The room is good and comfortable. Only thing that I cannot find is the instruction/direction's going to the pool. Hoping that there's instruction/direction's going to the pool, next time. Hoping that you will also provide lotion to your guests, just like other hotels. Thank you.

It happened that we need to early check in due to an early arrival. We did not mind paying but the manager name Mary Nicole Causing wasn't accommodative. She charged us 1 full night for early arrival which was fine but when we asked why the price was higher than what we paid for a night, she rudely said that we booked thru online channel which was cheap. She tried to say that the normal rate was 3,000 peso. Hello, I checked on your hotel website it showed the rate was lower than what she charged us. A first ripped off. We booked a mini double room and but she gave us the worst room ever. The room was not what advertised. The bed sheet was dirty and it was clear that the sheet wasn't changed since the last customers (see photos). The room was too small and different from the website. Air-con was dirty and had mold around it. The ceiling wasn't fixed nicely. The toilet and bathroom had smell of urine that could easily catch when entering the room. We went back to the lobby and wanted to have the room we booked. The Guest Service Agent (male) didn't know what to do and asked the manager Mary to handle. She finally appeared unfriendly, didn't want to help and said the photos weren't updated. For me, the personality like her wouldn't match the hospitality industry. She didn't even listen carefully, didn't show emphaty, didn't apologize for what we had to experience. At first, we planned to stay longer but we quickly changed our mind to stay only one night and looked for other place to stay. We are glad that we found the it and it was far better than this one. For anyone who doesn't mind sleeping in a little box, it's just ok to stay. We chose this hotel because of the location, near Thai embassy. But the room attributes itself aren't worth even 1 peso. Moreover the negative of the manager Mary made this place even worse. If you are planning to stay here, think twice.

So Here is my situation I booked last year for 2 nights directly through their website.l August 23 to 25 I purchased the promo in advance and paid online. So due to some emergency circumstances I emailed them if I can move the date earlier and they told me to cancel my reservation and they will make a waive for it. So I did. And as I went there August 20 21. When I arrived I showed them my email from reservation cancellations and confirmation. And the lady in the reception told me that I have to pay again for my stay even I showed them the payment deducted from my bank even if I spoke to the manager he doesn't even have a clue either. Like how it's possible they cannot see my payment online? I even showed them the amount deducted from my bank and funny thing is they are converted it to peso which is fine as they told me oh there is no amount recieve Well, currency exchange changes all the time I told them. As exhausted I was I didn't argue coz my mind has different things to think. I ended up paying again. Just a simple piece of advice: train your people better how be nice. The manager and that lady is Rude! That's it

It took over an hour to check in. The room they promised was larger. This is a shoebox with a SINGLE bed. Absolutely short staffed and unacceptable management. There are other hotels that actually respect your time.

Passable accommodation in a central location for affordable price. Make sure you check under blankets though. My wife checked sheets and weren’t clean so we swapped rooms. The room was fairly small but we were so drunk after bar crawl that we didn’t notice

You get what you pay for. Do not expect something special, more so from the reception. I now understand why they only give you 1 keycard, it's for energy saving.. good idea. I have to give credit to Housekeeping, they try their best. I felt their greeting was genuine.

Not what you see in pictures at all. The lobby area is nice but as soon as you go in the lift & onto the floors it has a sweaty ‘gym’ like smell, same into the rooms. The air con in the room is horrible, we both woke up with sore throats and a bad chest as it’s pointing directly at you while you’re sleeping. The rooms are far from the pictures too, no where to store our clothes, everything just plonked on the floor. We only received 1 towel so had to ask for another. Also the walls are paper thin and we could hear both our neighbours early hours of the morning banging and watching TV at 3:30am. No respect for other guests, there should be a a curfew on time and noise. We only booked this hotel for the pool but apparently it’s closed every Monday which was NOT stated on booking.com prior to booking, only AFTER they hold money for a nights stay, and if you cancelled you’d be charged the full amount of booking. On our first night there we got woken up to someone ringing our doorbell and calling us at 2am, when I checked through the eye hole it was a member of staff. Still to this day I don’t know what was wrong and found it very annoying to be woken up after a day of travelling. Reception staff were not very enthusiastic about their role, more like rude robots operating a conveyer belt system.

Very tiny room. Not the same as in pictures. Missing towel. Breakfast was a disappointment. Poor sound insulation. Unexpected and unwanted wake up call 6am. No value for the money. Location somewhat good. Service polite but ice gold.

Value for money as we got a 1 queen size and 1 single bed for only 2650 😊 The room was perfect for us couple with 1 kid. The place is near restaurant’s convenience store transportation and the likes. We’ll definitely go back. The staff are accommodating. Maybe just a comment for improvement to have the rooms sprayed with air freshener before check in because the room smelled like carpet. But when we asked the reception to spray in our room, they are quick to assist us. Kudos!

Pros: Good location, great view, modern designed rooms. Cons: Inconsistent service, sometimes my requests are done but mostly either delayed or not done at all. Glass bathroom door is unsafe. Security issue as a staff accidentally entered my sisters room at 1am. Foul odor / moldy smell beside the kitchen sink.
