Booked through Agoda for 2 nights. If you’re looking for a hotel to just really sleep in this could be 1 of your choices. It’s clean, staff are friendly,a bit techy coz you need to communicate with them through viber as there are no telephones inside the room (If you don’t have the app installed, there’s an available phone by the elevator). You should also bring your own toiletries as they only supply towels, toilet paper and head-to-toe wash. Rooms size wise,it’s a bit small but over all okay.

it was my second time to try hop inn hotel but this time in Makati Ave. It was clean and staff are professional, friendly and attentive. The location is close to Poblacion which is an area known for hang out and chill with all the bars and clubs nearby. It was a basic hotel with only water, towels, toilet paper, hair and body wash provided so bring your own toiletries. Same with other hop inn hotel, they have a decent size television, no fridge or electric kettle. The only reason i gave 4 stars is they need to change the pillows, duvet covers and towels as you can tell it was well used. They already served their purpose so I think its tike to change them to new ones.

very cramped parking space at the basement. good thing the security staff was very attentive to guide us while we manoeuvre our car.

our room was clean, alright. the keycard works! the doorknob in our bathroom cannot be locked, though. and the shower handle detaches on its own. internet connectivity is slow.

we paid in advance specifying that we were three in the room. there were only two pillows and two sets of towels when we got there. we were provided another pillow but the towel was forgotten.

our room faces makati avenue, a busy thoroughfare. the noise outside could not be muffled by the single window fronting the makeshift desk.

budget-friendly. tidy. our stay was ok.

The HopInn Makati is located in makati in the area of the red light district.

300 telus modern and the rooms are a good size for what you pay and they are clean.

There is an average sized TV with a reasonable selection of English speaking channels..

This is a bare bones basic budget hotel and they provide two bottles of free water and that is it, there are no dental kits, no tea & coffee making facilities, no slippers or anything else.

The bathroom is a good size and there is a hair dryer provided. The shower water pressure is mediocre and the temperature is poor as it only ever gets to warm at best.

There is no fridge in the room, no kettle it is the barest of rooms.

The policies in this hotel are not customer orientated and rules are enforced for what appears to be no other reason than just to be stubborn into stick to the rules.

The staff here are insensitive and i'm friendly and i was walking with a backpack a bag in the suitcase and the security walks up to me before i even got me the front door and says i want to see your vaccination certificate. Hotel him i had it and again he demanded to say it and i said can't you see I have no free hands but I will go inside put my bags down and show you. A very i'm friendly and welcoming way to be treated.

You check in then go through the normal procedures which is done relatively smoothly and then the staff point at their watches soon check in time is 2 p.m. which is correct.

Athey then ask you to take a seat while I prepare room which state has perfectly normal.

I arrived at 12:20 lunchtime and i speak to others sitting waiting who also told me adjust insist you sit and wait till 2 p.m. wven though there are rooms that are ready. One person told me he have been sitting in the in the foyer waiting for nearly five hours.  Everybody understands that shaking time is 2:00 p.m. but it rooms are ready, why not show some good will and send the customer to relax in the room instead of making congestion in the lobby and making people wait for no reason other than to stick exactly to the rules, this is a very poor policy. I have since read a number of reviews and found out as to complain of the same thing.

Then after asking a couple of times and waiting for well i runaway by finely sent me to my room. Escaping appears to be very slow as a done makeup your room until between 2 and 4 p.m. each day.

The hotel is cheap and clean and within walking distance of food outlets the red light district and a shopping mall and it's ok for a couple of nights stay but there are better options available.

Saan ka naman nakakita ng hotel room na ang BATH MAT pinapatong sa ibabaw ng kama? And they dont even clean the toilet well. Maski magbigay ka ng tip sa HK everyday they will not give you a good service. Maingay pa! The door keeps banging pag naglilinis sila. Kapag nagreklamo ka mas lalong gagawin. We complained at the Front Desk since day 1, but to no avail. We extended our stay to know the consistency of this bad service.

I had an early booking for my travel to Vietnam and in between flights i have to stay in manila for 20hrs. I booked a hotel in Hop Inn and already mentioned and included the option for early check in and check out.

It was such a tiring travel and when I get to the hotel, i was expecting to have a rest early in the morning. The hotel staff was really nice but they did not allow me to book an early check in despite having it included as an option on my booking. I arrived at 7 in the morning and had to wait until 2pm to finaly rest. I dozed off at the lobby until 2pm and finally when my room was ready i rested inside only for 5hours because i had to check out early.

Was the price worth it for my stay? I think not.

Extremely noisy hotel, tiled flooring everywhere so the sound travels. Road noise and venders screaming all night, not the plsce if you like to sleep. Also half thr place is currently used as quarantine hotel. Better hotels at this price range. Avoid it if you can.

The place is exactly as you see on their photos. The room we stayed in was a bit spartan but very clean. The staff were warm and friendly, which made our check-in a pleasant experience. It’s a short walk away from Kanto Freestyle and other bars in Poblacion.

This maybe only a 3 star hotel but its one of the cleanest hotels ive stayed in at this level. Its new, clean and the staff are great!. The price is great too. The best thing about this hotel is its location. Its close to Poblacion for bars and restos. Its also close to the nightlife district of P.Burgos steet without being right on it. Let's face it, if you are out to explore Makati and be adventurous rather than spend all day or night in a hotel then this is the place to choose.

Hi! sorry for answering just now. yes there is a jeep with the signage AYALA. but you have to be a bit patient waiting for one to arrive since jeepneys with Ayala route came from guadalupe. most are all occupied when they pass through Hop Inn hotel. these jeeps will take the route of makati avenue. u have to alight before the jeep reaches the intersection of ayala avenue and makati avenue since it will turn right to ayala avenue. use the underpass to reach greenbelt.

Hi, Sorry to informed you that we don't have drop or pick up transportation form the Airport. Mostly our guest use Grab or taxi.
