Ascot Makati is located in what is known as the Ayala Triangle, a strategic location in the CBD.
Above a big shopping mall called Glorietta Mall, the service apartments starts from level 6. This is where the lobby and restaurant are located. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a large three-bedroom unit which was well furnished with contemporary furniture.
They come fitted with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
Gym and a beautiful swimming pool are also available.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as good.

Great location, clean hotels, best service from staffs
The city view is a nice view too esp at night time because of the city lights.
All malls are walking distance. SM, Landmark, Glorietta 1-5
Their main lobby is at 6th Floor. Ground floor security is tight and friendly as well.
Grab cars/ services are easily available for your transportation (if u still need one), for food deliveries
Church - Greenbelt is also close by via walking or Grab cars
Room- comfortable bed and pillows and clean bathroom and rain shower.
Toiletries are free and bottled water
Free wifi
Great buffet breakfast for serviced apartments

This was at least the tenth time we have stayed at Ascott Makati in the past decade. The location, connected to the Glorietta Mall, is very convenient. The suite was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer, for less than just a plain room at some of the other hotels in the neighborhood. Service as great; the pool was refreshing; and the buffet breakfast had a lot of good choices. We will be back again.

My family and I booked a 1 bedroom suite stayed there for 10 nights for the 1st 5 nights we stayed at the old tower we arrived at the property without any bath towels ready and kitchen knife. The room’s view is nice facing the pool and Glorietta 5. I requested to serve fruits daily but I was told they are not serving fruits anymore so I requested for the dried fruit chips instead. I was told that they will give us daily but they just gave us twice. On our 4th and 5th night at the property the AC inside the room was not properly working. Called them at 3 am that I could not sleep and my baby is sweating so we just spent the night on the couch. 5th day we are transferred at ayala tower and I was told that we are upgraded. But the room id smaller than before and the view was not that good compared to the other room. On the 8th day I requested if someone can wash the dishes because I have guests. I was told by the guest services that I need to pay 1200pesos for this service. And to mind that it is a 5star hotel and I think it’s not appropriate to tell your guests that you need to pay extra for that. Food is not so good at all. 10 nights there they served corned beef 4x. Chicken adobo is super salty and their fried sesame noodles are quite salty too. They serve beef noodles this morning but it’s too salty as well. Flies all over the bread section and all over the cup cake icings. The always serve arrozcaldo and siomai everyday. Needed more variety of food and they needed to find a better chef.

The checkin was smooth. The room we had stayed in had a very comfortable bed, everything was clean and I like the idea of having a water dispenser instead of water bottles in the room. Much more so, this is the only hotel where I felt like home in the city.
Hotel breakfast is nice but not that outstanding as the restaurant has been cramped at the time. In the evening, hotel bar/restaurant has a few choices of drinks and they close early (10pm). So it would be practical to go outside and as the hotel is near to bars anyway.
As I won't be able to take the breakfast the 2nd day, they have packed our breakfast as per our request through a pre-filled form and I appreciated it.
Overall, I loved my stay and I strongly recommend this place. Needless to say, I would definitely come back.

Ascott Makati is the best choice in terms of location easily accessible for clients and business associates to meet with you, accessible for us in terms of personal needs. The Front Desk Staff are professional and eacomodating particularly PJ who never fails us to looks after our needs. Housekeeping are very responsive to our requirements.. Our housekeeping attendant MARA LACNO patiently attended to our persistent requirements and assisted us in operating some of kitchen eqts in the beginning of our stay The FB staff are very accommodating and attended to my sister 's special food restrictions. Overall the Hotel is well manned with qualified personnel in hospitality.

I had no expectations about our family's short "staycation" at the Ascott Makati but I was definitely surprised by the facilities (the pool and the gym were certainly impressive) but even better was the food at Mesclun restaurant, great quality at very decent price points. The best part of our stay was the service. Two thumbs up to the Front Desk Officer, Kiel for taking great care of us during our brief holiday and he certainly made our Ascott Makati experience a memorable one. Our server at Mesclun, Ryan, also deserves a shout out for the great service.

The room was pretty good, I like the fact they had a water dispenser rather than plastic water bottles as the Ascott's way of helping save the environment. We also appreciated the fact that the room had it's own microwave oven (as it does cater to long staying guests). While the room itself looked dated and the TV was rather small, we still have no complaints as the positives far outweighed the negatives!

This hotel was truly a home in the middle of city. The service was exceptionally good, from the tight security, front office, concierge as well was housekeeping. They were quick on their feet but also very polite in handling the guests requests and needs. We can almost feel the sincerity from each of their staff while we had our stay. The food was also very good for the price point as well as having a wide range of selection. One complaint I have to make was the need for renovations/repairs, most of the furniture in the room was clearly worn out as well as the wall paper and other fixtures. There was also heavy leaking from the air conditioning inside the closet making us unable to use the extra space . Nevertheless, Ascott Makati is an ideal place when staying in the middle of a busy city.

Due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to see my fiance for about 2 years. We chose this hotel to stay at for our 2 weeks reunion. They pleasantly upgraded our reservation from a Studio deluxe to a One bedroom Deluxe which made our stay even more pleasant. The restaurant staff were always nice and attentive. My only issue is the house cleaning and the bell service, they take sooooo long when you ask for things, (30 mins minimum). Had to follow up multiple times for it to be handled. And yeah, definitely the bell service made the experience so bad. All in all, 4 star for the amenities could be better, staff service can be better as well. 5 star for the location and 5 star for the nice upgrade of the room.

We were amazed by this beautiful hotel from the first moment we arrived. The staff was welcoming and helpful from the beginning. The room was huge and had everything we needed and more…including a full sized fridge, and a washer & dryer, which was SO helpful! Also the 2 beds were in separate rooms and each had their own full bathroom! Great for privacy if wanted.
The breakfast was amazing, and included in the cost of the room!!! While eating you have a full view of the beautiful pool surrounded by gorgeous plants!

The only thing I would have liked is if fresh towels and soap was provided each day without request. We usually received towels when we asked, but not always the correct size, and we didn’t usually have our soap replenished. That may have been due to us not knowing Tagalog. Overall, this was a great place to stay and is truly the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in!!!

If you get your parking card stamped at the Bell Captain's station immediately on the left off the elevators on the 6th floor, you won't get charged the parking. We were not informed if there were limits of cars to be parkrd with respect to the number of bedrooms you have. At one time, we had 2 cars in the 3rd basement Ascoo lot and there was no problem when we got our parking card endorsed. The Bell Captain didn't even ask how many cars we have. Hope this helps you.

"If you have late flight, hotel can hold your luggage for you after 12pm check-out. You can spend afternoon downstairs in Glorietta."
