Front desk could use a little lesson on courtesy. They were pretty much there just to usher in guests. There were a couple of times that their attitude towards you were based on your profile. Other than that, everything went well

Great gem in the heart of Makati, Manila. Worth a visit. Room we got was just ideal. 15-20 minute walk to Greenbelt. Service was great and staff were courteous. We got a room on the top floor which was an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again.

The Smart Luxe room is smaller than in the website photo. On the website, there should be space for two side tables, but in our room, there was only one and the TV was mounted directly above it, making the floor area unwalkable. There was a big unused space at the entryway that could have been better utilized with a desk, chair and/or a cabinet. The key cards keep getting demagnetized, so a long wait at the front desk is again required before entering the room. The reception staff do not even provide pool access via key card on check in! Why one must queue separately for this PER ACCESS is beyond me. It's like they do not want you to use the facilities even if included in the package. There was a crazy alarm-like noise in the room on the first night and there was no answer upon calling the front desk to explain the disturbance. Even during the day, no one answers the front desk line. Overall the front desk staff are THE WORST. They even have the temerity to ask you to acknowledge receipt of the security deposit BEFORE bringing out MY cash.

I arrived early and arranged for an early check-in. The receptionist was so friendly and accommodating. Even the guards were very helpful with my luggage. The room I booked was small but it doesn't matter because I will be there just for a very quick sleep anyway, as long as it provided me the basics then I'm totally fine about it. For such a place in the middle of Makati, the rate was already pretty good. It's just few walks from the big malls like Greenbelt, etc. Lastly, I love that only few cars traverse on the road. It's not the typical "loud city road" in Manila. I just love the area that it was situated in.

In my perspective, entry of credit card details to make a hotel booking will see through payment of the actual hotel stay but hotel’s perspective is that it is only a guaranteed booking and guest will need to pay up upon check-in. Suggest to make both options available as it is my preference and no hassle when guest is arriving late night. Room is quite small but tolerable because I was solo and was only there to sleep. Rest of the days I was out for work. AC temp is acceptable and was able to sleep soundly. Didn’t see the water kettle to make coffee upon waking up.

Staffs were amazing and kind. Room is good. No closet, but still have a space for luggages tho. TV, well, it’s there. Haha bring an external drive or chromecast if u wanna watch. There’s a PNB ATM inside the hotel. Not too thin but still thin walls iykyk. Walking distance to greenbelt.

It was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in on my travels. Just one night and check out at 2:30 am on my itinerary. When I entered the room there was an unbearable musty smell, the windows were sealed, the furniture was old and painted in a hurry. No shampoo or hair dryer. The TV doesn't work right and full of mirrors everywhere, looking like a suburban Motel. But as it was supposed to last a few hours, I just endured it until I decided to go to sleep and took the blanket and sheet off the bed, all crumpled and with yellow stains everywhere. I found hair under the blanket… I called to change everything but the valet took almost an hour because they couldn't find stain-free sheets… It was unbelievable! I rented another hotel and this time a 4 star one block away and got my things and checked out.

Good location and staff. But ...... not as described. My room was supposed to have a work area and sitting area, a 1.8 wide bed, a mini bar and a city view. None of these were present. False advertising. Price was ok. ONly got one key for two guests so had to ask for a second one or you cannot operate the lift. Parking was a plus. Overall would be fine if they just delivered what they said. I made the booking through Bookingotcom.

It was not I was expecting but upon entering the room, there is bad smell, and yes, amoy CR. I am not exaggerating, di ako masyadong maselan pero may amoy talaga. And the besheets has a lot of stain. See photos. At dahil pagod at hirap ako thelat day, natulog na rin alo bit I laid one towel... sad but salamat na rin at least malapit lang ako sa client office na pupuntahan ko.
