Stayed here for two nights over the New Year's celebration. Staff we're welcoming and nice. I booked via Agoda and it said it had parking but when we got there, we were confused because we didn't find any space. Apparently, it's located in their sister hotel's premises (a vacant lot used as parking of 1898 Hotel). They offered valet parking. Free, so no worries. I read somewhere that they were surprised by the Php 2000 security deposits (which I found out after I booked). Luckily though, they didn't ask me for it but informed to pay any incidentals upon checking out. So that's great! Rooms were on the 5th floor and they gave us adjacent ones. Dimly-lit as I read from reviews. Not my cup of tea but tolerable as we weren't in the room most of the time. The rooms, though not a few more floors higher, had a view of Rockwell so we were able to watch the fireworks during NYE. They also have a partner Arabic resto that's open 24/7 and a restaurant at the lobby.

It's near the red light district. Internet expires but you can get another code. Still it's weak.

Giving it a 4 out of 5 because the staff are nice and the rooms were comfy anyway.

The hotel was clean and modern, reception and door staff were really attentive and all very nice. If you needed anything they would run it up to your room.

The biggest disappointment for me was the noise. Firstly the air con had a very loud rumbling sound, quite like an industrial fan but this seemed to come in handy come 4am when I woke to the sound of a nearby club blasting music. We were 9 floors up and still could hear the words. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, but if we had been made aware, I wouldn’t have stayed OR I would have asked for a room around the back.

I ended up having to put headphones in after reception told me it would stop around 6am.

We extended our check out time to 1pm and at 12:50 we received a call saying we need to check out now it’s 1pm and they’ll give us 15 mins! When I went to reception they said their clock is fast and that’s the time they go by. I wasn’t happy by this!

Taxi from airport should cost no more than P200. Make sure you get Grab everywhere as it’s so much cheaper.

I was very happy with this hotel up until the day I checked out. Then the desk clerk told me my deposit would be returned to my credit card within a few days. That refund NEVER HAPPENED even after several inquiries.

First stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in. The place looks a bit tired and the rooms are a bit dark and gloomy. But everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit irritating, though, to have to log into the internet again, every time I came back to the hotel. Also, the log-in caters for one device only, so you have to log out of your telephone if you want to use a laptop or ipad. The hotel has a small restaurant/bar at the lobby, but this was not very busy. I understand that in the near future they will make the bar a shisha place. In any case, the service was very friendly and engaging. This hotel has a very decent price. You get what you pay for.

Arrived and was greeted very well. Staff very friendly and talkative.
Room, Bed was very comfortable.
Wi-Fi, very weak to non. barely access internet but could not interact
Television, Was out of service no repairs done while I was there,
Lighting, very dimly lit room, had to use window sun light to see properly
Night need flashlight... but mine did not work, offered to charge and would take couple hours... really? Bring me a freshly charged one now please. Room electricity is charged with key card inserted when walking in room, no key card = no power = can not charge! hello?
Called down to front desk during my stay for multiple reasons including check out to have room checked... Never did front desk answer phone, they look surprised when i told them and stated "we never heard the phone sir"
Again.. Staff Very friendly, comfortable room with good Air conditioner. but everything else was very lacking.

This is a newish hotel and I've stayed her 4 times already. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Whilst the bathroom is smallish, it is modern.

One of the great things with this hotel is the staff. They are very courteous and friendly and nothing is a problem for them. The greet you every time you come and go and they remember returning guests

The hotel can provide room service and meals downstairs which are good standard.

The hotel is very reasonably priced and its now my preferred option when I wish to stay in the Makati district of Manila.

The room here was kinda small but the location was perfect for us. The only bad part is that it's right beside the Gogo bar tickles and they stay open till 7 in the morning so the music plays all night especially if you stay on a lower floor. We stayed on one of the highest floors and still heard the thumping all night. Very nice staff and very neat place.

My 2 night stay at this hotel turned into 5 nights. A great location in terms of bright lights and nightlife yet quiet enough to sleep well.

The room was ample sized and clean, the view not great but with the blinds closed you wouldn’t worry too much.

Good Wi-fi that allowed me to connect my iPhone but Android devices struggled.

Staff both friendly and helpful!
