the place airy & spacious but it still has a private vibe.

The rooms are spacious, may work for business travelers as they have desk. I was surprised to find a tub in the room which is a huge plus.

Hotel is still pretty new hope they will be able to maintain it. :)

Stayed for 6 nights and the place was really new and very clean all throughout. Rooms are good size except they only have twin and king size beds in all rooms(no double or queen size). Staff were very helpful especially the dining/bar area. They were very receptive and accommodating. Traveled with brothers and sisters and we were all impressed except for the 2 rooms that my brother and my sister had. It did not have a hot running water in the bathroom. But that was quickly resolved after we spoke to the Manager. She was quick in changing the rooms immediately.

Overall, our stay was very good and would go back again next year on our next family visit and reunion.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I stayed for 5 nights.

Pros: great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Negative: I was assigned a room on the 6th floor and told there a water pump noise and they were working to fix it. The noise was non stop during my entire stay making rest or sleep difficult. They said they could not move me to a similar room on a lower floor. I was not offered anything to compensate for the inconvenience. If you have not already booked and paid for the room I strongly recommend finding another hotel until the water pump is fixed.

This hotel we stayed for the first two nights. It's old muggy ,Dirty and substandard hotel. They charged us extra for early check-in. And still did not offer breakfast that was included. We were traveling for the last 30 hours. Bed sheets were not changed there were hair and other body secretions . Room is very small.Towels are worse then your cleaning towels.
Area is not good at all. Pictures look great . Don't go by the pictures and read all reviews especially negative 😬.

Booked this hotel for my niece’s pre-debut photoshoot because of its Art Deco design. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay and ended up booking another night.

The staff from the manager to the front desk to the restaurant manager to the security are extremely helpful, professional and polite. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The hotel is fairly new. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is basic but enough. Had lunch there one day and the food was good. Location is close to everything...malls, stores, restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised that there’s a good hotel in this side of Makati.

Room rates are reasonable. Good sized rooms with basic amenities. They could use new towels as the ones we got are already showing wear and tear. Water overflows from the tub to the floor when you shower - it must be a flaw with the construction design.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and we wont hesitate to stay here again.

Average hotel. However, the bed mattress is so rock hard that it is difficult to sleep. Also the policy of charging 200 PHP for a misplaced room card is very annoying. First time in my life I've been charged that. Such a silly policy that leaves a really bad taste in your mouth when you check out.

Anyhow, they got the 200 PHP for the room card. I was so annoyed at this, I cancelled a 25,000 PHP reservation for January.

The place felt like home as soon as you enter the reception. The staff was so kind enough to let me check-in an hour earlier to set-up a surprise for a birthday without additional charge. The receptionist and the staff were extra friendly and even helped me with the surprise. They were also very kind and generous to give a birthday cake with the staff singing happy birthday Song. Corridors were neat and smelled really good like my perfume. The room was neat and the CR smelled really good aside from the fact that toiletries were available. Their tapa was really delicious, even better than Tapa King. They also have toast and fruits included in the breakfast so i felt like i was given even more than the price for the breakfast. I would definitely go back to this place.

I did not expect the room to be bigger than I thought. I was expecting that it will just be a basic standard room, considering the price, but there's more space and the room didn't feel cramped. Bathroom is bigger that I expected as well, complete with toiletries. Nice and simple hotel within your budget that you can stay in if you want to explore within the Makati area. The hotel is walking distance from Poblacion as well, which is an area that you can explore for night-out with friends. There are many restaurants in the area too so if you just want to do food tripping and explore different restaurants, then this is the hotel for you. Breakfast is not a grand buffet but there's a variety to choose from (plated Filipino and Continental Breakfast). Unlimited bread, cereals and fruits are available during breakfast too.
